Vip 90-minute Reflexology & Hot Stone Massage Combo

I had Tonya today and she was excellent. She was very meticulous. Good pressure checked on me to make sure I was doing well. Highly recommend.

I felt taken care of, massage was strong and thorough. I would have chosen the sound of rain or nature instead of the music but that is a personal preference. Very happy with the service and the price.

My visit was wonderful. I could not have asked for a better experience.I had a fairly new employee. She did a wonderful job. She was a graduate from North West Academy of Massage school. I have been going to this company since it was $28 located on Spring Mountain Road (about 20 years). My daughter was with me and she was made to feel like she should tip more than $20 for her $68 massage. This has never happened in all my time coming to this establishment . What was supposed to be a pleasurable day out with my daughter turned out to be uncomfortable for her because of the pressure she experienced.

I was greeted, she kept trying to upgrade my package. I said No over and over. She kept lowering the price. She then showed me receipt of 136.had me and friend sign it. I asked for copy She said take pic. When she realized what I was doing she knew she did wrong re did receipt with zero balance. I had 90 min it was only 1hr. By time we started they left took time to get materials come back. When finally done. They called my attention to tip. I didn't like that. I tipped very small they let me know that which was unprofessional all around. Start to finish was unprofessional. DONT GO.

Jessica got rid of two months of neck, shoulder and back tension in one hour. She is amazing and I would definitely recommend a request Jessica. I will be coming back

Overall this spa and its' staff offer an experience and plan for treatment one level above the competition* The therapists and support staff are smart, caring and strive for EXCELLENCE. However, there was one negative to my visit to Star...The friendly and smart receptionist offered a chance for them to honor a special promotional price that was advertised on the Internet (Facebook). She realized that there are literally DOZENS of other spas in the area* (that potential customers could choose). She did honor the quote by following through with her promise...only to be "overridden" by her manager! Not only did this "supervisor" dishonor the quote and the original transaction, but she rudely interrupted the session TWICE to get the difference in payment!!! Unfortunately for her, she did not know that I am a regular contributor to TRIPADVISOR. This series of actions took away from would have a TOP NOTCH EXPERIENCE for anyone/everyone. My therapist, Mary was very gracious and apologized for the interruptions...plus was OUTSTANDING in her professionalism and experience in the art of massage.

Enjoyable massage very peaceful! We go once a month due to muscle soreness and it helps with this massage. Music is good during massage

First time with owen as my therapist! Nice guy, great pressure!! Really did a great job on back hips and legs!! He would disappear for 10 minutes to get stones and water for feet but came back each time. Would recommend Owen

I stand all day in my job, and carry all my stress in my shoulders snd neck. So I usually get reflexology and massage every week. My usual therapist is sick and quit working. I have been looking for a place that made me feel Comfortable and a therapist who gets it! FOUND HER! I joined the membership, for $20 snd will continue to go. I wish they played some soft music during the services! Too much background noise for me!

Terrible and Horrible!!! They are not a professional masseuse, 1 HR AND HALF all they do is RUB AND FINGER PRESSURE (TRIGGER POINT) THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY FORCED YOU TO TIP THEM $20 for not doing a good job. Never got the appointment.

This was a relaxing experience, that you may be able to get from your resort hotel. The attendant will upsaled the heck out you! Price is excellent. Questionable.

I actually did a 2 hour massage with Ellie she is fantastic and I highly recommend her. I have had all kinds of massage in my life and she is my go too. Book with her you will be very happy.

Really great massage and much more reasonable than the expensive spas of the Las Vegas strip. It’s a very easy Uber/Lyft ride from the strip as well. The massage was incredible and I particularly liked the hot stones. The therapists were also very nice and spent a great amount of time with you. If you are traveling to Vegas this is a great alternative to the expensive spas and has a lot more add-on’s. Absolutely would do it again.

We made online reservations for two people for a 90 minute massage and reflexology. When we checked in the hard sale started for us to add services. When we politely said no multiple times there attitude changed towards us. Then they wanted me to sign a piece of paper with my name and phone number. I happened to look at the top and it was for signing up for a yearly membership. I told them that I was not going to sign it since I don't live in this area. They immediately asked for us to pay upfront for the services. We got our 90 minute massage which I will say was a Great massage. After we were finished I gave them each their $10.00 tip and I could tell there would be a problem. She said I didn't tip enough. They require at a minimum $20 each. I handed them an additional 8 dollars to split. I will never go back to this place. They obviously don't care about the bad reviews. I do not know how they got a Trip Advisor award. Steer clear of this place

Therapist seemed a bit rushed towards the end but was excellent in technique especially the feet! Relaxed major muscle groups so I was able to lie prone without pain for the first time in a long while.

We had a great couples massage from 2 very nice gentlemen. It was slightly confusing during because of communication. But, overall I would recommend this location and staff. We had a 90 minute massage and foot soak. Heavenly after walking the strip.

We had the VIP 90 Minute Couples Massage with Hit Stone. We Have visited the spa several times over the past 4 years and we love it. This visit was excellent like all the other times that we've gone there. The person that did the massage for me was Michelle and she did an excellent job. I would highly recommend her. For the price that you pay and the value that you get you just can't be Star Foot Spa.

Every time we travel to Vegas, visiting Star Spa is a must - twice - on the arrival and the departure dates. The service is excellent. The last several times we had VIP 90 min ( body+ foot massage) which is extremely relaxing ( on the arrival day) and refreshing ( on the departure day) :)). If you travel a few times a year and like massage, we definitely recommend this place. I would suggest to get an annual membership to get access to awesome prices at this Star Spa. My masseuse today was Mina , highly recommend her !! Thank you

DON’T DO IT!!!! 90 min massage containing foot massage.I had an older gentleman that was in his 50s, he did not share his name. This was one of the worst massages and services that I have ever had. He did not use his fingers or thumbs to massage. He did not try to work out the knots in my shoulders or back. I left feeling worse than when I came in. I had to tell him three times what I wanted and he would push my head back down and say ok. He put a lot of pressure on my spine and that was unacceptable. I felt as though he was trying to hurt me on purpose and of course he didn’t know what he was doing because he was not trained. The foot massage was the worst. It was supposed to be 30 mins and it lasted 15 and he didn’t massage my feet. He put my feet in water, put hot stones on the and rubbed not massaged and it was over.Upon finishing the massage he got in my face and asked for a tip. The massage cost $68 so I normally give 10%-20% of the price so I gave him $10. He literally got in my face and started yelling I owed him $20 and he wanted his money. I turned and went to the front and he was on my heels screaming for the money. When I got to the front other workers and the receptionist was demanding as well I pay $20 and I only had $4 more dollars so to keep it from becoming a situation I gave that and one lady told him to stop and go to the back. It was not written anywhere that it was supposed to be a $20 tip and for people to be screaming and yelling it’s $20 for 90 mins is unheard of. I will never come back nor recommend this establishment. Horrible massage and horrible customer service.

Their new location is very nice. The choices are varied and the service is very professional. It is very easy to book online. It’s a very good choice whilst in Las Vegas.

STOP asking for payment in advance! As a massage therapist of 21 years I was appalled that you asked for payment before my service then waived it for me but required it from the people behind me. Would you expect that of your hair stylist, doctor or housekeeper? Thank goodness my massage was good because I was a bit concerned after that unprofessional surprise. 90 min combo was $48 plus tip

I did a 90 min full body massage for $48. Jack was my massage therapist. Jack was the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back soon!
