Our one-day Grand Canyon tour was fantastic from start to finish. Olivia was friendly, knowledgeable, and funny, and she kept the long bus ride interesting with interesting facts. Shanon the driver was safe, professional, and patient, and the bus was comfortable and clean.

Our guide Mama was fantastic – knew her stuff, kept it fun, and helped everyone get great photos without being pushy. She explained everything clearly and even let us nap on the drive over. I've toured all over the world, and this ranks right up there with the best. No fuss, just a great experience. You won't regret it.

I had a great time on this tour! Olivia our tour guide was very informative, engaging and nothing beats sharing a personal story or two. Cheng our driver that got us to our destination and back to our hotel safely with his driving, and always offering us water to keep us hydrated. An experience to remember! Would definately book a tour with them again or would highly recommend to friends or family.

Olivia and Yan were very helpful and professional. They shared clear instructions and also provided food and cold water on time. They were courteous and our tour went very smoothly.

Our tour guide who we all called, Mama, was OUTSTANDING!!! Giving us all the INCREDIBLE experience to walk the BRIDGE and get an AMAZING view of the damn, which you wouldn't have really captured if you went across the bridge on the bus. Plus she took TONS OF PICTURES OF US sitting on the edge of the canyan, capturing OUTSTANDING VIEWS. Plus, she used her very exspensive camera and went above and beyond. To take these pictures then sending over 300 pictures to us. We never had to worry about using our cameras or phones, tour guide, Mama, just wanted us all to be able to enjoy the experience and have an amazing time. We definitely did. We highly recommend this tour, and we look forward to enjoying any other tours that Mama, will be the tour guide, as her years of experience and kindness are priceless.

The trip was amazing. It's a long day but we'll worth it. Olivia, our tour guide was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and personable. I honestly don't think she could have been any better. There wasn't one question she didn't know the answer. And she was fun to be with.

We took a private tour to Antelope and it was amazing. Definitely worth it if you have enough time. Make sure to talk with an operator and confirm if lunch will be provided or not in a private tour.

The tour guide was very rude , and denied to take photos individually. And insisted us to take only one picture . And very unpolitically rude

Our experience with National Park Express was nothing short of shocking and unacceptable. My elderly parents were denied entry solely because they walk a little slower, while other guests older than them were allowed to continue. This was blatant discrimination and deeply humiliating for them. When we requested a refund of USD $73 each, the company hid behind rigid policies instead of showing basic decency or compassion. Their so-called “goodwill offer” of a 40% discount on a future tour was an insult—especially since we are international tourists who had already left the USA. What makes this worse is the double standard: safety was used as an excuse, yet others in similar or worse physical condition were permitted to join. This shows a complete lack of fairness, accountability, and respect for customers. A company that treats paying guests in this manner does not deserve the trust of travelers. I strongly urge others to avoid National Park Express if you value dignity, fairness, and responsible service.

We had a wonderful tour today! Our first stop was Horseshoe Bend – the bus ride was very comfortable and perfectly organized. Afterwards, we visited the stunning Antelope Canyon, which was an absolute highlight. Everything went smoothly, and the service provided by our driver John and our guide Olivia was extremely friendly and professional. We felt completely taken care of. Thank you for this unforgettable experience – highly recommended!

Amazing experience! The guide, Marvin, was fabulous, he gave us very good advises and was very funny. I think the top of the cherry was the punctuality, it helps a lot to comply with all the itinerary. Definitely it’s a must do to have the tour with them.

We joined the lower antelope Canyon tour with Juliana and John They were excellent tour guide and safe driver and they’re very funny and gave us a very clear history of the places where visiting I would highly recommend this tour and definitely will come back again to visit the X Trail and the upper antelope Canyon as well.,

Traveled to Horseshoe bend and Antelope Canyon for a full day trip,and what a memorable experience it was. There was plenty of time to spend at each place,so ample time for photos as well as soaking up the amazing sites.Our driver Leo,and host Aloe were great,providing lunch and plenty of water during the day,with food and coffee stops along the way. Visited Antelope Canyon many years ago,but this was the first time in Canyon X,and I reckon it has the most variety and best views. This trip is a must!

I have signed up for the upper antelope tour with National park express in may 2024. National park express tour has been helpful in trying to pick me up from horseshoe hotel to rush for me to catch the bus for the tour. Thank you for guide who rush down upon hearing I was alrd rhere at pick up time but just at the wrong side of the entrance. Would suggest the tour guide to WhatsApp us so that we can contact directly if we didn’t see the coach bus even when we are early. Marvin is our guide and Milton is our driver. Marvin has a great sense of humor throughout the trip. Milton has been a very steady driver throughout the trip. As this is a coach bus picking us up and it has the toilet in the bus for one to use. There is also free wifi for one hour provided in this bus coach. Timing is very crucial in each stop in order to reach upper antelope canyon on time to capture the right sunbeam to it. In this tour the guide will not follow you to do the horse bend tour but give us time to tour and get back to the bus. He guided us on how to be on time to use the restroom and get drink from cafe. There are water given to us. Lunch is provided with the turkey sandwich. He divided us into group for people who opt for different Canyon visit. The bus tour is a bit rush and would have been great if we paced a little. But I can understand the antelope canyon time is crucial. Not sure if we place the horseshoe bend at a last itinerary would it help to be less rush. We got hit by the initial start of the sand storm when we are in midst of canyon. Would advise to bring a mask next time in case of sand storm. The guide from tse bighanlilni Tyrone has been so good with sharing the history of upper antelope canyon and taking nice photos for us in the canyon. Do note that no bag and selfie stick are allow. Note that the stop when they drop us off isn’t the hotel pick off u selected to manage your expectation. It is at treasury island and MGM. MGM has free monorail to other stops which need to walk to our nearby hotel. Marvin guided us on how to get to monorail. the trip is enjoyable and memorable.

Great tour guide, Pasquali. Friendly, knowledgeable, well thought through plan for the trip and he had special touch's like music for certain areas you pass to add to the experience. He gives you a choice of stops, times etc which is helpful. Unfortunately the morning wasn't the best with the transport breaking down but he managed the situation as well as he could and you could tell he felt sorry and upset for something which wasn't his fault. Lower Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend are both breathing things to see and the drive is a lovely scenic one too. Great trip, largely in part to Pasquali without much help from his wider team.

We had the absolute best time on my tour to the lower Antelope Canyon! Marvin, our tour guide, and Jonathan, our driver, were simply amazing! They were so friendly, funny, and informative. I couldn't have asked for a better team to guide us on this adventure. Matthew, our Navajo tour guide, was also incredible. He had so much knowledge, and he shared it with us in such a fun and engaging way. Although we spent quite a bit of time on the bus, it was all worth it in the end.

Escort Marvin & driver Jonathan are friendly and gorgeous. They did their jobs great. The Antelope Canyon looks wonderful. Worthwhile to take the 13 hour bus trip.

This tour was very convenient and what I needed coming all the way from NYC. They picked us up at our hotel and provided snacks and lunch, as well as tips for staying around Vegas. Fiona was hilarious.

Well organized, Antelope canyon is so uncredible. Horseshoe Bend is amazing. As beautiful as in the photos. I recommend if you are staying in Las Vegas.

The site seeing itself was amazing. My issue below. Restroom: The restroom at the park at Horseshoe bend is disgusting to say the least. You do your business in this deep hole. Filthy seats! Thank God I was not a woman and did not have to do number 2. Not taken well care of. There was a place nearby full of fast-food restaurants, the tour company should have made one last pit stop there for clean restrooms before taking us to the park. Bus: The bus could have been better taken care of. The cup holders were probably never cleaned since the beginning of time. They need to have one person that does deep cleaning for all the buses, and that's his sole job. Need more signs on the bus. We waited in line for the wrong bus (same company). They need a magnetic sign on the bus with symbols like dog, dice, car... whatever, and state on the itinerary, look for the bus with a dog sign on it. Easier to track down, especially international audience. Crew: We were happy with the bus driver and tour guide. Hard working folks. We tipped them $100. The only thing I would recommend is don't do long speeches when we come on the bus, because the bus takes off at 5:30AM, everyone is looking to get some sleep (seriously). Just say, I know you are tired, my name is such and such, I'm going to let you sleep until just before we make our first pit stop and will provide instructions then. I mean, literally, after our guide gave a 20 min speech, everyone passed out it was so early.

This trip was such an amazing experience, jimmy was such a fantastic tour guide who helped us take some of the best photos, while also advising us on some of the experiences to do while we are in Vegas. Really made this experience one of the best experiences we had on our trip. Definitely plan on booking another tour to visit Zion with the one and only JIMMY VEGAS!!

This was a day trip on my birthday and I couldn’t have picked a better activity to do. Marvin and Bruce were stellar professionals that kept the trip interesting and safe. I would recommend hiring professional driver’s and tour guides for a trip to these canyons. Marvin was organized and informative regarding sticking to the scheduled itinerary. He and Bruce were responsible for 46 people and made it look seamless. This was a once in a lifetime trip where my husband and I made many meaningful memories. Bruce was very patient, professional, and safe driver for the rugged terrain that the couch bus drives through. Marvin was funny and anecdotal. He maintained an atmosphere of lightheartedness, with reverence to stellar customer service and timeliness to ensure the group had ample time at all the canyons.
