Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend this place; it was a terrible experience: About 15 minutes after leaving the hotel, I realized I’d forgotten my charging cable and plug. I immediately sent an email and tried to call. When I returned about 3 hours later, they lied to my face, saying no one had found anything. But the outlet was covered up again, so it must have been found. They made no real effort to help. Luckily, it was only one night - I’d be afraid that more personal items would be stolen if there were more time for it. Thanks for nothing…

Vast comfortable room with optimal AC Bathroom is vast and well serviced Optimal secure location 1 min walk from main station of Lausanne Calm area Fitness center has more than just cardio machines! Only issue is that it has a schedule from 7 am to 10 pm A very important issue is the room fridge that is not functional at all, and it even heats food instead of cooling it. Almost damaged what we had bought of cheese and chocolate.

This hotel offers more than what you pay for. I would like to highlight the exceptional customer service from everyone at the service desk… making every effort to ensure that you are always comfortable. Being across form the train station is definitely a big plus.

This is a fantastic hotel, one of the cheapest (though still expensive, obviously) super close to the train station and the city center. The reception service always nice and helpful, immediately responding to requests. Rooms are spacious and clean. It is very quiet day and night. The whole place has an "ancient" vibe, but in an interesting and pleasant way. I would stay again!
