I had a 3-day stay at Hyatt San Isidro. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well maintained, my room was spacious, I especially liked the drinks (2X beer) and snacks available at the bar. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options and it was a positive part of my stay. I also had dinners at the hotel, although I found the portions relatively small considering the price PEN 90 ish / person. The main area that could be improved is the level of hospitality and staff attitude (I spoke Spanish). While the staff were generally professional, I felt that some interactions lacked warmth, enthusiasm, and the welcoming attitude I would normally expect from Hyatt.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent throughout our visit, and the front desk staff were especially friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes. As a Globalist member, we were also treated to two complimentary Pisco Sours, which was a thoughtful touch. Enjoying them by the pool while taking in the relaxing atmosphere was one of the highlights of our stay. Another big advantage is the value for money. The rates are very reasonable, making this an affordable option compared to many other hotels in Lima. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit farther from Miraflores. However, the tradeoff is that it's closer to Lima's historic city center, making it a convenient base for exploring the cultural and historical attractions of the city. Overall, a fantastic experience with great service, comfortable facilities, excellent hospitality, and strong value for money. We would happily stay here again.
I was positively surprised by this hotel. It is the nicest Centric I've stayed at. If I didn't know any better, I'd think this is a Park Hyatt or high-end Regency. It's genuinely a beautiful property with a really good location, amazing and service-minded staff, and delicious food and drinks. Not a single bad thing to say about this hotel. Would choose it again in the future!
I had a 3-night stay here and it was fantastic. I was upgraded to a junior suite as Globalist. The suite is quite spacious and has all the amenities provided without having to ask for. The welcome amenity (Peruvian desserts) was also a nice touch and delicious. The breakfast was expansive with some local dishes, not just the typical continental. Egg order was also available. The rooftop bar has nice views all around and is a great place to grab a nightcap. The only thing is that the sauna is very small and you have to make a reservation in advance. The location is quite far from the popular attractions, if you're a tourist, as it is in a business district.
My wife and I had an amazing 5 day stay at this immaculate property. I was amazed to learn that the property was 8 years old. The rooms and facilities have been meticulously maintained and cared for to the extent that I assumed this was a property with less than 2 years of life. We are sticklers for clean rooms and this property exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet with cook to order options is incredible. High quality with ample options. Friendly wait staff that are happy to serve. This was the best Hyatt breakfast I've had in the Americas. The location is perfect for exploring Lima. The staff and security were all wonderful, welcoming and helpful. If you're considering, go ahead and book this property! Better overall experience for us than Park Hyatt's in South America!
