We had a fabulous day, and our tour guide, Jimmy, was knowledgeable, told great stories, and really knew the areas we toured, including where to find good food. The scenery was amazing, and our guide showed us some hidden gems and took beautiful pictures of us in Zion and Bryce. We will always cherish this wonderful day exploring those spectacular national parks. I would highly recommend this tour!!! Jimmy went above and beyond!!!

Fantastic tour! Jimmy Vegas is the perfect guide - friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and fun! We got to see a lot, yet we weren’t rushed at all.
Fantastic experience. Long day but totally worth it! Our tour guide, Jimmy Vegas was terrific! So informative, funny and personable. He really showed so much enthusiasm and wanted the people to really enjoy themselves.
This tour is a hard nope. 2/10, would not recommend. They changed our pickup time multiple times throughout the middle of the night. Before bed it was 5:05 am, when we woke up at 4:30, it had changed to 4:50 and we have a 10 min walk to the van. The van took us to the main hub where we got on our official bus. All seats were full and I wasn’t able to sit with my daughter for the 12-hour tour. Our driver and guide, Wayne, told everyone then that the main roads of Zion were closed and we weren’t going to Zion. Would’ve been nice to know that before we got on the bus. We ended up going to Kolob Canyon in North Zion. We got 30 minutes at Kolob Canyon and 90 minutes at Bryce out of a 12-hour day. The sprinter was terribly bumpy in the back, outrageously so. Our driver kept telling us all day at every stop how much driving time he had left before he would time out, so every stop we were rushed because of his “time”. That made everything feel rushed. His driving time should be the responsibility of the tour, not on us to rush everywhere. I’ve taken many tours and many long tours and never had one like this. I also reached out to Viator after the tour and got AI like responses thanking me for my feedback but they offered nothing. Not a credit towards another tour, nothing. Viator shouldn’t use this tour unless they make big changes to this tour.
Worth the tour! Breath taking experience Paulie was an excellent tour guide. He shared so much information
Paulie was a wonderful guide who kept us entertained for a very long day of visiting some of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. Take this tour!
Best adventure ever with Marcello to Bryce Canyon and Zion Nat'l Park! I have enjoyed this tour 3 times and each time Marcello was knowledgeable, organized, and fun. Highest recommendation!
Dress in layers Bring camera. Great photo opportunities- wear comfortable shoes - bring snacks. It is a long day
Excellent trip. Great service, would highly recommend. Beautiful scenery and enjoyed the ride. Good lunch as well.
Pauly our tour guide was very knowledgeable and personable. Provided everyone with lunch and the tour was well worth it. Gorgeous scenery.
Perfect it couldn't of been better. The driver tour guild couldn't of been better. He answered all of the questions.
Excellent tour with very knowledgeable tour guide. The travel coach was very comfortable and good to very scenery
This was an amazing experience. Pauline was an awesome tour guide . Only issue I have is the logistics of this tour. Zion new rules limit size of vehicles entering Mount Carmel tunnel . The sprinter they used is very tight and you feel every bump. Being on this for 12 hours isn’t easy at all. Sit close to the front . Using words like boutique is misleading . I world do this again definitely but not any time soon. A little more thought on vehicles to use and maybe cutting down the size of the group might have been better.
Great tour guide who is very educated on the parks.
Our tour guide was awesome and so knowledgeable about every area that we traveled through. It was a long day, but he stopped often so we could stretch our legs and go to the bathroom. They provided us with lunch and bottled water. Both Bryce and Zion were beautiful. So glad we booked this tour.
Well organized with where to see and not worry about driving and direction. Only things is spend too much time in car and short time for enjoyed the beauty.
It’s an effortless way to visit two beautiful park. We were fortunate to have a very knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide, Marcelo which made our trip enjoyable. It was also nice that we have a small group of 10 in a comfortable Mercedez Splinter van.
This was on a small shuttle bus. No wifi on those busses or area to store any belongings. Excellent tour guide, Jimmy Vegas. I researched alot before booking, yet I was expecting more hiking at Zion. I understand now it is not feasible to do more at each park. We spent an hour in each park and that was not enough time especially if you are not familiar with the trails. My intention was to do Bryce alone but couldn't find a tour from Las Vegas. I didnt study the trails before and didnt complete any. I found Queens Garden trail on my way back trying to find the Hoodo trail. I was more disappointed knowing I could have completed one good trail at Bryce if I had prepared better. The tour guide drops you off. This is an excellent tour if you have mobility restrictions since you have a stunning view of both parks. It is a scenic tour, not hiking.
Zion and Bryce were beautiful, but you only have about an hour at each park. This was not a problem for us, but you may want to schedule separate tours. There was no WiFi as listed and our lunch was given to us at 8:30 with no way to keep it cool.
Absolutely fantastic tour with breathtaking sights!! The bus was very comfortable and Scarlet was very professional with everything, sharing informations and also driving so well on a very windy day. She greeted us with some gifts as well!
Jim, our driver and guide was friendly, fun and knowledgeable. We enjoyed this road trip as he would explain our itinerary ahead of time.
We had a great time. We got to visit 2 points of interest which were spectacular. It was a long day but it was worth it. There were plenty of potty breaks. Pauly is so knowledgeable. We enjoyed the trip. The tour included lunch from Jimmy John’s was also tasty. Would highly recommend this tour.
It’s a great trip for a family, friends or by yourself. It’s a long trip but there are plenty of breaks. The coach is very comfortable. My tour guide Paulie was informative and friendly. He comunicated very well where we were going and how long it would take us. He was always on time. It was an excellent trip and felt it was a great value.
The trip was very informative and enjoyable much history the driver was very profesional and friendly
Don't, under any circumstances, agree to ride in the back seat of the 22 person van. It is an awful experience. Had I known how bad it was, I would not have gone. 14 hours of misery. (The parks were nice.)
An amazing experience with breathtaking views throughout the entire trip. John was a very knowledgeable guide, and it was a real pleasure talking with him. He was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable!
Great tour! Nice a/c in the van. Lots of cold water provided as well as granola bars in addition to lunch. Mr. Jimmy Vegas told us lots of good stories and info about the area and had an excellent curated playlist for the entire ride! He’s also a great photographer and directed and took cool photos for us. Good bathroom breaks generally, except make sure to let the tour guide know after leaving Bryce if you have a weak bladder because you will probably drink a lot of water there and the next stop isn’t for a while. Bryce Canyon is very beautiful! I’m glad I came on this tour to see it and Zion. We saw a lot of cool things in both parks. Thanks Jimmy!
I loved it! Communication was very clear. Was taken to spots people don’t know of and was very beautiful. Our guide Jimmy Vegas was amazing and was a huge part of making this tour fun (also good at taking photos). Definitely would do it again and worth it.
Great way to get away from the hustle and bustle of the strip to connect with nature and witness the breathtaking beauty of two parks in one day! Pauly was a great tour guide, pleasant knowledgeable, and funny! We had numerous stops to explore and break the roadtrip up. It didn’t feel like a long journey; instead, we were engaged and the sights are amazing! Even when you’re in the van! As a bonus, you get free passes to Madame Tussaud's wax museum. We got dropped off at Treasure Island and is a short walk to the museum. Plenty of time to enjoy after the trip. Then headed to the Venetian Mall food court for a quick dinner and it made for a perfect day! Highly recommend!
Best experience ever. Our fantastic guide, Pauley, was very knowledgeable and knew when to give us a minute to relax. However, for most of the trip gave us some amazing facts and stories about the area. He came prepared for the heat of the day with waters for everyone and made sure we stayed on time for the tour while also giving us ample amount of time to visit the various stops. I could not have asked for a better day! The views are unmatched to anything I’ve ever seen.
The tour person, Scarlett, was very friendly, provided important details about the trip and good driver!
Excellent all the way. Bus driver was friendly, informative, and funny. The bus was cool even with extreme heat outside. The lunch from Jimmy John's was good. Totally would recommend this trip to others.
This trip was perfect so we could enjoy the scenery and not worry about driving! If you are looking for lots of hiking opportunities, this is NOT for you. We were able to get a hike in at Bryce but Zion was more a drive and stop tour. Paulie was a great driver and guide. Great info and little tips to entice you to come back for a longer stay!
Tour was a great way to experience the National Parks. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating.
A great experience going there, I had so much fun. Beautiful and stunning view, pedestrian friendly. Weather was really hot in the summer and a lot of people. But overall a great day trip.
In the van for a very long time. The van could be more comfortable. Not a lot of legroom. The driver Paulino was fantastic. It is worth the money
This trip is so informative and the driver was extremely accommodating. Driver Wayne was really nice & helpful- he offered to take pictures of our group at each stop.
Great ride, comfortable and smaller sprinter and stopped for bathrooms, and snacks. Beautiful ride and great information while on the drive but got to sleep some too. Marcelo was AWESOME
I believe that having a hands-free or wireless headset would improve safety and positive experience during the drive, the long-drive.
This was an amazing day! A ton of scenery packed in! We’re gonna John was a wonderful driver and tour guide and he really made our experience spectacular.
The last raw seats that we were seating was most uncomfortable in that vehicle, I don’t think that any member of the staff ever tried that, I think they should just for five miles
Both parks were beautiful...I had never seen hoodoos before...they were fascinating. My favorite was Zion...the rock formations and other varied sand, rock, and foliage were absolutely amazing! John, our driver and guide was phenomenal! He was very knowledgeable and shared historical, ecological, and many very important and interesting facts. He was terrific! I truly liked the smaller bus as opposed to the larger tour buses. I will definitely take the smaller tour bus again!
This was an awesome adventure. Both parks were beautiful. John our guide was great, very pleasant and knowledgeable.
It was awesome. Johnnour guide was awesome
The views at both parks were amazing! John was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He even took some great pictures for us. He was the best! I would definitely recommend this trip for anyone visiting Las Vegas.
John was an awesome guide, full of wonderful information and very accommodating definitely a pleasure and wonderful tour
John was an amazing guide and had a good knowledge of the area
Paulie our guide was great. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Tour starts very early and you have to be on time. Luckily we made many comfort stops along the way. We were able to grab a coffee about an hour in. The views were spectacular. I highly recommend this tour.
Absolutely wonderful overall trip we had an incredible guide John Snyder who did literally everything he could to make the trip memorable. He had a vast knowledge of the canyons and gave us plenty of information about the area. He went above and beyond and when the bus got a flat tire he had it fixed within 30 minutes!!!! Amazing he deserves a raise
Awesome tour - Simply beautiful and John did a great job! Went with my husband and some friends and had the best day. Don't forget the sunscreen and water!
