We had a great time on this tour. Don was our guide and was informative, helpful and fun to be with. The tour was relaxing at a very reasonable pace. The entire trip was great and a nice way to get out of the hustle of the Strip. Definitely recommended.

What an amazing experience to kayak the Colorado. Do this trip! The views are great and go earlier as the line to paddle into Emerald Cave are a bit long.

Don Kim was great as a guide as a couple in the 65-70 age band we had a blast and love getting to tell our kids all about the trip.

We had an amazing experience kayaking to emerald cave. Our guide, Don was absolutely fabulous. He was very engaging and knowledgeable. He gave us lots of information along the way about the area, the cave, and historic events. The pace was perfect, slow enough to enjoy the beauty of the area and relax but not too slow! Don was helpful to everyone in the group with maneuvering the kayaks and keeping us safe and not capsizing. Great tour and great guide! Now we want to do the all day kayaking adventure! Our guide, Chris, was great. It was a bit of a windy day. So thankful Chris did not cancel the trip. We think other trips were canceled because we didn't run to many other kayaks and we had the cave all to ourselves with no waiting! Perfect. Chris was very knowledgeable and fun. He let us travel at our own pace which at the end became a bit competitive. lol. Great time. Highly recommend Chris as your guide.

One of the best things we did while we were in Vegas. Chris was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure to give us all the information needed to kayak. He knew the history of the area and was able to help us watch for wildlife. He even shared some great photos with us. I would highly recommend booking with Blazin' Paddles. The communication prior to the tour was appreciated. Very specific instructions on where and when to meet. We did the self-driving morning tour. We did find out the afternoon tour will give you that emerald green water that's in the photo. If that's what you are looking for, go in the afternoon. The morning was still a great time to go if you want to avoid the crowds and heat.

The Half Day Kayaking tour with Don was a fantastic experience! Don’s knowledge of the area’s history and wildlife made the tour especially fascinating. The squirt gun fights along the way added to the fun-filled adventure as well. He was patient and helpful throughout the trip, making sure everyone felt comfortable. His friendly personality made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal. I would 100 percent recommend Blazin' Paddles, and especially Don as your tour guide, to anyone looking for a fun, scenic way to experience a different side of the Las Vegas area. It was a memorable adventure and well worth it! We will definitely go again.

Wonderful! Brandon was so sweet and helpful. We had people of varying degrees of athleticism in our group-several older and myself (I’m noticeably overweight). He helped me feel confident that I could do the kayaking and helped me every step of the way as needed (like getting out of the kayak). My brother flipped his kayak and Brandon was right there to help him back in. We saw beautiful scenery, including the lake, the terrain, Emerald Cave, and even wild rams! It was a wonderful experience with the best guide!

Chris, Don, and Chelsea were great guides! The day was beautiful but it was quite windy, making the paddle back pretty tough. They expertly guided us and encouraged us during the whole trip making it a pleasant experience for both my daughter (18) and myself.

We had an amazing time on the water Kayaking. The wind upstream was a little brutal but our guide Chris was awesome and kept with our pace. Would defiantly do it again.

Chelsea has the most beautiful soul and is a wonderful guide!! I would highly recommend a tour with her. Her energy is so vibrant and you can tell she loves what she does. The trip on the water was very peaceful but also educational.

We booked the Kayak trip for our first full day in Vegas and what a trip it was! We were a group of 7 and all had individual kayaks. I was TERRIFIED. I hate water but wanted to do the experience so bad as we’d seen so many amaing reviews. Don was incredible. He made me feel so at ease and by the end of it I felt much more confident. Don was funny and informative throughout the trip and got so many brilliant pictures. We stopped off a couple of times at different spots including Emerald Cove. The kayaking was our favourite trip/experience we did (apart from getting married!) throughout our 7 day stay and I’d highly, highly recommend. Thank you so much!

It was a party super fun would definitely recommend. Next time I go to Vegas i am going to go back for sure.

Come earlier and ahead of time pack sunblock and make sure you do a double kayak if it’s your first time!

Amazing guide ( Chelsea) and wonderful experience in a special and memorable place just about an hour and 15 min away from Vegas with emerald green sparkling water, not to be believed.. Don’t walk, run to make a reservation as Chelsea will rock your Kayak !!!

Best part of trip to Vegas, my brothers and I did a sibling trip, and this was the thing that I wanted to do. The scenery was A1 and we had near perfect weather until the high winds came in. Our tour guide was Chelsea and the knowledge that she shared with us made me want to learn more about the Hoover Dam. She took the time to answer our questions and engaged with everyone including having water fights with the 2 teenagers that were in our group. She referred to everyone by their names and took pictures which she shared after the tour was over. I will most definitely to do this tour again whenever I'm in the area. My brothers have been to Vegas a number of times and didn't know that kayaking was an option in the area. Now this will be a must do every time that they are in Vegas. I wished that we had time to go by the Hoover Dam to complete the experience.

This was something that I decided to do for my birthday weekend. Whit it be our first time we were super nervous?, Once I booked, Kelly text messaged me immediately with helpful information, which was a huge help…once we met up at the met up point we met our tour guide Chris. Chris was absolutely knowledgeable and patient with us, he made our tour fun, safe and comfortable. He took us on a small hike where he provided plenty of water and snacks. There’s squirt guns on your kayak, Make sure you use them. It’s like being a kid again on the water! I would absolutely book again with Blazzing Paddles,looking forward to the full moon tour! Being on the Colorado river with Chelsea was incredible…not only did we paddle through gods country…but having a guide treat us like family was the icing on the cake. We can’t wait to do the long trip.!

We decided to do this last minute for my brother's 22nd birthday and it was 100% worth it. The 3 hours flew by fast! It was our first time kayaking and the guides (Chris and Salah) were very very helpful & patient! Our group had a blast and we're heavily debating on going back but with more family so they can also experience the fun too 😂.

Excellent morning activity on the Colorado River! Our guide (Chris) offered the right amount of information. He pointed out wildlife and different types of vegetation along the way. We enjoyed a quick side hike to an historic site with a beautiful overlook. Last but not least~ we experience the famous Emerald Cave! We stayed in Boulder City and did the self drive (only 30-ish minutes away) which was easy peasy.

Our family enjoyed the tour so much and our tour guide Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. Enjoyed all of his wisdom and stories on our 3 hour trip on the river. Definitely will do it again!

We had an amazing experience paddling on the Colorado River yesterday. The scenery alone was breathtaking, but what really made the trip stand out was how well it was led by Chelsey and Nicole. Both of them were incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable from the start. They took the time to make sure everyone felt comfortable and confident on the water, which made a big difference, especially for those of us with less experience. What I appreciated most was how they went beyond just guiding , they shared so much interesting history about the Colorado River and the surrounding area. Their explanations were clear, engaging, and easy to follow, which made the whole experience feel much more meaningful. Chelsey and Nicole also had a great way of reading the group, keeping things relaxed and fun while still making sure everything stayed safe and organized. It never felt rushed, and you could tell they genuinely care about what they do. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable trip, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering a paddling experience on the Colorado River. Chris did an awesome job. He was very helpful in getting us started and very informative about the nature we got to immerse ourselves in. Even though it was an overcast day it was spectacular. We took the 9 am tour and had the river pretty much to ourselves. It was very peaceful. Thank you Chris for an excellent morning.

We had a great experience with Blazin’ Paddles on the Willow Beach to Emerald Cave kayak tour, and our guide Salah made the trip even better. She was very sweet, patient, and genuinely accommodating with everyone in the group from start to finish. My 10-year-old is very talkative and full of energy, and Salah showed a lot of kindness and patience with her, which we really appreciated. She made everyone feel comfortable, kept the experience relaxed and enjoyable, and never made anything feel rushed. A detail that really stood out was that she took photos for us during the tour and sent them afterward, which was such a thoughtful touch and something we’ll really appreciate having from the trip. Beautiful experience, great guide, and definitely something we’d recommend if you’re visiting the area.

This was a great tour with a great guide. The views were beautiful and the kayaks were a fun way to be outside to view them. My husband and I are both close to 60, so we decided to shared a tandem kayak. It was an easy and fun ride. There were four other people in our group. We liked having a small group. It’s much more personal. Our guide, Chris, was awesome. He was educational, funny, and happy to answer any questions. If you’re deciding which tour group to use, this is the one!

Chris did a great job of sharing knowledge of the area. The early tour didn't afford the best views of the emerald cave, so if that is high on your list, call the office and get recommendations based on time of day and season. The early trip meant there were fewer boats on the lake, it was quiet and pleasant.

Fabulous adventure and totally worth it!! Our Guide Chris made it even better by sharing his immmse knowledge of wildlife and overall wilderness living. plus he was a decent photographer AND supplied water guns to add the fun! def a must do when in Vegas or surrounding area!!
