One of the most well organized and wonderful trips to one of the most spectacular places in the world! Brendan (the one of the wheels) and Olivia (the one with the mic) made the trip awesome and warm! Amazing people, take care of you like a family, totally safe, and you go back with learnings and a great time. The amount of information Olivia has, I don't think anyone would do - even if they were read about the Canyon, Vegas, Hoover Dam l, Boulder City. She knows the history, geography, technology, tradition - just about everything and more a tour guide can know or share. Amazing girl - wishing her luck! Brendan made sure we are super safe and efficient behind those wheels - amazing person - ever smiling despite driving the bus for more than 14 hours. Hats off to the duo! It has been an amazing trip today.Our tour guide Olivia has done an exceptional job in keeping the tour lively and entertaining, she's a very knowledgeable person and I got to know a lot of cool facts about Las Vegas history , origin of Grand canyon , she can talk for non stop for insane amount of time😀. Kudos to our driver James who covered 600+ miles nonstop within 13 hours.

The tour was incredibly informative and absolutely beautiful to experience. Our guide, Eric, was so knowledgeable and explained things in a way that was easy for everyone in our group to follow. He gave us clear, step-by-step instructions about where we were going and what to expect, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. The Grand Canyon was great, the ride to/from not so great. Bus 1988's AC didn't work well on an 8hr drive trip HOT. Driver also was stopping fast when he had to make a stop, not thinking about his passengers.

This was a great trip!! Our driver Michael and our guide Marcello were both awesome!! The bus was comfortable and clean. Chargers and wifi. Stops for snacks, bathroom,etc. The south rim was beautiful. Amazing views. A 2.5 mile walk from drop off to pick up. Option to explore on your own or ride the bus the 2.5 miles. Plenty of time to explore, take pics and walk to the pick up destination. Highly recommend!!!

The experience to know the Grand Canyon for the first time was awesome, it’s incredible how the nature is and show different colors, sounds, textures, smells, etc. To have Kate as guide was a really enjoyable experience too, she is very enthusiastic, so passionate about her job and she knows how to make us comfortable and well known about all the information about the Grand Canyon.

The view was magnificent with no doubts. The tour guide, Rachael was professional and energetic . She gave full information for us to evaluate if my 87-year-old father could complete the trail of south rim. And, he did safely. The driver, Richard was experienced making the long distance moving comfortable. We had fun.

The bus driver Brandon & Tour guide Kate were exceptionally amazing! We loved every minute of the trip and took amazing photos of the journey! I even have an amazing picture of the Hoover Dam lit up like the Death Star!

Our driver, Paul, who is also a guide at the same time, was very friendly and shared interesting knowledge about Las Vegas, Route 66, the Grand Canyon, and other spots during the drive. I admire him for managing such a long drive (about 10 hours round trip) while still being so energetic and attentive to everyone. At the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, we had three hours of free time. the driver dropped us off at Mather Point and drove the vehicle to Bright Angel Lodge to pick us up later. We walked along the South Rim trail, taking photos and browsing souvenir shops along the way. Three hours was more than enough to reach Bright Angel Lodge at a leisurely pace. The trail was flat and easy, with no challenges, and it offered stunning views of the canyon throughout. For those with limited mobility or who prefer not to walk, staying in the vehicle with the driver as he drives to Bright Angel Lodge is also an option.

We were both an English team on a day trip to the south of the Grand Canyon, conducted by National Park Express’s guides Olivia and driver Karlos. Olivia's attitude is kind to actively help the team take photos, the geographical landscape ecological and cultural explanation is very careful, and the right idea of travel is timely. In addition to the Grand Canyon, the views of the passing and Las are also explained in detail. Karlos drives with an honest smile, and several times asks the crew if they need mineral water when boarding the stop. Both of them were very dedicated to the service, so people were very satisfied and hoped to have the opportunity to participate in the tour of both of them.

The view is beautiful, but it is recommended to have a little English foundation, no Chinese tour, not understand the gathering time will be very tense, often a flash of God can not find a guide, the cost of 20 yuan to follow the guide I thought to go, originally by car, mistake big

Grand Canyon was an amazing place to meet! Absolutely beautiful, with views hard to find equal. The ride is worth every penny! The guide Carlitos, in addition to being very friendly and funny, told all the story needed to have a complete experience.

I made a reservation the day before, but I got it without any problems. The guides were very kind and very enjoyable. It was also wonderful to see the various parts.
