My husband and I had a great stay at INNSiDE by Melia Lima. The room was small but neat and clean. The hotel is in a great location within Miraflores. We were walking distance from great restaurants, cafes, banks/ATM's and shopping. The hotel restaurant was also very convenient and tasty.
What an awesome way to begin our first trip to Peru! From the moment we walked in, this restaurant set the bar incredibly high—not just for the rest of our visit, but for dining experiences in general. The food was simply outstanding. The Amazonian bao buns were bursting with flavor and the corn fritters absolutely knocked it out of the park. Every dish was beautifully prepared, full of creativity, and showcased the incredible flavors of Peruvian cuisine. A special thank you to Maurizio, our server, who made the experience even more memorable. We arrived quite late, yet he never made us feel rushed. He was exceptionally patient, took the time to explain the menu, and offered thoughtful recommendations that turned out to be perfect. His genuine hospitality and attention to detail made us feel truly welcome. Exceptional food, outstanding service, and a warm atmosphere—this restaurant deserves every one of its five stars. If this was our introduction to Peruvian cuisine, we can’t wait to see what the rest of the country has to offer. Highly recommended, and we will absolutely be back if we’re ever in Peru again!
Lovely hotel! Huge shout out to Maurizio from the rooftop bar! He crafted a delicious pisco sour and delivered exceptional service for me and my mother. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back.
A great choice of hotel in Lima. Good location for walking into the centre square. Clean, well presented. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Coffee is provided in the room, but as a tea drinker I requested a kettle and it arrived in a couple of minutes. Excellent breakfast; writing this having stayed at several other hotels on a tour, the breakfast is absolutely the best I've had, healthy fresh options, and catering for vegetarians. The pool on the top floor is good too, and incredibly warm when I was there in July. I'd recommend iNNside and would definitely go back.
Exceptional Hotel. I rate this hotel as the top 3 hotels I have stayed in. Great service! Everyone was kind, helpful, and was attentive. Security greated us everytime. The bed was perfect. We slept well. The room was clean and serviced daily. Breakfast was excellent. Great variety and eggs to order. If I had any complaint it would be the doors are heavy and guests often let them slam as they close. I will look for other INNSide hotels in the future.
