Peru Star Apart-hotel

My colleagues and I stayed at the Peru Star Apart Hotel while attending an international conference at the Delfines Hotel. The Peru Star Apart Hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The apartments were spacious, clean and comfortable and the staff were kind and helpful. They were fully equipped with everything you might need if you want to prepare your own meals. The location was ideal -- within walking distance of the Delfines Hotel, grocery stores, and a large shopping mall including many banks. A small convenience store was just down the street as were several restaurants. The Peru Star Apart Hotel also has a restaurant and the food was delicious --and they catered to our vegetarian and vegan dietary needs. I would highly recommend the Peru Star Apart Hotel to anyone visiting Lima.

We have stayed here 3 times and always enjoyed it. The last time was at the start of a cycle tour on the Peru Divide. It was a great base before setting off on our adventure. The hotel arranged us to be collected at the airport with our bikes packed in boxes. They also arranged a minivan to drive us to Carhuaz. The apartments are large and also have a kitchen. Perfectly clean. Our favourite thing though is breakfast. We really enjoy sitting in the colourful garden and Cesar Alberto Martin is a great friendly host.

My Home when in Lima! The Peru Star is a Hidden Gem in a great location! Close to all that one needs and the staff/management is Superb and always stive to please. The apartments and grounds are wonderfully decorated and well appointed. Looking forward to my next trip.... An Update..I've stayed at this lovely property a number of time since my original post...it just gets better!

This was our first time in Peru. A friend recommended we stay at this hotel, and we were NOT disappointed! Caesar was a great host! He greeted us even though we checked in late, helped us with our luggage, and was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities! Breakfast was especially wonderful! Everything was delicious from the fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh cut fruit, bread, and eggs... it was like a gourmet meal for breakfast. Caesar talked to my husband and made him feel like an honored guest, even though my husband doesn't speak Spanish. The mall is walking distance and we felt like we were in a very safe area of Lima. I highly recommend staying at Peru Star if you're staying in Lima and would like an exquisite experience.
