Location of the hotel is nice. Room is tidy and clean. Just be reminded there is no sanity or toothbrush pack as normal hotel will prepare. Overall, it is fine to have short stay.

Specious and clean room with nice view. Comfortable beds with pillow menu. Good breakfast. Good service. Located in a nice area with supermarket a short walk away, and many restaurants and cafes.

Nice location, the gym is not very good, and the pool is way too small, I would ditch the pool and do a proper gym, also the parking is very limited so is very difficult to park but is ok, the area is prime location so having a place to park is very nice. Breakfast is ok, around many places to eat and small markets to buy what you need. Nice area of the city

Bad service. The air system was not working. Room 1001 we ask them to fix them and they told us that to wait. It was very hot. Could not sleep until one am. Horrible experience. Never be back.

I had a wonderful time staying here during my birthday vacation in November. Even though it was busy, breakfast was always restocked and hotel staff was always available. I’d like to highlight a staffer named Eric, who went above and beyond when I had an issue. Unfortunately the LATAM website hadn’t been working for me for days, and I couldn’t check-in my flight or luggage. After he heard this, he jumped into action by logging in on their computer and walking me through the check-in. This was a huge burden off my shoulders and I truly appreciate him helping me. I was also thankful for so many staff members being well versed in English, so I had little to no issues with asking for assistance. I had expressed that my room was super cold and even though it didn’t have any heat, the provided me with a cozy comforter. Lastly, I enjoyed how convenient the location was and that I had zero issues with any of my tours having access to the front to pick me up. As a Diamond member, I’ve stayed at a lot of IHG hotels, and this by far was one of the best.
