Private Arrival Transfer: From Las Vegas Airport

Driver met me at the airport. Grabbed my bags. Got us out of the airport and delivered us to the hotel. Very efficient.

We had a convenient and simple transfer from the Las Vegas airport to our hotel. Our driver Steve contacted us even before we got off our plane. He met us easily at baggage claim and made our arrival in Las Vegas very simple.

Our driver had excellent communication and was at the airport waiting for us when we arrived. We had such a fun experience, taking a stretch in the airport highly recommend.

Not a good experience. Driver was not there waiting for us at the airport. I called the company and they kept transferring me for about 20 minutes till finally got a person that knew something. Come to find out they had made my reservation for a different day. Had to wait another 30 minutes for the car to come pick us up.

Leon was our chauffeur and was waiting for us at baggage claim. Communicated with us via text upon our arrival at airport where to meet him. He was very kind and professional. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. Over all good experience. Would definitely use this service again. Highly recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with Camel Car & Limo Service. I booked an airport transfer in advance, only to have the driver completely fail to show up. What made the situation worse was that Carmel already knew the driver was not en route but made no effort to notify me or arrange an alternative pickup. I was left scrambling to find last-minute transportation, causing unnecessary stress and delay. A professional car service should communicate proactively and honor their commitments, and Carmel fell far short of that. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

Our flight was late arriving due to delays So, we were happy that upon landing that we received a text from Anthony who was waiting for us at the luggage carousel there to help us with our luggage

Whilst the driver was very nice and very informative it was a bit disappointing to learn that a taxi to cover the same distance has a set fee of $29.

Receive 1st class service at a moments notice. Airport service was on time, Anthony the driver was friendly and answered several queries.

Driver showed up late. We had to load the car ourselves as the driver wasn’t able to lift our bags in and wanted our party to split up and make two trips. I had to call dispatch twice to try and find our driver.

Ephrem was professional and polite. The vehicle was clean. It was a little warm for me, but I didn't complain. The driver contacted me via text and communicated updates to me prior to. I would recommend that perhaps bring water to offer to your clients. 4 starts because no one is above improvement.

Our driver, Niko, was great. He was there to meet us as soon as we exited baggage claim and was very friendly and helped us with our luggage. Niko also offered to stop anywhere we needed before taking us to the hotel, which was great as we were dying for some drinks and snacks once we got off the plane. We would definitely use this service again.

Company is not a provider. It is a middleman that searches providers. Car was not at designated pickup spot on my arrival. Phone number provided was NY number that transferred me. I was placed on a long hold before finally getting through. A car was finally sent after we waited for over an hour. The ultimate driver was given the wrong pickup and destination information. The final driver was actually excellent but use Carmel in Las Vegas at your peril.

Booked this private limo for 50th birthday trip arrival and due to delayed flight, was told no driver was available to pick us up. Ended up catching a luxury Uber for 1/2 the price. Was very disappointed with the way this was handled. Now I have to wait for a refund.

Driver was at the arrivals with a nice clear board. Chatted to us on the way to the car where he took both of our cases. He got us to the hotel in a nice relaxed fashion and not driving like a madman! It was just the perfect start to our vacation.

Canceled my trip right before I landed so I was stuck with no transportation at the airport for at least 45 minutes. Was late to my showing & still haven’t received a refund. This company are theifs and made no effort whatsoever to resolve the issue. Would never refer my audience to them.

The communication from the driver before we even had bags. Was waiting at baggage claim before we got to baggage claim. Unfortunately, the company didn’t have the correct number of riders, but driver accommodated us professionally. Courteous friendly driver
