We went there with my wife and baby boy for the last 3 nights of our trip and everything was lovely. It was the perfect cherry on the cake, and everyone was happy. Great and warm welcome and goodbye, delicious breakfast (though shame some items had to be bought and are not included or that the coffee didn’t always come in time). The gardens are huge and perfect for adults and children alike, the pool is wonderful - but the only weak point is that the gym doesn’t have a lot of weights and is a bit small, but functional. I want to go back already! The view on the lake is amazing.
Beautiful hotel with exceptional rooms and beautiful views across the lake. Super friendly staff, though at times they could be a little more alert and more efficient. Prices are high and portions could be a little bit more generous even with the drinks. Overall, loved my time there and would definitely go back.
It was a beautiful hotel. I was sold right when I drove up to the hotel. The hydrangeas were absolutely beautiful. It was my first time staying at the hotel and most definitely won’t be the last. I loved the breakfast! They gave me in upgrade so my room had a view of the lake. It was stunning. I loved the pool and the spa and the jacot chocolates at night. The only places of improvement in my opinion would be to introduce a hotel shuttle for guests who want to go to the city since the hotel is far from the city center while travel cards were given I feel that a shuttle is more intimate and should be given for a hotel like Beau rivage. Another recommendation would be to provide still water in the evening. Other than that it was great

On the occasion of the graduation of our son we spent a night at the Beau-Rivage Palace. In addition to the milestone achieved it was an unforgettable time and stay at your hotel. The rooms are beautifully furnished, the service "impeccable" and the lake- and mountain view breathtaking. The celebration at the Restaurant "PIC" was the peak of our stay. Thank you very much for making the celebration of my son's graduation so incredibly special and unforgettable. We are very much looking forward to being your guests again in hopefully not too far a distance.
