El Polo Apart Hotel & Suites

Rooms are small and the noise from traffic is constant. It smelled like a nail salon due to all the businesses below. The only that i liked was the restaurant. Im not a return customer.

If you are working in the surco area this place is perfectly located. It's probably not the cheapest but it's location works well across from the US embassy and in-between all the local shops and restaurants. It is definitely not representative of local Peru though, it's a tourist spot. If you are here for a cultural experience, stay elsewhere. The breakfast is decent.

Okay hotel. Included breakfast was good. Location is great with many fine restaurants around and boutique stores. The downside is the bathroom should be bigger and I could not get hot water in the shower in the evening.

This hotel is reasonable option in the Surco district. Not fabulous, but acceptable, and there's not many other opions in the area. A lot of street noise. Restaurant only fair. In Lima, the most important consideration (if yr travelling for work) is to try to stay walking distance to the office... taxis are a disaster
