It was a great. Luis was a great guide. He explained each stop and its history. He was kind enough to take pictures of us and he patiently waited as we were the last ones returning to the van. The ride was smooth and comfortable. If you want to see more than the Vegas Strip, this is a great tour.

Itinerary
Just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, this experience takes travelers into the stunning desert landscapes of Red Rock Canyon. Guests will enjoy a scenic drive through the park with multiple stops at panoramic overlooks, where towering red sandstone cliffs and colorful rock formations create unforgettable photo opportunities. Travelers will explore highlights like the Calico Hills, admire sweeping Mojave Desert views, and take short, easy walks to experience the terrain up close. Along the way, the guide shares insights about the area’s geology, history, and native wildlife, including desert plants and animals unique to the region. This tour is ideal for visitors looking for a relaxing nature escape, incredible photos, and a deeper appreciation of Nevada’s natural beauty—without strenuous hiking or long travel times.
Calico I is one of the most iconic stops inside Red Rock Canyon, famous for its striking red, orange, and cream-colored sandstone formations. Travelers will see dramatic layered rocks shaped over millions of years, creating a vibrant desert landscape that looks almost painted. This area offers easy access and short walks, making it perfect for photos and sightseeing without strenuous hiking. From Calico I, guests can enjoy sweeping views of the canyon, unique rock textures, and classic Mojave Desert scenery. It’s a favorite stop for learning about the park’s geology and capturing some of the most memorable photos of the entire Red Rock Canyon experience.
High Point Overlook is one of the most impressive viewpoints in Red Rock Canyon, offering sweeping panoramic views over the entire canyon and the vast Mojave Desert beyond. From this elevated stop, travelers can see layered sandstone cliffs, winding desert valleys, and distant mountain ranges stretching to the horizon. It’s an easy-access stop with short walks, making it ideal for relaxed sightseeing and stunning photos. The overlook is especially beautiful in the late afternoon, when changing light and shadows bring out the deep reds and textures of the landscape. This stop gives guests a true sense of the scale, silence, and raw beauty of Red Rock Canyon
Seven Magic Mountains is a striking outdoor art installation located in the Mojave Desert, just south of Las Vegas. Created by artist Ugo Rondinone, it features seven towers of brightly colored, stacked limestone boulders rising dramatically against the natural desert landscape. Travelers can walk around the sculptures, take vibrant photos, and enjoy the contrast between the neon colors and the quiet desert surroundings. It’s an easy, quick stop that combines modern art, open desert scenery, and one of the most Instagram-worthy spots near Las Vegas.
Nelson Ghost Town is a historic mining town located just outside Las Vegas, offering a step back into the Old West. Travelers will explore weathered wooden buildings, abandoned mines, antique cars, and vintage signs that tell the story of Nevada’s gold-mining past. Guests can walk through the town, take unique photos, and learn about the area’s colorful and sometimes wild history, including outlaws, miners, and early settlers. Surrounded by desert landscapes and rugged hills, Nelson Ghost Town is a favorite stop for history lovers, photographers, and anyone looking for a unique, off-the-beaten-path experience near Las Vegas.
The Hoover Dam Museum offers a fascinating look into the history of one of America’s greatest engineering achievements. Located in the heart of Boulder City, the museum showcases original photographs, artifacts, interactive exhibits, and detailed stories about the construction of the Hoover Dam and the workers who built it during the Great Depression. Travelers will learn how Boulder City was created to house dam workers, explore the challenges they faced, and understand the massive impact the dam had on the American Southwest. It’s an easy, educational stop that adds rich historical context to any visit to Boulder City.
Walk out on top of Hoover Dam, one of the largest concrete structures ever built and the reason Boulder City exists. Your guide explains how it was raised during the Depression and what it still powers today. Time to walk the dam, look down the 726-foot face, and photograph the Mike O'Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge arching overhead.
A short stop at the overlook above Lake Mead, the largest reservoir in the United States and the body of water Hoover Dam created. Blue water against red rock, with the old waterline visible on the canyon walls. No hiking - the viewpoint is a few steps from the vehicle.

Fantastic tour, amazing tour guide, excellent communication, and worth every cent! From the moment we booked, everything was seamless. Once we received our confirmation, the organizers texted us to verify the details, confirm our pickup time, and share our tour guide's contact information. Our excursion was the very next day, and Viktor, our driver and tour guide, arrived right on time to pick us up at our hotel. We were lucky to have a small group of just five guests plus Viktor, which I think was the perfect size for this kind of experience! The vehicle was spacious, comfortable, and air-conditioned, with plenty of bottled water in the trunk to keep everyone hydrated. We also got incredibly lucky with the weather: sunny, cloudless skies, and pleasantly cool temperatures. Just warm enough to enjoy the sunshine, but cool enough for a light jacket. Honestly, perfect weather for exploring! Our itinerary included: - Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area - Seven Magic Mountains - Nelson Ghost Town - Hoover Dam & Lake Mead National Recreation Area - Boulder City & Hoover Dam Museum We made it back to our hotel around 3 PM, making this a full day packed with incredible scenery, history, and memorable experiences. Viktor was fantastic: patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what he does. I wholeheartedly recommend this tour and am already looking forward to my next visit to the area. They offer a wide range of tours and activities, and if they're anything like this one? I CANNOT WAIT! The Stops Along the Way 1. Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area – Calico I & High Point Overlook: Absolutely beautiful! Peaceful vibes, breathtaking scenery, and a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. I was genuinely amazed by this place. If you love being surrounded by nature but aren't necessarily looking to spend hours hiking, this is the place for you! Incredible scenery without the strenuous physical activity? Sign me up! It's a wonderful destination for both outdoor adventurers and those who simply want to take in the views. And did I mention the amazing photo opportunities? Absolutely worth it! 2. Seven Magic Mountains: A really cool art installation, and I'm glad I finally got to see it in person! It can get a little crowded, so don't expect to have the place all to yourself for that perfect solo picture. Still, it's a fun, colorful, and unique stop that deserves a spot on your itinerary. 3. Nelson Ghost Town: WOW! Nelson Ghost Town was unbelievable. I genuinely felt like I had traveled back in time or stepped onto a movie set. The atmosphere, the old buildings, the history, and all the little details make this place such a unique experience. Seeing it in person was incredible, and I absolutely loved it! One of my favorite stops of the day. I definitely need to come back! 4. Hoover Dam & Lake Mead National Recreation Area: An incredible display of engineering, architecture, and human achievement! No matter how many pictures you've seen, experiencing the Hoover Dam in person is something else. The sheer scale of the structure and the surrounding landscape are breathtaking. And yes, the views are just as impressive as you'd imagine! Plenty of opportunities for some fantastic pictures, too. Definitely a must-see if you're visiting the Las Vegas area. 5. Boulder City & Hoover Dam Museum: A lovely way to wrap up the day! The museum is relatively small and has an old-fashioned, rustic charm that makes the experience feel particularly authentic. The main purpose of this stop is to learn about the history of Boulder City, how it came to exist, and the people who played a role in its development and the construction of Hoover Dam. It's also a nice opportunity to pick up a few souvenirs before heading back. Final thoughts: If you're visiting Las Vegas and want to experience something beyond the Strip, I highly recommend this excursion. Beautiful landscapes, fascinating history, unique stops, and an excellent guide made for an unforgettable day. Absolutely worth it!
Great day trip seeing all these sights. Some of the scenery was breathtaking in The Red Rocks Canyon, 7 magic Mountains. My favourite was the Nelson Ghost town. It’s the place that time forgot, it would seem. Some great pictures of old buildings and vehicles. The Hoover Dam was great as well, it had views from all angles. The museum was Informative. Victor our tour guide was very helpful and informative, telling us all about the various places. Got picked up from and dropped back to the hotel with no problems. Definitely recommend if you are near Las Vegas.
We enjoyed the tour overall and would recommend it for others. Luis was a very nice and friendly person but you will need to prompt him a little bit along the way to get more information. He knows it for sure. We saw Red Rock, the Seven Magic mountains, the Ghost town and The Hoover Dam and Boulder City. This is a lot of van riding so be ready. There was a slight modification to our tour at the Hoover dam. Which actually was the highlight of our experience. The overlook at the dam was closed. So Luis dropped us off at the gift shop parking where we could walk on the dam itself. If this isn't what they normally do it should be, since that made the Hoover Dam experience so much more memorable for us. If anything could be improved it would be to have more time at the Dam. Thirty minutes there was just not enough. Thanks again for a fun day.
This was a nice tour to see several attractions outside of the Strip. Our guide Luis was very nice and took many photos for us. The downside was there seemed to be more time in the van than at the actual sites. Luis kept everyone on schedule and we were back at the hotel at the time he said. Overall, a nice half day tour.
Great tour.So much to see and such a great driver /guide Luis .He takes the best photos and is very friendly and knowledgeable. We got to see everything we wanted and more.Highly recommended.
Great trip. Louis was an excellent guide. He kept things interesting and fun. Would definitely recommend.

He also helped with taking out photos during the tour and did a wonderful job! The sights are breathtaking! Highly recommend!!
Great experience. Tour guide, Luis, was very informative and helpful. Loved the help he gave with photos, providing bathroom breaks and cold water.
This experience was amazing!!! I came to Vegas with my wife and Louis did an amazing job showing us around Nevada!! 10/10 would def recommend to others and would do another tour again!
Luis was an amazing tour guide. This really was worth every penny. The ride was comfortable and the views were amazing. The pick up from our hotel was quick and the drop off. It was so convenient.
Luis was amazing the tour was incredible for the money!

Luis was sharp in the timing. Showed Knowledge in the placed visited.
Luis, Our tour guide was so friendly and knowledgeable! They made the tour fun and interesting from start to finish
This was a enjoyable day out that I would recommend, however we would have preferred a bit longer at red rock canyon and ghost town and to have nothing stopped at Bolder City, but this is minor constructive criticism overall this was a good experience.
We had a wonderful experience on this tour and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable trip! We booked directly through the tour operator and received a better price, which made the experience even better. The communication was excellent from start to finish, and our pickup was right on time. A special mention goes to our tour operator, Luis, who was absolutely fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable about all the locations we visited and knew exactly where to stop to capture the most beautiful pictures. He was brilliant at helping us with our photos and even took some lovely pictures of our entire group, giving us wonderful memories to cherish from the trip. We covered five different locations, with multiple stops at some places, ensuring we had enough opportunities to explore, enjoy the scenery, and capture those perfect moments. The vehicle's air-conditioning kept us comfortable throughout the journey, and the complimentary water bottles were a thoughtful touch that helped us stay hydrated in the hot weather. Overall, the entire trip was exceptionally well organised, comfortable, enjoyable, and excellent value for money. Luis's knowledge, professionalism, and genuine effort to make the experience special really made a difference. Highly recommended! If you're considering this tour, don't hesitate to book. And if you get Luis as your tour operator, you're in great hands! Thank you for such a fantastic experience and for helping us create beautiful memories. 🌟
This trip was a big bang for your buck. I enjoyed everything about this trip. Prepare to spend a day seeing nature and get a history lesson.
Great spots to see and learn, reasonable time for sightseeing, great tour guide! Def worth it if you want to see a lot of places in half a day
Luis was great. Very friendly and accommodating to our group. Bummer that road closure prevented us from going to one of the sites, but he made up for it by taking us to see some Boulder sheep.
Fantastic tour with Luis! He’s a driver, historian, photographer and a gentleman. Definitely add this one to your list of things to do.
Great to spend some time off The Strip and visit a variety of places in Vegas. Red Rock Canyon was the stand out to us, we would have loved to have spent a bit more time there. Hoover Damn was also very cool to see from the bridge. The other stops were just fillers really but we enjoyed the tour overall and Viktor was really chilled and helpful. Met some lovely people on the tour too! Top tip, bring snacks!
Our guide Luis gave us good information on each site and was helpful by answering our questions and taking photos of our group. I recommend the tour.
"Had a wonderful day! I really enjoyed the whole experience. Our driver/guide Luis was very friendly, shared great explanations at just the right moments, and was super helpful with taking photos. Highly recommended!"
Great views of the red canyon and Hoover damn. Our guide Luis was very helpful and informative. Highly recommend.
Lois was an excellent tour guide. Wonderful experience.Highly recommend
Luis was a great guide. Very informative and clearly enjoys the work of guiding tourists through popular destinations.
Our tour guide Luis was friendly and very informative. Loved Red Rock Canyon, all the tour spots we visited were enjoyed
A memorable day exploring Nevada! I had a wonderful time on this tour with Luis, visiting Red Rock Canyon, the ghost town, Hoover Dam, and the other stops along the way. It was a great opportunity to explore beyond the Las Vegas Strip and enjoy the scenery. Thank you, Luis, for a memorable experience! I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see more of Nevada.
Excellent, friendly and very helpful.
The day started with a delay in pick up. I appreciate there’s traffic everywhere but maybe factor this in when arranging. The driver did call ahead to say he was on his way. The seatbelt was broken so unable to use that as there was no click to buckle into. Once all the collections were done we were off to Red Rock. Red rock was incredible, we did a scenic loop and had two stops. Plenty of time at the stops and no rushing which was nice. 7 Magic Mountains, another great stop, photos done and onto the next which was the ghost town. Not sure about the ghost stop, it was a bit strange. Like just a big yard of old rusting things really. The old mine was pretty cool though. We stopped for a toilet and food break. Then we headed off to the Hoover Dam. It was baking hot at this point. A little disappointed we didn’t get closer to walk in the Dam, would have been nice to do that. I wanted to do the water trick but still got some good views. Then lake mead, photos and a quick stop. Then we stopped at a random park, was a very awkward one to look at some goats. Not sure why but no one was interested and wanted to look but the guide wasn’t having it. Then off to Boulder City, a quick walk round a museum. Everyone was done by this point. It was either too hot on the bus or two cold and I think we were all just fine after the early start. The guide wasn’t very knowledgeable would have appreciated some more facts along the way and couldn’t answer some of the questions the group had. Rather than say I don’t know just made something up it felt. Also felt very awkward when paying to get into the sites. Not sure if he was new to this but it needs fine tuned for new groups. All in all a good day, the group we had were lovely.
We had Luis as our tour guide. He was top notch. Always encouraged us to take our time at each location he stopped for point of interest. Definitely would ask for him again.
The last minute change of the tour was a bummer. Yet the views and overall experience was great and made up for it! Luis was friendly and knowledgeable about the information and history provided.
Our guide Louis was very nice, he picked us up on time and during the trip shared information about the Valley of Fire. 5 stars to Louis
Luis was great - highly recommend. We had a great bunch of people in our tour group
Luis is the best guide tour he knows what he does and he take the time with with full of effort. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. Very assets to company. Well done!
Fantastic tour! Luis was a great guide with tons of knowledge! He took the best photos and was so kind! Would highly recommend Luis.
Extremely hot on the van. Driver didn't say anything to anyone for the last half of the time. Not even a thanks when letting us off at our motel.
I was a bit skeptical at first that a $149 tour could cover four such fantastic spots, but truly exceeded all my expectations! Being able to see so many amazing places in a single day was wonderful, red rock is a stunning place by the way!! My husband and I couldn’t have asked for happier day. Highly recommended!!
Amazing one day tour for a good price
I absolutely loved this tour! From start to finish, everything was well organized and smooth. The highlight for me was definitely Red Rock Canyon — the scenery there is simply breathtaking and truly unforgettable. Seven Magic Mountains was also incredible, such a unique and colorful spot in the middle of the desert — perfect for photos and a really fun experience. Overall, the entire trip was amazing, with beautiful landscapes and great stops throughout the day. The experience felt complete, combining nature, art, and adventure all in one tour. I would 100% recommend this to anyone visiting Las Vegas — it’s a must-do if you want to see more than just the Strip!
amazing service :)) had so much fun sightseeing vegas with my family using their service
Best tour to experience few cool places in one day without get tired. Very fun tour and our tour guide was amazing. Very worth for the price!!
No one else booked this trip that day, so instead of canceling our reservation, this company gave us a private tour! Our tour guide, Anthony, was great! He was very knowledgeable about the area as he has lived here his entire life. Anthony knows the best places for photos and took photos of my husband and I at every stop. Additionally, this is a great "Sampler" trip in that you get to stop at so many very different locations. Our favorite location was Red Rocks Canyon, it was just amazingly beautiful. This was a fabulous experience, one I would certainly reccomend to everyone!
Absolutely fantastic day out from start to finish. Breathtaking scenery in stunning places. Red Rock Canyon is amazing. We loved the 7 magic mountains and the Nelson Ghost town. Fab day had by everyone.
The whole trip was wonderful from start to finish. Red Rock Canyon, 7 Magic Mountains and Nelson Ghost town to name a few. The surprise stop off points are well worth it. Vito our tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, funny and helpful and made the whole day a bit more special. He also took lots of family photos "Portrait style" for us at the various sites. Memories we will treasure forever. Thanks again and I would highly recommend this trip to anyone. From the Cook family.
Very pleasant outing with several stops throughout the day. Victor the driver is very pleasant and very friendly. I recommend
