Small Group Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam And Joshua Tree Forest Tour

Had an excellent tour would recommend this tour to anyone who wants a day trip to Grand Canyon. Teenagers still talking about this trip 5 months later.

I messaged this operator the day before the tour with a question and they never responded. Then I get a text at 4:11 am saying the tour was canceled because the AC was broken in the van and they only have one van. Definitely look for a company with resources.

The day was perfectly planned to see awesome sights with enough time to enjoy yet keep at a pace to get to everything. Anthony was the best and was so informative and kind and he made the day fun and interesting and my kids age 10 and 12 loved the whole trip as well! We all want to go back and go on another small group tour with Anthony!

The tour we ended up on was excellent. But the original tour we booked was transferred to this one. We went from a 8-9 hour tour to a 12hr tour. Normally not that big of a deal. But when you have VIP tickets to the Eagles at the sphere and are not aware of the difference in time until you are out in the middle of nowhere, that just isn't acceptable.

It was a fantastic tour from the Hoover Dam to the Grand Canyon, West and Joshua trees. Oscar was very knowledgeable and a great guide. He took some pictures of us at the Grand Canyon and Hoover dam. He also had other great recommendations for around the area. I would highly recommend Oscar and this tour.

Company called 21 hours prior to excursion and gave me two options; refund or a bus tour of 40-50 people. I booked a small group tour. Very disappointing. I had to scramble to find another company. Now I gave to wait for a refund (I had used Viator rewards for part of the excursion and will probably lose them). I have used Viator in England, Scotland, and Italy and never had an issue.

We enjoyed our trip and Oscar, our guide was very helpful, and knew all about the places we visited.

Very good tour, Victor knew a lot of the history for all the sites visited and other places along the way, knew all the best spots for photos and managed to time the tour to beat the crowds. Would recommend!

There were some incredible views on this trip and it was great to see all the sights. Our guide was nice and took some great photos of us as well. I personally would’ve been ok spending less time at the Grand Canyon. An hour each at both Eagle and Guano point was a bit much. We took some great photos and the weather was perfect. The van A/C left a lot to be desired, however, and it started getting very hot in the car. There may have been an issue with it that day, and it wasn’t working normally. The guide did what he could to make it cooler in the car, but it just wasn’t working like it should. Add a couple hours to the total trip time, factoring in an extra hour for picking up groups and at least that long to get back to Vegas and be dropped off.

Great experience! Loved the Grand Canyon, Hoover Damn, Joshua Tree Forrest and our stop to see the Rams. Very cool and entertaining guide! Will do another tour with you when we come back. Thanks for accommodating us when our other tour got cancelled.

We had a lovely time. Vic was friendly and accommodating. We were the only ones on the tour so he suggested many good spots for photos and took lots for us. Knowing we like sheep he stopped on the way back to show us the big horn sheep which was funny and delightful. The Canyon was big, like really big. Amazing views from the spots we stopped at. The Hoover dam was really cool and we enjoyed seeing that more than we thought we would. Also Vic was very knowledgeable about this. Overall really fun tour, he gave us lots of time in all the spots so we saw lots but didn't feel rushed. Would recommend this tour and would recommend Vic as a guide.

Canceled 20 minutes before they were to pick us up and ruined the whole day. It was our last day there and too late to plan another trip.

I took the West Grand Canyon Tour with Marvit Tours, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The entire trip was well-organized, making it stress-free and enjoyable. Their humor and professionalism added a lot of value to the long day. The transportation was comfortable, with plenty of stops for photos and refreshments. I also appreciated the small group size, which allowed for a more personal and engaging experience compared to large bus tours. The highlight, of course, was the Grand Canyon Skywalk. While some might find it pricey, standing on the glass bridge with a view of the canyon below was absolutely breathtaking. It’s a must-try for thrill-seekers and nature lovers alike! Victor was a great guide. His timing was perfect and got us to the Grand Canyon before the crowds so we basically had it to ourselves. He knew the best places for photos and told us the history while on the road. A great trip.

The tour stops were very nice. Our guide,Victor however had some issues. He spent much time texting while driving even on the freeway, he had minimal facts to share about the area or the stops and just continued to repeat them over and over and over again, he did not keep on schedule causing the 8 hr tour to become a 10+ hour tour. The lunch choice was awful (Del Tacos or Carls) a better choice would have been to eat at the cafe at the Grand Canyon. He was a very nice guy but not much of a tour guide. I do appreciate that he adjusted his drop off schedule to take us back first and not last as the was the schedule since my 83 year old mom was exhausted after the increased length of the tour. The van we were riding in needed some maintenance performed on it so it wasn’t feeling very safe. The “brake pad maintenance” light came on saying needs maintenance now and the tire pressure came on. If you are driving a group of people the vehicle should be maintained correctly.

Hiking the Grand Canyon was beyond our wildest imagination. The driver was very courteous. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the best spots for memorable photos.

Great sites but an amateurish tour company with limited knowledge of the sites to be visiting, poor location for lunch! With under 24 hours to go until our trip our pickup time was changed without any explanation, resulting in us getting up at 4.45 am so we had to curtail our plans for the night before, contact on WhatsApp was blunt and rude!

Amazing trip, covered everything you’d want with plenty of time to chill and get good photos. Viktor was amazing, really nice guy and knew the best times and places to go to so it was quiet and took loads of photos for us. 100% would recommend to everyone.

We really enjoyed our trip to the Canyon and Hoover Dam. The driver was very friendly and helpful. They did reach out to us a day before to change the day of our tour or it would’ve likely been cancelled, luckily that worked well for our trip. There is not much history, education or story telling on the tour. It is more like a driver for the day experience. We would still recommend the tour as we think it is better than trying to drive to the locations yourself. There were many restroom and food stops along the way. This was kid-friendly and they were very accommodating with our 3 year old. Thank you!!

I had a great experience on this small-group trip to the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. The entire day was perfectly timed—early start, well-organised, and we got to see everything without feeling rushed. I especially loved that we arrived ahead of the big crowds and long queues, which made the day go even better! Luis, our driver, was fantastic! Not only was he a safe and steady driver, but he also made sure everything ran smoothly. He was always there to offer help, whether it was taking photos (which was a huge plus for a solo traveller like me) or providing water throughout the day. His friendly and respectful manner added to the overall great vibe of the trip. The mini-bus was comfortable with good air-con, and despite covering a lot of ground, we had plenty of time to take in the sights. This tour did everything you could want in less time than most others, without sacrificing the experience. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a well-organised, efficient, and fun way to see these iconic sites!

Luis was super friendly and helpful. He was very accommodating for all the different ages of our larger group. He was very patient and took lots of pictures of our whole group at scenic sites. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. He was also very cognizant of our group’s energy level. It was 107 today and he provided plenty of water for us. He was also a very safe driver. I highly recommend these tours! It was so nice to relax and let Luis take care of all the logistics of our sight-seeing day!

Vito was a great tour guide. Had a good time visiting the grand canyon west, Joshua tree, and hover damn. Would recommend this. Very hot day but the van had good AC and ice cold bottled water

Received a call about 12 hours to departure that they had to cancel due to mechanical problems with their van, leaving me scrambling to find another tour last minute. How does a tour operator not have a backup vehicle? Very disappointed.

This was such a great tour. You get a chance to see a lot of notable landmarks in about a day. Our tour guide Victor was very knowledge about the various sites that we visited and had a fun personality. ጽቡቕ ግዜ አሕልፍ ነበርኩ

An amazing tour. Victor was fantastic. He was right on time for hotel pickup and also a great driver. Friendly, knowledgeable and funny. All my questions about the Hoover dam, Grand Canyon and Joshua trees were answered. And the cherry on top he knew all the best spots for scenic pictures. The Joshua Tree only grows in a very small region of Nevada, Arizona and California. It survives in the high desert. It is a very slow growing tree that cannot be transplanted out of the region and survive

Had a great experience, victorino was great and I’d recommend to others. We drove around the Grand Canyon, and had a great time on the tour bus. The bus was clean and the driver cared to our needs

Our guide was amazing! He stepped in when our original guy got sick the night before the trip. He was well informed on the areas we toured through, very warm and friendly like we were already a group of friends and not just a tour group.

Highly recommend this company! The guide, Vitorino, was great. Made sure we we all were comfortable and took us to the Grand Canyon first thing to beat the crowds. The views were fabulous. Vitorino was wonderfully knowledgeable and great stories!
