Shuttle Between Las Vegas, Williams, Tusayan And Grand Canyon South Rim

It was a great experience. Our guide, Brandon, handled everything and answered all our questions. I will certainly use national express again in the future

Very useful service allowed us to stay overnight at the canyon which was very special and beautiful since seeing it at all times of day is amazing. Glen was a friendly host and Luis was a good driver

The trip was exactly as I expected it. Everything was fine until the last five minutes on the travel guide ask for a tip from every person of $20 or so there were probably 100 people on that bus four seats across times I’m guessing 20 rows, I found that to be outrageous.

Recently visited Vegas and I wanted to take my kiddo to see the Grand Canyon without renting a car. It took a fair amount of digging online, but eventually I came upon the National Park Express. I didn't realize when booking our trip that these 'shuttles' were actually also tour buses for others - we were pleasantly surprised to get all the information provided enroute. Tour guide and driver both on our trip out and our trip back several days later were all great. The meet up at the tour bus spot near the Excalibur was pretty straight forward - our bus was running behind but there were several other buses there at the time we were told to be there who were able to assure me it hadn't come early or anything. They gave everyone a bottle of water and granola bar when we hopped on the bus - nice perk. Bus was running late on our return trip as well, that time I did have to call the number they emailed to us ahead of time to verify it was still coming. We enjoyed the ride, the buses were clean, had bathrooms on board and phone chargers at the seats. My only complaint is this - the 'bus stop' in Williams, az they drop you at is literally just a McDonalds parking lot in a very small little town. I somehow had gotten it in my head that Williams would be more....touristy I guess? But once we got dropped off by the bus, we had the hardest time finding a Lyft/Uber to get us to our hotel. Even called the local taxi company who told me they were completely booked for the day. Took over 2 hours to get a ride. So warning - if your using them as a shuttle service, look into the drop off location and make sure you have a plan to get where your going (something like Lyft/Uber/Taxi should be booked ahead or you might not find a ride).

The trip was amazing and the guide Joel and the driver were so professional and kind. Over all the trip was a great experience.

Wonderful experience with Gia and Milton. We did enjoyed the helicopter and boat which the guide recommended.

i used NPE as a way frm Grand Canyon to Las Vegas. I wasn't on a tour. we had a 2 hr delay because a tour bus broke down & had to be picked up 1st. communication could have been better, I called twice to trey & find out circumstances. But stuff happens, I would use them again.

Had a great experience visiting the grand canyon, south rim - with Joel (tour guide) and Paul Sr (driver). Informative and fun.

It was very interesting ride from South Rim Grand Canyon to Vegas driver and tour guide Olivia very charming and share details about everything , she make us feel to get all knowledge about history of Vegas , route 69 and all stops which coming in between best guide and very knowledgeable just loved her 🥰

It was very smooth drive from south rim to Vegas. Our guide ‘Olivia’ was very informative. She poured as with such a vast knowledge about Canyon and history of Nevada and Vegas. She made as interest to book another tours. Also Carlos did drive very smooth .

Our Grand Canyon tour was absolutely amazing, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible guide, Olivia. From the moment the tour began, she made everyone feel welcomed. She was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating facts about the history, geology, and culture of the area that truly brought the canyon to life. Not only was the tour informative, but it was also fun and engaging. Olivia had a great sense of humor, and always made sure everyone was safe and comfortable. If you’re visiting the Grand Canyon and want to do more than just look at it, if you want to experience it, then I highly recommend booking a tour with Olivia. This was truly a highlight of our trip!

Great tour. Olivia was very informative and funny. Loved hearing about different forms of energy and Las Vegas infrastructure as well as Grand Canyon ecology.

To be honest I was dragged on this trip by my mom. On the way there Olivia, spoke on many interesting facts about the surrounding areas. This got me psyched to visit the Grand Canyon. Olivia is a very knowledgeable and funny with an impressive background. I really enjoyed this trip! James is also a great driver and he makes sure you’re hydrated throughout the whole trip, which was very kind of him. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would be interested in the other tours this company offers.

Olivia was a great tour guide . She gave great information on the Grand Canyon . James ,the driver, was a amazing driver. He provided water and was on time for everything . Definitely 10/10 🫶🏽

Milton was an awesome guide! He gave lots of information and was a lot of fun! There was plenty of time to roam around the sites

Unfortunately this was a terrible experience. We were at the pickup spot on time, the bus was late so I called the office and was told the bus was there, it very obviously wasn’t because about 10 minutes later the bus actually showed up, it was in the park but not at the pickup spot. Someone from the tour got lost apparently and we waited an hour for him to be found. Ended up leaving at almost 3pm when my confirmation said leave time was 1:30. Apart from this the seats were SO uncomfortable, no armrest between them, no cup holders. My back hurt more after the bus ride than it did hiking 9.5miles up Bright Angel Trail. Kate was very sweet and sounded like she was a great tour guide but the bus driver was not very friendly or helpful, didn’t greet us or help us put our heavy backpacks away before we boarded the bus. We did a rafting trip then hiked up from the river so we didn’t have transportation but if that ever happens again we’ll definitely find a different way to get back to Vegas.

We had opted for a one way journey to the south rim of the Grand Canyon as we were staying there for four days.The information provided by our guide regarding Las Vegas and its history was good.

Shuttle bus didn't show up, didnt inform us at all until we called 30 mins passed pickup time. We were left stranded ar the Grand Canyon Village, had to stay an additional night (thank god we got a room), and had to find our own way back to Las Vegas the next day. What horrible experience. Never again.

Loved how knowledgeable our tour guide was. He went above and beyond to share his experience with a great since of humor.
