Krystiano was excellent!!! He texted me right as we landed to let me know where he would be waiting and helped us with our bags out of the airport. He even stopped and had complimentary champagne for us on the drive over and let us make a couple of stops on the way to grab a few things. He was super polite and professional and I would 100% recommend this company for anyone to use.

We booked the limo as transport from the airport to the hotel. It was my daughter‘s 21st birthday, and she was so excited to see the driver standing at the bottom of the stairs with our name on a plate. He was super friendly, took us to the baggage claim, grabbed our bags and walked it out to the car. The car was beautiful carpool. The driver was super friendly and it really was a wonderful start to my daughter’s 21st birthday. I would definitely use these guys again when I’m back in town.

Extremely disappointed with this experience. I had booked the SUV Limo that seats 12 people as a surprise for my husbands 30th Birthday to start off our Vegas trip. I paid £264 to then receive a standard SUV 5 seater. Thankfully I took pictures of the vehicle including REG - however despite doing this it still wasn't good enough to receive a full refund! I was offered £60???? Whereas the difference between a standard and the luxury 12 seater is over £150 different. Disgusting and Viator ended up ignoring my emails in the end. Booked other excursions through different companies (thankfully) would NEVER use Viator again - if they would've simply refunded me and owned to their mistake I wouldnt need to leave this review. The irony is - their chargeback team then emailed me asking for why I've put in a claim??? Maybe speak to your other teams before questioning! Extremely disappointed. Ruined the surprise for a special birthday.

Our driver went over and beyond to accommodate our plans and additional stops. He was at the airport baggage claim assisting us with alot of luggage which we so appreciated!

This is a lot of money for a 10 minute trip, I had also messaged the provider beforehand confirming that champagne was available free with the limo service as advertised. After contacting the company they mentioned that due to Covid policy the champagne wouldn’t be in the car but the Chauffeur would stop by a liquor store and supply us the champagne. I confirmed this with the company as this was something I thought would make our entry to Vegas. The driver came and was very nice and professional, however he never stopped by the liquor store store and we were at the hotel with 10 minutes of pick up. Really not worth it for that amount of money and a let down when stating they provide champagne and having personally reached out to confirm this seen like a waste of money.

If there were a minus 5 rating I would give it. My driver never showed, there was no one there with a sign, the phone number they gave me for the driver did not work, and they refused to give me a refund with no reason as to what went wrong. Horrible experience - do not recommend..

Ordered car for 39th anniversary weekend. Got a text while in yransit that the vehicle chosen was not available but another one would be provided. Arrived at the LV airport and was notified that the car was canceled and I'd be getting a full refund. So our romantic, anniversary weekend was off to a bad start. Wouldn't use this company again if it was free.

Everything was nice...the driver, the car, and customer service. The only thing that kind of upset me was that I was told that we had an hour to drive around before getting dropped off at our hotel. She asked if we needed to make a stop and I said yes. I wanted to stop by the hair store which was 2 mins away and she told me that it was out of her way. Other than that, the ride and punctuality was perfect!

We used the private transfer to surprise our son on his 21st birthday and his first time in Las Vegas. David was our driver and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. As soon as the plane landed I had a text from David saying he was at the baggage claim. I asked if he could change the sign to our son's name and he did that along with a Happy Birthday message. My son was so shocked to see that David was there for us. David answered all of our questions and gave us great tips for our trip. We highly recommend this service and hope all of you get as good of a driver as we did in David!
