The Valley of Fire is the top hiking destination near Las Vegas, offering stunning views of vibrant Aztec Sandstone rock formations. Formed 150 million years ago from shifting sand dunes, these unique rocks appear to be on fire under the sun, creating a breathtaking landscape that gives the park its name.
Red Rock Canyon's distinctive red hues and formations are the result of ancient sand dunes lithifying into sandstone, cemented with iron oxide and calcium carbonate, and later uplifted and faulted by tectonic activity, exposing iron-rich layers.
Amazing time in the Valley of Fire! The formations and views are fascinating! Our tour guide, Scott, was wonderful and very knowledgeable. One of our stops was at the White Domes where we took a short hike (for some people LOL). It was a little challenging because it is rocky and sandy. However, I was very happy that we did the hike. There was so much to see!

Really enjoyable trip. Our driver Janos was amazing, loads of information about the locations and wildlife. He was also flexible with our group, the people that wanted to stop and look at the sights were able to, and the people that wanted to explore were also able to. 5 Stars.
If you get a chance to go, you will not regret it. It is an awesome experience. Also try to get Scott as your guide. He is fantastic.

While they title this ad as a Valley of Fire and Red Rock Canyon Day Tour, be prepared to receive a ride to these destinations but hear nothing much about it, its past, nor present information. It’s your $150-ride out. There wasn’t even any music during the ride. Be prepared with your brown bag lunch. There isn’t much where you’re headed. The Visitor Center is your only hope. Our tour guide was Marwa. She was a good driver. She offered to take your photo at the locations she stopped at.

We had a great tour with Janus. He took us to many wonderful spots in Valley of Fire and Red Rock canyon and took lots of fantastic pictures for us. He knows all the best spots.
The experience was awesome! The ONLY negative was the group was way too big and the bus was uncomfortable. I was seated on the last row that had incredibly unforgiving seats that provided no recline or leg room or support for the back. In my row were three elderly women who had minor mobility issues. They were also very uncomfortable. The journey was NOT pleasant but the experience and views were amazing.
We thought the Valley was beautiful. One of the most amazing natural occurrences on our planet. The tour covered most of the Valley and ended by visiting the Red Rock Canyon. We had the ability to walk around and explore many different sites. We were lucky enough to see Longhorn Sheep. I would recommend bringing a sandwich or some food, as they provide water but nothing filling. Our guide, Scott, was fantastic. Knowledgeable, cared about everybody on the tour, and never rushed us. This tour was well with taking.

Lots of van time, but it was worth the ride, we saw some amazing sights. Plenty of water breaks and rest stops.
Beautiful nature and I really appreciated the guide’s explanation of plants and wildlife. Comfortable accommodations. The snacks and waters were great. I have some mobility issues and I was still able to enjoy the visits. Hikes were not to hard and you can do as much or as little as you want.
This tour far exceeded my expectations! Our guide Janos was engaging and full of facts. He kept us comfortable on a very hot day and made sure everyone had what they needed. We day the two beautiful parks, learned about the rock formations and saw sheep and burros. Highly recommend!!
Early start but it’s well worth it to beat the crowds and the heat. Mountains are spectacular and vast. Our guide Janus was very knowledgeable and looked after us well providing lots of water and snacks. We stopped at best photo opportunities and Janus was happy to be the group photographer. He ensured our safety at all times by checking for hidden snakes as well as telling us all about the wildlife in the area, and shared lots of his own photos
Janos was an incredible guide! We were picked up on time, provided a full itinerary of the trip and told what to expect. Janos was very knowledgeable and so friendly, it felt like being out for the day with a friend! He is happy to take photos, and knows all the best spots too. A great day and I would highly recommend this tour.

Our guide was the best!! Very informative and got us away from some of the other tourists to see some special things and photo ops. Such a fun day. The time just flew. Comfortable van with air condoning always ready for us. Also snacks and water. Definitely recommend especially if you can get with Janus!!

It is a fun trip. I wish there was more hiking. I enjoyed seeing the big horn sheep. My tour guide janos was very fun.
We had a wonderful excursion with Adam - I cannot say enough good things about this adventure! This was the only day trip I found that included the Valley of Fire and Red Rocks, and you need to see both. You get picked up in a well-maintained van at your own hotel. Adam is a very safe/skilled driver, as well as a Las Vegas native, so his stories and information are a real bonus for the tour. I would recommend this fun and informative excursion to visitors of all ages. There is a bit of walking, but it’s very doable and even if you don’t feel up to it, you can still experience all the extraordinary landscape.

Our tour guide Adam was amazing, he made this trip even better with his knowledge and humour, as a vegas local he was able to add stories and personal bits of information that made this trip even better. He was on hand to show us the best photo spots and help take photos. This trip was amazing and worth getting up early for.
Trip was just beautiful and Adam showed us all that Valley of Fire and Red Rock canyon has to offer. I was worried we would be trudging thru desert in the heat but great breezes and dry air comfortable and Adam “read the crowd” perfectly and gave options for different abilities. Scenery awesome. We had a great visit to Valley of Fire and Red Rock Canyon. Janos was a helpful, educated guide. He was the best at pointing out animals native to the area along the way.
