Hotel Riu Palace Mauritius - All Inclusive - Adults Only

Probably the best holiday experience we have had to date. The staff were all amazing and really cared about their customers, ensuring that the whole experience at the Riu Palace was second to none. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the service was nothing short of superb. The food was incredible with so many choices for every meal. The rooms were modern, well designed and made our two week stay very comfortable. The hotel facilities, gardens and entertainment were fantastic, we just cannot find anything negative to say about the place. For us, the staff, the service, the food and the facilities are worth every single penny. Thank you Hotel Riu Palace for giving us some lifetime memories, we will most certainly be back. Amazing property is a great location with wholesome all inclusive package. RIU has never disappointed and this stay was the same. We stayed here end of May and the service is one of the best on the island. Enough activities to do in and around the property including kayak, paddle boarding, hiking. Food and drinks options are generous and so good to be in a adults only property.

The room was unfortunately not clean enough to feel comfortable when we arrived. Major stains on the bathroom door and holes in the bed cover. The location is perfect and the food was very good and always available. What made our holiday an unforgettable experience was the staff! Always smiling, available, helpful, flexible and polite. We will never forget Joshua from the bar, Océane at the aqua gym and Joy at the restaurant!!!! Just perfect…. ❤️🌴☀️🌊🐈🥂 Thank you All

We stayed in Riu Palace twice during our trip. Our experince was varied. The first time it was perfection, the second time they seemed to be working with reduced staff and most of the senior staff wasnt around. It took them 2 hours to not get our luggage. We requested a room change and that added to the wait but the team was sweet enough to upgrade us. Their app works well most of the times. The WIFI service can vary based on your room location. The food is amazing, entertainment is fine. Cocktails are fantastic. The beach wasnt windy and suitable for swimming which we loved. The Kayak and SUP rental center is near Rio Turq. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay for upto ten days. The Le Morne Barbant hike is nearby. You can drive to two different start points.
