Just me and my bride. Photographer was great and no issues with the driver. Got plenty of pictures and got there early enough to become at peace out in that beautiful area

I took away 2 stars because I paid for the wedding with limo experience instead they pulled up in the same yukon truck I have at home. I thought it will be the experience of me walking up to the woman who married us instead she was standing far from us. I was thrown off so much about the Transportation i texted the wedding Chapel on how disappointed I am. I forgot where I put my husband ring. Other than that the driver was very nice , polite , and helpful. The photographer was friendly as well and kept us laughing. And took some great photos. This wedding was not worth what I paid even though I didn't get the Transportation we wanted. The scenery in itself was beautiful. I keep asking for a partial refund due to Transportation. But haven't heard back from anyone yet.

Book early. I ended up being in absolute darkness. Some things can't be helped but I am extremely unhappy with the pictures. Driver tried to make up for it, he was aces.

Everything went perfectly as planned; really could not have been a better experience. Our limo driver communicated with us and picked us up on time, and the minister and photographer were just perfect. The Valley of Fire was a beautiful location to say our vows and get some beautiful pictures. This was in the awful heat wave Vegas was experiencing and it was 100 degrees at 9am, but it all still went so smoothly. I was curious about what my bouquet would look like but it was a dozen beautiful peach roses - very nice. The cake, cold champagne, and souvenir glasses were a nice touch!

Couldn't recommend this experience enough. Absolutely stunning scenery both during our ride there and where the ceremony is held. We received information on the days before via their WhatsApp chat which was really helpful too. Big thanks to our driver George, our photographer Sascha and officiant Florian who really made our day feel special.

Our limo driver, minister and photographer was all very nice and knew what they were doing! Can’t wait to see my pictures this was a good experience.

Some of the bad reviews here had me a bit concerned but. Everything was great! From the limo to the flowers, the photographer was fantastic and the officiant too. It was such a wonderful experience and I’m so glad we found such an easy and fun package deal to make the whole process so simple.

The Limo Driver Geroge was very nice. The view was amazing. It was so nice to be able to sit back in comfort and see the view all the way there. We are still waiting for our pictures

After confirming date and time twice since arriving, and being told we had to pay minister, driver and photographer fees of $100 each, (the description in the website calls it a gratuity and not a fee, of between $50 and $100 each! We were told it was a flat 100 each. ) our limo arrived 15 minutes late. The driver wasn't dressed very well given he was servicing a wedding party. All other wedding limos had smartly dressed drivers in white limos, He was pretty scruffy and in a black car. He Hurried us in to the car and muttered something about a hole in the seat and to watch my dress. Not a great start. It got worse. The limo interior was grubby, and there were smears all over the drinks console and windows. Also the entertainment system wasn't working. So no music the whole trip which was an hour each way. Champagne was included with the package, but no champagne flutes. We had to ask for glasses, and were given plastic cups. Not great for the photos. When we asked for cups the driver said what? You are drinking now? We didn't. We arrived at the valley of fire to a scruffy old guy waiting at the curbside. He was our minister as we were to discover. We got out, and went to the toilets before the ceremony. There was either water or pee all over the floor and it stank! No way was I letting my dress down In there. Had to get my hubby to be to hold up my dress. Not ideal. The minister then asked where my bouquet was! Driver had forgotten to give it to me, and had To go back to the car for it. We were walked to the location we were to be married, at the rear of the toilets and visitors centre. The ceremony was traditional vows and was nice. Spoiled by the minister, immediately asking for his fee! I mean, he had barely finished the service. The photographer was a lovely young lady, who helped us with poses etc. We are waiting on Those via email. All in all I don't think we got good value. Or service. It was overall. disappointing from, pick up to drop off. If you want a quick no frills wedding, and arent particular on the finer details, then this is just ok. However if you're expecting quality and service. This isn't the company or package to choose.

Had a beautiful ceremony in the Valley of Fire. Was concerned I’d have to walk far through the desert but the ceremony location was very close to the parking lot where the limo dropped us off.

Fortunately, we ended up married, however, it was not the way we expected. Setting up the occasion was fine, and communication up until the day of the event was great. However, the limo was 30 minutes late, had not been tidied up from the previous group, and had NO A/C. So, by the time we arrived over an hour later my make up was melted, and hair a mess (windows had to be open for surviving the 100 degree day). The setting was beautiful, the service was fine and the photo shoot was fine. But then we had to get back into the HOT limo where we were at least hoping to enjoy the included bottle of champagne for the hour plus ride back. Unfortunately, the driver said he was not told to provide this for us. Advice: make sure the Limo has A/C and that the driver's instructions are complete.

Got married at the Valley of Fire. Great experience. Everyone very friendly.and made us feel at ease. Had a great day. Thank you to the photographer, the officiant and our limo driver.

First we were picked up in a limo that looked like it had been driven through the Grand Canyon on 2 wheels (scraped up paint, large dents and rust spots all over). The inside was dirty and the air stopped working halfway to our destination (it was 90 degrees). Our photographer is the only reason we ended up having a good time. At the end of everything we were asked to pay the driver and photographer each $100 in cash for payment of services. No where in our contract did it state we were responsible for that. It was my understanding all that was covered in the $1400 I had already paid. Embarrassing enough we had to stop at an ATM to get cash for them. After back and forth phone calls with the manager and her rudely insisting that it was in our contract, she called and said in deed it WAS NOT in the contract. This should have been the last thing I should have had to worry about on my wedding day.

Worst possible wedding experience we could have possibly paid for! First the limo driver arrived to pick us up late, after complaining about the neighborhood our Airbnb was located in. He then did not assist the bride or groom in getting into or out of the vehicle. The limo was ancient and in such poor condition that we had no power for air conditioning, music or privacy (divider unable to be put up). Not to mention, we were provided with an open bottle of wine that was partially consumed by the couple in the vehicle prior to us!! After arriving to the Valley of Fire both the officiant and photographer were late, shortening our overall ceremony and photography time in the valley. After our ceremony was over, barely finished saying “I do” and the officiant was reaching out his hand, demanding a tip. We did not feel that the services received equated to the recommended $100 tip for each the limo driver, photographer, and officiant were to receive but they all still absolutely demanded that we provide it. When we went directly to the wedding chapel to complain, they blamed all of the issues on Viator booking packages being different than what they actually offer— buyer beware!!!

The arrangements were so simple and the setting was breathtaking!! This was the perfect setting for our wedding.

The limo driver was awesome along with Maria the photographer!! The photos I posted were from my iPhone not the ones taken. The scenery was breathtaking! Highly recommend this venue for your special day!

Totally recommend however a few tips, Get marriage license online prior to visit. The process was a little unclear before hand so we had to sort out the details from the limo. Just so you know, flowers need to be picked up at the wedding chapel on the way to the venue at Valley of Fire and the photographer and minister meet you there. It was so pretty and everyone was exceptionally nice. Wonderful destination spot!!

The limo driver was great! However; I did not receive my flowers or flower for the groom that were promised. So all the pictures were lacking, and I was very disappointed. When we got to the location for the wedding nothing was coordinated as promised either. The photographer and minister were not there, and we took 20 minutes to find them. I would not let this company spoil my special day, but I would not recommend this company either.

The limo controls in the back did not work. The driver, photographer and minister all are very cordial

Valley of Fire was closed so we had to move to Red Rock. The whole crew was nice and made everything seamless. Thank you.

Was A wonderful experience! Our limo driver Don was patient an very fun! The entire experience was well worth it! Photographer made sure she got the best pic. She also took alot of pics with us looking very natural and being our happy newly wed self. Definitely worth it.

OMG, the valley of fire was so amazing it made my weeding beautiful. I have got so many compliments on where did you get married at. Everybody was friendly and kind. I love it 😍

A perfect day! Don, our driver picked us up at 8:30am sharp. Champagne, cold beer and bouquet/boutonniere in the limo. Don was super accommodating, stopping at a convenience store so I could use the restrooms instead of the facilities at the state park. The location is stunning and the morning was beautiful. The officiant was friendly and the ceremony was short, but sweet & meaningful. Maria took our photos and WOW are they stunning! We received them 4 days following the wedding. There are 145 amazing photos and a beautiful video that we ended up purchasing as well. We are so happy that we chose this package for a stress-free and magical wedding day!

Our wedding was just as we hoped. The limo driver, Don was beyond excellent!!! The photographer worked with our poses to get the best shot possible.

The drive from the hotel to the valley was incredible it was like you were on a movie set. As you hop out of the limo, you’re greeted by these towering red rocks, which become this cool backdrop for all your photos and videos. The people involved in the process were complete angels and did all the work for us!

I've no words to express how satisfied and happy I am. How dreams really come true. From coordinators verifying info, limo driver super engaging and telling us how VIATOR haw changed guess life. Minister and photographer punctual, respectful and professional. Making sure every single request was granted. My invitees describe it as their best wedding experience From 1-5 I rate then 100 stars. I wish I'll have more space to write!

There was good parts and bad parts. Bad: 1. Scheduling was not accurate. We originally picked 5pm, they called and said they had a 6pm instead. Also the time you select is wedding time, not pickup time. So we were picked up at 4:30 when we selected 5pm. Would have never known this if I hadn't clarified. 2. Tips are not included even though it seems they are by the listing. You are required to tip limo driver and photographer $100 each. 3. Although it says they bring you to the license bureau, they do not. They called beforehand to make sure we've gone and got the license on our own. This is just straight up false advertising. 4. It says you'll get photos in 48 hours. It's been over 84 hours and we still have not received photos or an update on when we will get them. Also, I highly doubt it will be 100 as stated, we did not take that many. 5. We never received a custom certificate holder as stated. 6. Actual "ceremony" was about a minute and half long. Minister was in and out. This might be what most people want but it's just not what we expected. No chance to exchange vows. Good: 1. The limo driver was amazing. He's what saved this from a 2-star review. I'm not sure if they use the same one every time but he was great to work with. Also, chapel only provides water and champagne, limo driver threw in beers too. 2. The Valley of Fire is beautiful and we were really happy with the location itself. 3. Photographer was really nice although the pictures haven't been received and we didn't take nearly 100. 4. They included a wedding cake which is pretty common for most of these wedding options but it wasn't listed on this one so it was a nice surprise. Overall, we weren't going to let anything ruin our day so we made the best of it but this listing has a lot of room for improvement.

This experience was amazing right from the start. Our limo driver Don Savage was amazing. Really couldn't have asked for someone better. There was a little wait when we arrived but because of Don he made it soo fun! The photographer was amazing and very kind and the minister was very sweet as well definitely recommend this place is you choose to elope in vegas

Everything from start to finish was above and beyond amazing!!!! We couldn’t be happier that we booked with this company, and we got married at the valley of fire!! HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Our pastor, driver, photographer were all wonderful. Beautiful heartfelt ceremony with an amazing background. Best day of our lives. Wedding was just yesterday. We have not seen photos yet, but are very excited.

This was a wonderful experience! Enjoyed our beautiful limo ride (and wonderful driver), the venue and flowers were perfect, and our photographer was amazing! We couldn't have asked for a more special day!

The experience was well played out. Driver was polite and friendly. Photographer was awesome. Setting was not what we saw on the advertisement, but comparable. Flowers were fresh and cake was delicious. Only complaint we had at all was limo did not have heat, the controls were there and adjustable - but only cold air came out the vents.

I was a but unsure at first after reading some reviews, but it was better than I could have ever imagined! Ronnie our limo driver was great and provided us with beverages and a Bluetooth speaker. He made sure to keep us updated with everything that was going on. The limo was huge and the photographer was great! He made sure to capture several great photos in different locations and we even got to see some rams while we were out there. Our wedding day was perfect and I wouldn’t have had it any other way.

Minister was a few minutes late. But photographer took the initiative, got started early on photos. He was cool, funny, organized and made everyone feel relaxed. The limo driver was really cool.

Overall not bad at all. Our officiant was amazing!! The photographer Maria also did a wonderful job. The cake was delicious. Just wish the limo was more new but it’s ok it got us to where we needed to go and was clean.

No communication between vitar and the wedding chapel. Just happened to call the chapel for a last minute detail at 10:45, and they had no wedding booked. Luckily they pulled through and picked us up at 12:00. Needless to say, 4 people got ready for a wedding in under an hour (yes dress and all). The limo was sent, then got to the chapel to pick up photographer and then we broke down for over an hour in a lime that the air didn’t work🤬. Needless to say, the wedding chapel was awesome, called a different limo company and got us to our destination, 2 hours later than expected, but in one piece. Driver and photographer were great. To make a long story short, booking with vitar was a joke and I would not recommend booking through vitar.

Richey our driver was FANTASTIC!! The limo was a bit rough and no A/C but again Richey our driver was so great!!!! Sophia took our photos and was even nice enough to take some with our phone. She was such fun and she really made sure our poises we really photogenic. Reverent Paul really made our ceremony so special. We received Champagne and a cake along with the beautiful flowers. You can’t beat this view for a destination wedding Our photos are spectacular The only complaint I have is that they sent a dented up raggedy limo to pick us up and that was very disappointing to step outside looking beautiful and have that be the ride with a driver that wasn’t dressed like a limo driver Overall though it was a beautiful day and experience

From the moment the limo arrived we just relaxed and had a great time. The driver was helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. The scenery was beautiful our wedding was a breeze. We highly recommend this package. My bride was very happy and in the end that's all that mattered.

Beautiful venue!! We had a great time and the driver, minister, and photographer were fantastic!!! I did not give 5 stars though because the AC was not working well so we and our 6 guests were very uncomfortable! The limo was dented and and one of the door handles was broken. Also, the day of the wedding the office called trying to get me to pay ahead of time for gratuities and that it would be $50 more for the photographer and driver than what was advertised. I disputed it and they approved the advertised price.
