The best hotel in Ponferrada, amazing service, beautiful rooms and spotless We choose this hotel every time we go

Not bad, small rooms but clean and high quality, parking is across the way and you need to liaise with reception but good especially as how busy the streets near here can be. Breakfast quite basic. I'd stay again but then again the options in Ponferrada aren't great so one of the best of a bad bunch

The staff at this hotel is exceptional. We stayed here while walking the Camino Frances. We had a long and very rainy day, and were higher maintenance than usual. The staff went out of their way to help with everything and were always friendly. The hotel itself is nice but unremarkable -- the staff is what would make me stay here again.

Good clean hotel. Welcome staff. Parking is across the street from the hotel. Breakfast is quite poor but maybe it’s okay for the price.
