He provided excellent information, was very knowledgeable, and made the entire tour both enjoyable and informative. His professionalism and dedication truly made a difference. The tour was excellent , we had enough time to enjoy the scenic overlooks and take plenty of photos.It was one of the highlights of our vacation, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Most importantly all this thanks to our tour guide Mauricio who was absolutely wondeful and kept us informed throughout the trip.

I paid in full for the Grand Canyon tour and hours before leaving they change the times and the conditions. Careful, it is a scam. Mauricio's situation is unfortunate, as others explain it with an unpleasant situation like we do. THEY DO NOT REFUND A SINGLE PESO!

DO NOT BOOK THE TOUR WITH MAURICIO, he was our guide and driver. As a driver, you do not have the necessary caution to drive: several times you went out of the lane and the rumble strips on the road could be heard when you drove over them. This happened many times during the trip. As a guide, I also did not like your way of treating the passengers. You talked constantly about your personal life, you demand a tip because you supposedly don't have a salary, you used expressions like “wey,” and on several occasions you would come close to touch my shoulders, which I found VERY uncomfortable. You also “take” the photos for you at the places included in the tour, but I did not like them and I preferred not to ask you to take more for me. Other than that, the tour was good and the food too, the tickets were included, and the Grand Canyon is very beautiful. The experience with Mauricio was enough for me not to take this tour again.

In December I had a Sky cancellation. They were very kind and told me they would return my money in 15 days, maximum. On February 15th I was paid back half the money they had to pay me back. Excellent tour to the Grand Canyon, we played as a guide to Pedro and it was excellent, along the way he told us a lot of interesting information and when arriving at the destination much more! They take great care that the tour is family and the guide takes spectacular photos of you, I loved that, alcoholic drinks are not allowed and give bottles of water along the way. The vans that pass you are van type and the guide contacts you by phone or whatsapp when arriving for you at the hotel.
