I stayed 2 nights at delfone hotel 11/08/2026.Even though Company paid me for all expenses at hotel, they charged me for some foods at restaurant. When I complained to my company and the reception,they returned me some of bills. But some of bills did not paid me. I do not recommend the staff and their services which they make trouble for customers
I have stayed at this hotel a few times during conferences and meetings in Lima. My last visit there was an earthquake that knocked out power and service to the neighborhood, but the hotel maintained all services. Staff is excellent and accommodating. I missed the actual dolphins they had back in the day, but it's a nice property.
All employees are kind, helpful, respectful. From the counter, all services personal, restaurant, are excellent hosts. The best choice for your staying in Lima.
We paid £75 for a fabulous big room, where everything worked and was clean and comfortable. We could even open a window for the fresh air we crave! We were staying for work across the road at the golf course, so enjoyed the big and varied breakfasts every day. It was the staff who set this place above the rest. The charming reception staff, the breakfast waiters, and especially the doormen. Take time to stop and talk to these people, they’re very lovely and so much more interesting than you’d expect. Look out especially for Juan. Most helpful, well travelled, and full of Top Tips for where to go and what to do. A credit to the hotel. I was, however, appalled daily by the awful music at breakfast and in the elevators. Dreadful covers made barely recognisable 😆
This is a good hotel in the san isidro region of Lima. Very safe areas can walk and run around the hotel in the evening. The breakfast buffet is elaborate. The staff is friendly and speak English.
