Very professional. Easy transfer from airport to hotel. Would book again. Gave clear instructions and contacted me ahead of time

Setting this transfer from hotel to airport up in advance was the greatest idea. And even with almost a full day delay in flight, Diego was waiting on us when we arrived.

Booked a private transfer, it was confirmed and tickets sent only to find out the next day after wandering around for a full hour looking for our driver, I called customer service to find out our reservation had been canceled. Not a good way to start vacation.

AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STRANDED AT THE AIRPORT… After receiving a WhatsApp from our driver Fabio the day before, I messaged as requested when we passed security. Reply from Fabio was that he had cancelled while we were in flight!!! No response from viator and no help. Took an Uber instead. Will never use this service again, as it left our family of 4 stranded at Las Vegas airport. This was supposed to be a special start to our holiday, but just created frustration. Cannot express how disappointed we all are. Will not use again and will not recommend to anybody. You should do better.

Worked well. Michael texted confirmation before the trip. At the airport he texted location he was waiting. He had a nice car (Tesla) and transported us to the Golden Nugget. Great way to avoid the line for a cab/Uber. Would use again.

Great communication. Got us exactly where we needed and gave us a bit of a run down of the city while taking us to the hotel that evening. Will use again on our next trip there.

Great car clean easy to spot. Communication with driver great since we had a flight delay. Met us where we were.

We were in the terminal waiting for 15 minutes and our car did not show up! We took a cab! I guess our texts were not going through but tried to call and received a text “driving text works better” Oh well.

Friendly and helpful driver. He was very patient to wait for us, as our flight from Dallas was weather delayed. He loaded and unloaded our luggage , and gave us helpful tips about getting around the strip, and things to do.

This is not on Viator. This review is based on the operating company called Pollittan. They never showed. Viator handled the problem quickly and promptly and provided my refund.

Original driver was late but sent a replacement driver. 40 min from scheduled time of pickup we made our way to Hotel.

John and Milton were amazing! We had a great time. He shared very interesting facts throughout the tour. They made sure we were eating, drinking water and enjoying the tour! Thank you!

We didn’t have anymore activities in LV so I let our driver know we were packed and ready. He sent us a message that he could pick us up for our airport drop off, how nice. We got to the airport early and through the lines so we could have a nice lunch and drinks before we boarded. What a nice man

The booking was in question as soon as it was booked. The operator had wrong date, wrong location. When we attempted to correct the issues a person sent a message about what country we were from, asked about the flight etc when all of this information was requested when booking the trip. They had the reservation recorded backwards on their end although the receipt clearly showed it correctly.

It appears the earlier your pick up time is it is harder to find a driver to pick you up. This was based on the conversation with the driver. Also, I did not expect to be picked up in a van. I could have gotten a Lyft and paid less. However, the job was done. We got to our destination safely and your driver was nice.

Clean vehicle. The driver was friendly even at 530 in the morning. I always recommend Viator! I've not ever had a bad experience.
