Everyone there was very helpful and kind. There was barely any waiting time. The massage therapist was WONDERFUL! It was a great experience. I asked for medium tissue massage and it was excellent. The facial massage took me out. I was so rested in that room. My face felt so good. I mean it felt so good. Like nothing I've ever experienced. I will come back here when I visit Vegas again. You all are on my list.

Have been members for past few years, each time we leave fully relaxed. Our masseuses have been great each time . Definitely plan on going back next month.

When we first got here, they were a little rude. What was actually just the lady at the front desk? The light is dear massages, was really rough in my back. It's more now than when I came in 2, and they tell you how much to give them in tips.

The massage was good. They worked out some of my back problem areas. I was greeted on time. I called ahead to make a reservation. The ride from the strip was a little expensive!

Called last minute and they had me come right in!! Loved the therapist! Great price, excellent massage, clean and fresh place!

BAIT AND SWITCH! Read the very fine print. $88 massage special is only if you sign yearly contract and pay yearly fee. So there really is no $88 couples massage. Without yearly fee the massage is $140. Massage was good but marketing was shady.

Tonya is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. She worked on tight knots in my shoulder blades and applied just the right pressure. I love the quiet and relaxing ambiance. Just scheduled another appointment!

This is my go to place for massage. I always request a therapist and it has become the normal that she is not there or busy and I get someone else. I wish they would at least let me know that before I drive across town. BUT, all the therapist I have gotten have been very good. Just different methods of massage.

I booked online with my regular therapist. Arrived and she wasn’t working. ( This happens occasionally! Wish they would call and let me know) I had another therapist, Mary was my therapist of the day!! She was AMAZING! Checked on me during massage to make sure pressure was good. She really impressed me!

Went back again to have Jessica give me the most amazing body and head massage. She is so good at getting all the tension out of my neck, shoulders and back. I will definitely be back again and I will definitely be back. Star Spa is the place to be and Jessica is who you should ask for.

Wonderful, relaxing, therapeutic massage! Entire experience was outstanding! Very comfortable atmosphere and the masseuse was very knowledgeable and experienced as was evident by her massage techniques. Felt the scene was quiet and relaxing from start to finish. She gave a nice firm, deep tissue style massage which is what I prefer and actually requested. Was able to make an appointment and get in within a half hour of calling to make one:

I went on 7/29 and will never come back again. Starting off, the receptionist kept trying to force the $20 membership. Then, once I finally agreed to the $68 one-hour massage, they left me in a room for 20 minutes even though they had promised that they would be ready. Once the massage started, it essentially felt like a lotion rub. When I asked for a little bit more pressure, there was nothing. Throughout my massage, they were throwing my body parts down on the table and using cold ass towels. Finally, when my service was done, I was coerced into giving a tip. Once I mentioned that I would be waiting for someone and I would give my tip when they were done, they proceeded to demand tips. On top of that, they kept checking on my friend to see if they would tip. Once we all managed to attempt to leave, they kept asking for our nationalities and showing us that we had to tip by a percentage. When the service is horrible, there is no expectation for a tip. On top of that, asking for nationality and demanding tips is unacceptable and unprofessional. AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT A 68$ RUB

I had requested a female therapist, but was given a male! Turned out just fine. He kept checking if I was okay. Very kind, and used good pressure, adjusted as needed for different areas. Wish he would have worked on my lower legs more, but great foot massage.

People/staff are great Worth the money. Not close to my hotel. It's worth the travel. Use Uber or Lyft. People are really great

When I had first booked this place it was for me and my female family members. I’m not going to lie it was pretty good distance away from the strip and it was nerve wracking. However they were pretty accommodating to me adjusting the time and date we went. I had booked it two days before I actually ended up showing up to the spa place. They were welcoming truthfully. But we weren’t aware of needing to undress to get the message and it was harder for them to communicate that well. Nonetheless we did and it was smooth sailing. I enjoyed the environment and message. I honestly felt the person who did message me worked some magic and it was so relaxing. I saw all the bad reviews and it made me extremely nervous but we took a chance. I’m so glad we did. It was the highlight of our trip. One thing I will say that everyone pointed out was their pressure for a tip and I was a little taken aback but the tip wasn’t bad and honestly money well spent. They offered us tea and water as we left and I would definitely go there again.

This was one experience that I don't have to go to again. Be prepared for all the extra things they want you to buy to add onto your service. They didn't not honor that we requested 2 female masseurs. The massage space was behind closed curtains rather than in a room which means you can hear everything and everyone around you so it wasn't very serene. Then upon leaving they stop you before you even get to the lobby for their tip and show you the pamphlet of the suggested tip. The massage itself was not to my liking. They drape you with a towel that barely covers your body and massage with the towel, which isn't soft or smooth before they massage with the oil. The massage was more pressure pushing rather than massaging. We would not return.

Was not what was expected. Beds are very low. They do alot of massaging with a dry towel. No ambiance. Very dark, no music. Could hear music coming from the therapist ear buds. Didn't ask what was needed. Just did their thing

I can’t take away from this amazing massage however upon entry I expected to be greeted with happiness instead I was told I needed to pay more. I had to purchase the spa package and when I said no they got upset demanding I buy something so my guy agreed to the CBD oil at $12 each. I could’ve been a whole you know what and not tipped because of that. If I pay a special price online here I should not have to pay more or purchase anything else unless the description states I do in my purchase

Tina is amazing!! I was tight on time, in on time and out feeling like a million bucks!! She is so strong and really works the knots out!! Checks in with me to make sure i am okay! Very well run spa. Its a 30 min drive for me, but worth it! Highly recommend them

Massage was great, place was clean and professional. BUT beware prices advertised online are $20 less than actual price unless you are already a member. The additional $20 gives you a one year membership. Also, expectation for amount on tip is interesting. Take exact amount cash you want to tip- they will not give you change. We tried to tip $15 for a one hour massage and the therapist said directly “come on, $20, what’s it to you.” Another person tried to tip $10 and they told her that was not enough.

This was a nice and relaxing break. Great value for a couples massage. The masseuses were attentive and did a great job working on my sore areas.

The upsell! We went in for one thing and ended up, with a full spa experience we was not prepared. It’s not an upscale spa but it’s decent. The service was decent. I would recommend for people that want the spa experience but don’t have the upscale money! I thought this was a location on the stripe but it was not. Due to this place being off the stripe it allowed us to see some of the city of Los Vegas and its citizens.

I really enjoyed my massage, really nice. Staff was curious and they offer you tea at the end of the section .

Been a member for many years... $20 annual fee is a no-brainer. Therapists Tanya & Nancy gave my lady and I great massages during our couple experience. Especially enjoyed the hot rocks and tea. I rate Star Spa 9/10!

I have never gotten up and left a message before, but I did today. It started off on a bad note when she used her elbow and forearm and dug into my spine. Then Instead of using lotion or oil, Mimi (not sure if they gave me the correct name) used a dry scratchy white towel for the massage using so much pressured, I was getting friction burns on my neck, back arms and legs (I felt like I was back in elementary school getting a Indian durn). I waited to see if lotion was going to be applied, but it did not 20 min into my massage and the friction burns continued I decided I had enough, I said stop and sat up the massage lady left and got the office lady. The office lady came to the room (while chewing and taking bites off her granola bar) asked me if I wanted a new lady. I was already dressed and over it. The same lady who came in from the front office, was the one upon arrival was trying to change the amount of the massage that we booked, prices were clearly marked on board and posted on a large poster outside. She tried to charge additional fees for my friend when we asked to split the bill. I requested my money back and the money for my membership. Which I did receive. I also asked to speak to the manager at first I was told they don’t have one. When I pressed on she said that I could call Mike after 9:00pm. Not once did they ask why I stopped the massage, or care. So sad I had been a loyal member for many years.

Not a typical massage. Some very lite rubbing. Didn't inquire about any areas that we were concerned about that needed focused attention. They tried to make us give them a $20 tip afterwards cause $10 was not enough. Massage Envy and others spas would be a better choice. They also try and upsale you on about 4 to 5 other services.

We went in for a much needed couples massage and it was terrible. They barely rubbed on you. The guy was listening to something in his earbud that you could sorta hear. My boyfriend said the lady was just as bad. She left the room without communicating anything to him and was gone for some time. At the end they followed us out demanding a tip. Demanding. Never again. Save your money it’s not worth it.

My therapist was wonderful. He applied the right amount of pressure and also was very good at his techniques. Will definitely be going back.

It was ok. Just offer to buy something extra one too many times. It was very unsettling to push additional products repeatedly. Then I was told that my tip wasn’t enough. I actually got followed to the door while the tech begged for an additional tip. Very uncomfortable for a minute there.

Relaxation for me and my wife and really got to wind down and be stress free from work and other things

The spa is beautifully done. They offer many service's in addition to the massage such as, sauna and a variety of different lotions to add to your massage experience.

The Spa appeared clean. However, the spa room was very dark. We could not see where to put our clothes. There was a lot of conversation going on between the room with the therapist which made it difficult to relax. The massage itself was not very therapeutic. At the end, the therapist told us, demanded a specific amount for tip. We will not return there.

Omg if I could leave no stars I would. First I scheduled an appointment for my husband an I and they had us wait in this massage chair area and the chairs did not work and the leather was coming off. We told the lady at the front desk and her rude response was "keep trying,it might start working" we asked for a refund for waiting an hour with no service! No one spoke English. And all they did was rub oil on us! And to put the icing on the cake they chased us outside to try to force us to give them a bigger tip! I hope they go completely out of business

My friends and I (three of us) all got one hour massages and it was wonderful. All 3 of us had great experiences. Can’t wait to go back.

My daughter and I took advantage of the couples massage. Both of us had an amazing experience. We walked out of the spa relaxed and feeling like Gumby. Both therapists did an excellent job. Just the right amount of pressure, the hot stones felt so relaxing on our muscles. I can’t say enough about how happy we are. In addition, we brought two friends with us that had never been to Star before. They had the same experience and plan on returning and obtaining membership.

Overall, it was a good experience. After spending 20 minutes getting upsold at the registration desk, we were sent to a quiet waiting area with massage chairs. The massage chairs in the waiting area didn't work. Once in the jacuzzi/sauna room, we were asked about a tip. Finally, we were able to relax with unlimited time in the jacuzzi/sauna room. The massage was great! Then my husband was badgered to leave a bigger tip. FYI they expect you to tip of $50+.

From the moment we arrived to going into the private room for the massage, it was very quick. The ladies at the reception were very nice and accommodating, asked us if we wanted add-ons to which I politely declined and proceeded to be asked if we preferred male or female masseuses. We were seated and waited no longer than 3 minutes before they came over and got us directed to the room. Language barrier is a little difficult since you have trouble understanding the directions of “you can get changed here” or “there’s a table over there for your stuff” kinda comments but we got it. The language and heavy accent is probably the most difficult thing about the experience, because you want to understand what they’re saying but you can’t help but to have trouble getting it. Anywho, we get ready and the massage starts. They ask you if the intensity level Is fine, the room is dark and there’s very soft music in the background. One thing I didn’t love is that the rooms are just separated by curtains, not actual walls in between so you can hear other people getting massages, talking and their phones ringing (my bf’s masseuse had her phone buzzing and we could hear the text message notification sound as we were getting a massage which was annoying) The whole experience when it comes to the massage was great, she worked my entire body since that was the package we selected, I felt like new at the end of it. We get dressed and go back out to the reception to pay for tip and extras. The masseuses received us outside the room and handed us bottled waters, as we approach the front desk, my bf’s masseuse keeps pointing at the panflet with the list of prices and it’s like she’s asking for him to tip her generously, to which he insisted on giving her whatever he wants to give her, which was a 15 dollar tip. (it’s the recommended amount when you book the massage online) Apparently my bf got a cbd oil add-on during the massage which I didn’t even hear when he was getting offered that since I was in relaxation mode. She is right next to him, very pushy as I try to tell her and the front desk lady that it’s 12 for the cbd oil and 15 for the tip. She gets it finally and charged him that exactly. His masseuse made a weird face of disapproval and just blurted out a forced thank you. I give my masseuse a 20 dollar bill and we walk out. I get that these ladies work hard and a tip is expected, but there’s no need to be pushy about it, or the rest of the personnel encouraging that behavior. Just because of this I don’t think we would come back here, and that’s bad for any kind of business. Feeling harassed isn’t what you want when purchasing a service or good, so while the massage was great, the customer service portion was faulty enough to not do any business with this establishment again. Unfortunate but true.
