Pullman Lima San Isidro

Great location. we had dealing with Gabriel . He was great and made our cocktails as we wanted . all 5 stars to him. very courteous and friendly. Highlight of the evening... it was my birthday and came to room with a card and small piece of cake .

Unfortunately a very disappointing stay The hotel declined to recognize the breakfast perk of diamond status, so discomfortable . The breakfast service was very slow, food was okay Restaurant food had only one option for vegetarians Needs to be improved for a full Pullman experience. There are better Accor options in Lima But

This was the best hotel we stayed at in our month long South American tour. The breakfast was the standout, superb buffet and you can order from a menu for free as well. Rooms were lovely, nice view, and included a pod coffee machine. Stroll to restaurants or a 10sol uber to the light show.

We return to this hotel after 3 years and found it as good as it was. The location is great, the maintnance is very good and the hotel looks still clean and impeccable. The service is magnificent and the team that works at the Pullman cannot be better, very gentle and always ready for assisting you in anything you may need. The only thing that I can say was one step below from this Hotel high standards is the Breakfast...we think is all right but used to be better.
