Private Departure Transfer To Las Vegas Airport (Las)

Didn't provide the car requested. Sent party bus that was dirty and had empty and partial cans of alcohol, dirty floor, sticky, glitter.

The driver, Anthony G, cannot call international numbers apparently. Hence he cannot make contact on arrival. I had to call the company direct whilst roaming around the hotel grounds to find him. I received the driver contact details by email at 10.45am. My pick up was supposed to be at 10.15am. It was well after 10.30am when I actually found him. Do not use this company

We used the driver on two occasions, and both times they were punctual, knowledgeable about Las Vegas, and very helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.

Came to pick me up before the arranged time. I didn't have to change the time by much before I got a transfer to the airport.

Did not show up and didn't respond to communication via viator app and was rude on phone like he couldn't be bothered. Would not book again

The driver was great. Gave us directions how to get trough the airport and to his location. Was a short drive to the hotel with no waiting.

Disappointed flying back from Vegas - we had additional people to take to the airport - the SUV was the same size as the one that picked us up when arriving to Vegas. I was told by a number of representatives that the car that was taking us back to the airport was not big enough for 5 people that we will need an additional car. When Saturady came around to be taken to the airport it was the same SUV that initally picked us up PLUS a Tesla which we did not even need. Very disappointed....

Mike was great. He was on time and pleasant and was clear on when and where the pickup would be and made sure my kids safely got in the vehicle.

Viator missed our departure trip to the airport. Carmel didn’t inform the dispatcher of our pickup time. We took a taxi and saved 60 dollars.

I traveled with 4 friends for a girls Weekend. We used this service for transfer to/from hotel & airport. They were timely, communicated with me upon arrival & departure. Friendly, professional and vehicles were in pristine condition.

Our driver was great. He called letting me know he was in route and provided an estimated time of arrival. Upon meeting him, he introduced himself. He placed our luggage in the trunk. The limo was immaculate inside and out. It included bottles of water in ice, champagne glasses and other beverage glasses. Once we reached the airport, he removed our luggage and said I hope you enjoyed your stay. He was professional, personable and courteous.

First you sent the wrong car to pick us up it supposed to be a sedan but you sent a suv when I ordered a sedan and when I made the reservation you said it is going to be Carmel limousine but it was earth and on our arrival we had to walk very far for the car I think I should have a little refund

Terrible! Nobody showed up!!! I called them and they said the rider was not confirmed, but I had already paid for it!!! i am still trying to get a refund from Viator! I will not use Viator again if I did not get my refund!!!

The limo was new, huge and immaculate. The driver was professional and accommodating. It is the perfect way to enter and/or leave Vegas!

We loved our driver. He texted us the night before to confirm everything. Then he called me the next morning to double check exactly where to pick us up. Then he was there within five minutes. Then he got us to the airport in plenty of time.

After contacting this operation the day before to confirm was given a confirmation on pickup from the Las Vegas airport. I received a text with the driver number before we land. After getting luggage and going to the designated area, I called the driver who was supposed to pick us up and he informed me that his company told him to go home, so the driver was not even on duty. I called the office and was informed that they cancelled the ressie, mind you I had just confirmed the day of and before. They did not bother to let me know that the reservation was cancelled. The lady on the phone also said that they could not send anyone out because the SUV was down, really!! Thankfully there was a car service ( a very nice Tesla) that was ready to take us to our hotel. I should have followed my gut and taken heed to the reviews, but hey, you live and learn.

I booked departure transportation after friend suggested using this site for car service as she has done before. I called and gave specific instructions on pickup time, and ensured I would be picked up at specified time. In addition to giving my flight information I once again confirmed I would be picked up at time I specified in order to make it to airport for scheduled flight and once again representative did confirm this. However, the next morning I spoke to car service that was intended to provide transportation, and the pick up time they given was flight departure time! They informed me there was no way they would be able to pick me up for actual pick up time That was specified during booking, which at this point of call was in 20 min.! I was outraged at the fact I was given multiple verbal confirmation and emailed booking confirmation only to pay for a service that wasn’t going to happen last minute! This was for a flight that I could not be late for or miss!

I was notified the day of arrival that your vendor cancelled our pick up at the airport. I am very disappointed with this service.

I requested a ride from the Venetian Hotel to the Las Vegas Airport. Everything was paid for and confirmation number was given for Saturday Sept 18th at 8:00 a.m. We went down early to make sure we don't miss the ride. At 7:45 a.m. I called the 212-666-6666 number and the gentleman eventually got through to a dispatcher. To only find out that they were over booked and NO car was coming for us. Not even a call to us to let us know this. I would never recommend your services if you treat people like this !!

We did not get a return trip whoever they transferred our pickup to, did not show up, So we had to take a taxi .Thank the TAXI companies for being there. Will not use this company again.

I am a Travel Agent and was in need of TRANSFER'S for a client. I booked with EXPEDIA and they sold me service from a company named CARMEL. In less than 24hrs. CARMEL called my client to say they had over booked and could not service my client. so i then went to VIATOR to book. FIRST let me say, the viator agent who helpd me was very nice. When she sent me the invoice i noticedthat the service was being provided ONCE AGAIN with CARMEL!! I Explained that this was the same company that had cancelled my orginal reservation with expida. She then called Carmell the confirm that my booking would be serviced. Oh well so much for that. they picked up my client for arrival, but did not show for departure pick up. When client called to locate the drivershe was then told that they had no car available would issure client a refund. MY CLIENT WAS ALMOST LATE FOR HER PLANE BECAUSE OF THIS LACK OF SERVICE. CARMELL TRansportation service sucks!!!!!

The trip back to the airport was great. The driver was on time, and very efficient in getting me loaded and on my way for my flight . It was a bright sunny and warm day, so there was water available. The driver made sure I was comfortable and had everything I neeed.

Marlene was on time and waiting for our ride to the airport. She is always pleasant and on her game. This our third trip with your company and each time has been perfect.
