Private Spa Experience With Jacuzzi, Sauna And Hot Stone Massage

It was a beautiful experience. I loved the intimacy with the jacuzzi. However, running someone down for a tip is not okay. Tips are optional. Yes it was great, but if someone says they have no cash on them respect that.

We booked the Private Spa Experience with Jacuzzi, Sauna and Hot Stone Massage as a couple and really enjoyed the calm and private setting. The experience felt well paced and comfortable, making it easy to relax together without distractions. The environment was clean and well organized, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and soothing. A pleasant option for couples looking to unwind and enjoy some quality time in a private spa setting while in Las Vegas.

Spa needs a little updating. Everything looked dirty. Staff however was very friendly. Just wished the place was clean.

I had such an amazing experience here! I booked a hot stone massage, and it was absolutely incredible. Before the massage, I dipped my feet into a warm bucket — so cozy and relaxing. The whole atmosphere was calm and comfortable, and I loved that the room was spacious with partitions that made it perfect for a couples massage too. I was also able to easily communicate with my therapist, who was attentive and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Everything about the experience felt thoughtful and relaxing — I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend!

Fiance said massage was great, she stepped on his back. Mine massage was ok, nothing special. The ladies kept talking over us and mine stopped about 4 times. The sauna room was not the best. Could have been cleaned better and lockers was broke. To expensive to have to things broken off the hinges in the jacuzzi spa area. Mayb would go back to try another masseuse but I wouldn’t do the spa.

Nothing to brag about not have a great time if you’re trying to do this think again it’s not worth it. Definitely not worth it.

The spa was hot and clean, the steam room was amazing. The massage was great. The only downside was that the place is a bit run down. It was fun and a good value.

Nasty, dirty, discussing place. Hasn’t been cleaned in years. Disorganized and couldn’t understand English. Never go here.

everything was dirty, the massage maker is immature who doesn’t know how to work there and they expected me to give 20 dollars tip. What a joke. they need to get a lot of fixing before I get there again.

Our experience here was fine until the end. We gave the massage therapists each a $20 tip for our 1 hour massages. This however, wasn't enough for them. The straight out told us that another $10 each was expected for the hard work that they did. We won't go again. However, you should go to Mimosas. It is in the same plaza. Great food and drinks!

We recently visited Star Spa and was impressed by their clean facility. The friendly staff made me feel welcomed, and the massages were exceptional. The private Jacuzzi suite was a fantastic bonus, providing a luxurious and relaxing experience. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating spa day.

Absolutely beautiful inside the spa room! It was so relaxing and was such a great experience. The sauna was great as well as the hot tub, there was also a chair for me with a fan facing it so if I ever got hot I could just cool off :)) Oh and there was robes for me to use! Only complaint about the room was that there was a moth and fly in the room at first but they got out after a bit. Alright next was the massage which was okayyy, wasn’t the most relaxing except for when she used hot stones but it was okay! They should keep in mind though that tips aren’t mandatory and always should come after the service not before. I was basically told before all of the service that I had to tip, which was kind of wild to me considering that’s not how tipping works at all but I ignored it because the spa was so good.

Wow membership prices are the best but it does take $20 to be a member, which pays for itself the very first visit. Pro Tip! If you like a deep tissue massage ask for a man. These guys work out and my wife really enjoyed her massage. He even gave her a Red Rose and a bottle of water before she left. They say when is ever the cheapest the best in quality? Well I think we have a winner here. It's 10 minutes off the strip but I think it's worth the drive. They do work for tips and I understand that for that 90 minutes they only worked for me not like a server at a restaurant that might work 10 tables. So I think $10-$15 per person per hour for their time is not unfair. James & Josie

Had to pay 40 dollars to get out to the spa and 40 more to get back! The hot tub was cold and dirty, bathrooms were dirty, hair and pee all over! Very in your face for a tip and made sure to say 20 dollars per attendant! Only got 45 minutes in spa/jacuzzi and messages were very ruff.

We offered them a $10.00 tip. And they said they needed more!!! When my husband said he didn't have any more cash the lady grabbed his bank card and went o the front desk. We were pretty much forced into tiping them $40 a piece

I hate leaving bad reviews but unfortunately this place was just, bad. The room with the hot tub/ sauna was NOT clean, like the floor was wet, there was hair, the hot tub water was cloudy, etc. it was obvious they only did a quick wipe down before each guest. Then the receptionist bullied us into tipping for the sauna room, when there was no one in there but us, and obviously no one cleaning. Afterward, the massage was the worst massage both my partner and I ever had. We basically received 45min of hand cupping- which hurt. And when I asked my masseur to stop, he didn’t- though I think that might’ve been because of a language barrier. Also, you could hear the front desk staff speaking at full volume the entire time. So there was nothing relaxing about the experience. And it was kind of expensive too. I sat up immediately following the massage and my partner and I all but RAN out of there so we could go back to the hotel and shower. I’d save your money and find another place if you’re looking for a relaxing time with a partner.

2 couples booked for private jacuzzi and couple massages. Pre-called to make sure we had our own jacuzzi. Nope we were with the other couple but worse that’s that, we waited just over 1 hour even though we had booked appointments. After 1/2 hour in jacuzzi which was 15 minutes too long we asked for our massages. Still had to wait. But! The massages were good, not great but good. At the end they do ask for tips, but people that is all they earn, tips. So if you go, please tip them. Figure $10 per hour. Place was clean. Communication difficult. But not many coed jacuzzi experiences if you have time to kill.

The massage was very good. The sauna experience wasn't the best. We didn't feel they were very professional. We weren't given anything for our feet and had to ask for robes. Towels were super small and didn't cover much. The staff was very friendly but the service as a whole could be better.

Sauna and jacuzzi were nasty. We refused both after seeing the area. Massage was painful as he kept using his elbow and knuckles. Didn't bother with my feet. Compete waste of money.

It was a great experience with my new husband. The people were amazing at their jobs but were a little pushy at the end regarding tips.

To much confusion, never mind the language barrier. If you do the jacuzzi you walk through the lobby to get to the massage area bring a robe because you only get a rough towel. Then the prices it cost more to book online and they demand tips on top of it being included. DON’T do it

Took my daughter for her 18th birthday. They got out all of the knots in our backs and feel so much better than when we first walked in.

My favorite part is the massage. It was so relaxing I will come back again That only thing I don’t like is that minimum of the tip is $20

The place isn’t clean, my husband and I was walked into a jacuzzi room with sauna, the rug was wet and dirty, there was dirty wet marks in front and around the tub with loose hair accompany the dirt. I complained and wanted to leave, show us the room it looked cleaner, but when the tub was filled there was dirt rings. We were so frustrated the front desk person was more concerned about not having to give us are money back. She said because we pay in advance no refund. I really want my money back. We just left the room and ask to have the massage. Horrible !!!!!!

The spa was very clean and pretty. The jacuzzzi and sauna room was very nice. the only complaint is the massage could of been a little better.

This was very relaxing massage after our tours and walking along the strip the previous nights. My only concern was the hours wait time before being seen. It seemed busy during time I went before 4pm. If you go try and go during non peak hours.

The best part of this trip was the massage and use of the steam room and whirpool. Ok, when i got there, they didnt have anyone available to do the massage. So a lady asked if i can do the whirlpool and steam room 1st so i said ok. As i got undressed, a lady barged in on me naked and told me, "no no no you need to do the massage now". I tried to explain that I was told to get the whirlpool and steam room out the way. She throw me a robe and insisted i get the massage done 1st. So I reluctantly agreed. Then after my amazing massage, the guy hounded me about a tip and said i needed to pay for it now. I asked, couldnt it wait until my whirlpool and steam room part was over? He just kept insisting so i went ahead and tipped $10. This made me angry because its tacky to be asking for tips. So in all, i wont be back!

The massage was great we left a tip and they hound us down for more after spending 270 for the couple massage. I thought that was so unprofessional. The jacuzzi was cloudy looed dirty . They put some sanitizer in there but I didn't feel comfortable. We just went in the steam room.

Great couples massage! Same room. Tables side by side. Each with your own attendant. Very relaxing and moderate pressure massage. Left feeling refreshed! Steam Room and sauna could use a little attention. Faint unpleasant odor. Can’t identify…-sour? Will return and give them another chance. Great deal.

Best time to go is Wednesday cause walk in is usually available. Place is very clean and price reasonable. Masseurs are thorough and can request level of force. Hot stone massage is excellent

My wife and I splurged on the $249 couples massage with sauna. This was a new experience for us both so we had no idea what to expect. The massage was good but, I can't recommend this place and won't return. After the massage was over the two who were tending to us walked out momentarily as we dressed. They returned with a 3rd lady who apparently speaks better English. At first neither of us could understand what she was saying to us. When we figured it out I was surprised and turned off. What she was saying to us is "Are you going to tip?" For good service I always tip and found it distasteful to ask me before I even had a chance to reach for my wallet. We were then taken to the sauna area. We were told the time we needed to leave and the exit door. This time the same lady says "Someone has to clean this room after you leave. How much do you want to tip them?" Sixty dollars in tips later we walked out. Not the Valentine's experience I had hoped for for my wife. Here is another tip for the owner of the business. If tips are so instrumental in your survival of your business that you have to be so brazen and tacky to ask for them at every turn, you need to charge more .

Made reservations from San Diego for my husband’s and my wedding Anniversary. It was both my husband’s and I first time doing anything like this. Had a great experience. I say don’t believe everything you read in the reviews. The place is beautiful and big. Had the couples jacuzzi and 1 hour Massage and enjoyed every bit of it. The staff was all very polite and professional. Definitely would do it again.

I made this gift to my newly married friends but they did not have very good experience, they did not give them their space to enjoy their massage and they could not use the jacuzzi they felt harassed, when they gave them tip the lady told them they were cheap customers
