This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! The location is perfect, the place is quiet and clean and lowkey. The staff are wonderful, and the breakfast is exactly what you need. Thank you so much for a lovely stay. Thank you to Jesús for his great cleaning services!
The hotel is very well located and the property is nice, clean and modern. The staff is really attentive and they provide genuinely good service. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast has plenty of options, however my stay was heavily affected by maintenance issues and poor execution. 1 week before my arrival I was informed that the pool would be under programmed maintenance but that it would reopen by the day of my arrival, however it remained closed during that entire day, and when it finally opened the water was freezing cold due to heater problems. Unfortunately, this issue continued throughout the stay. On a 7 days stay, we were able to enjoy the pool only 1 day. The biggest disappointment was loud construction and nonstop drilling above our room at 8pm, which eventually forced us to change rooms late in the evening after a long day, having to pack everything, etc To their credit, management refunded one night and the staff made an effort afterward, but overall the hotel did not feel fully prepared to operate at the level expected for the price and experience promised.
Beautiful rooms, very comfortable bed, attentive and friendly staff. Also, the rooms are quiet at night and so is the AC. Another detail I noticed is that there are no obtrusive smells anywhere in the hotel. There are many hotels that force their fragrance on you, this is not the case here. Everything just smells neutral/clean. The WiFi is really fast. Normally I do t care for the decoration in a hotel room, but here it is very pretty without being too intense. I haven’t been this content with the overall experiences a hotel in a while.
very nice and clean hotel. very good breakfast. Safe area of Lima where you can go our easily. you need to walk a bit to the city centre or take a taxi/uber. The Airport-taxi is also possible. That was great! Wonderful view from the hotel-room and the pool/rooftop.
Room = Amazing! Omelet + Coffee + Park View = Amazing! Service = Spectacular! My only headache was the traffic coming in and out of the area. I stayed for a conference nearby, so I walked during the night and took an Uber to downtown for dinner.
