Online booking was a bit difficult with the property saying that they are booked out and then eventually offering a villa to us. Perhaps because of a cancellation.
The checkin process was pleaent with Vinesh guiding us thru the rooms. Pools are not deep but about 4ft. Enough to swim enjoyable with children when not left unattended. They did have a floater for a child.
Nice rooms and beautiful outdoor space. Fantastic service by the club staff and hospitality staff. Laction near all the retail spaces but quiet silent space. Beautiful view of sunrise behind the mountain.
Overall thoughtful design and attentive service! Highly recommend!
We stayed at the Marguery Villas in the Blackwood river for our honeymoon in March and had an exceptional time. The villas are roomy and clean, the private pool and outside area makes for a great holiday. Plenty of things to see and do nearby, especially if you hire a car. Vinesh and the guys in the concierge teams are also extremely helpful if you need anything sorted at all.
The villas are cosy and comfortable. Rhe service is fabulous - they are always on the reach and responding quickly. The lication is very good - we rented cars, so we could reach all the most important tourist attractions in 0,5-1,5 hour of driving.
Marguery Villas was most definitely my best stay ever! 🤩
Where do I start, the villa was amazing, it was so huge with so many clean, beautiful rooms and the perfect amount of privacy for a honeymoon stay! 🙌🏼
The villa is in a perfect location, with everything in really good distance, and I would definitely recommend hiring a car (which the villas also helped me with!) so that you can get around the island with ease on the smooth roads!📍
One man who made it all come together was Romain. He was definitely the best host I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with! He made sure everything was in place for the perfect stay with all intricate details in place in advance and during our time.😊 (Thanks again bro 👊🏼)
I hope to come back to Mauritius again one day and definitely would stay here again, with recommendations to everyone coming! So sad to leave!🥲

My stay at Marguery Villas was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism, making us feel instantly at home. The villa itself was stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. The private pool and lush garden offered complete privacy and serenity. Every detail, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds, was thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort.
The location is ideal—just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet peacefully tucked away. The concierge team went above and beyond to assist with excursions and reservations. I would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!
