Very informative and great views. Great driver. The museum gave great info and it was nice to learn about neon lights.
The Neon Sign Museum was definitely very cool. I’d recommend a guided tour instead. The open top bus tour makes for good photos but the traffic congestion particularly with the upcoming F1 race made the tour way too long and slow.
Great way to see and learn some history of Las Vegas. Jon was great and would definitely recommend the experience.
We were unable to go to the museum because there was lightning. We got there and it was closed and we were told that way we get a refund. We did not receive a refund! On the way back the sound stopped working. It was raining and one of the lights was leaking on my husband‘s head. It was such a horrible experience that we just got off early!
More than just lights! The audio commentary provided great history of Las Vegas as we rode along the iconic streets on the way to and from the Neon Museum! A nice way to relax after a day of walking around.
Well worth booking - Neon Museum was really interesting and learnt some things about Vegas on the bus tour- we also got some awesome photos
It's great to see Vegas from the top of a comfy bus all lit up! Our guide was very helpful and informative. I was looking forward to seeing the Neon museum but didn't expect too much going by some of the other reviews about the size of the place, it was actually better than expected. It's not massive but we had just the right amount of time to walk around once and then take another stroll around to see what we missed the first time :-) There were a good amount of people on the tour, not too crowded.
Excellent tour with a very entertaining guide! We thoroughly enjoyed the open top bus tour. We saw downtown and really enjoyed the neon museum, as well as the resorts on the strip.
It’s really a good experience that we saw around LV at night, we can see the city and diffeteny big hotels in the center.
This was a tour on an open top bus so was great to see all the sights of the strip and downtown. Neon museum was fun but very small. Unfortunately a lot of the boulevard was closed due to F1 work so we were stuck in traffic a long time.
It was a great way to see the city lights solo without having to walk about risking my safety by myself!
Awesome experience - loved travelling through Vegas seeing the sights, would recommend to do early in trip as it shows you some cool places to visit
Get there early, get a lower level seat, water and merchandise is expensive, don’t reach for the apples and leafs - they come to you.
The tour was great. We saw all Of the old Las Vegas. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. We didn’t miss any stops. Because of the tour we went to the mob museum the next day. We have a wonderful time. Thank you
Amazing experience! I would definitely do this tour again. I would recommend this to anyone! The guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining
Nice that someone saved the signs but they shouldn't have displayed them until they worked. Very disappointed.
It was diffrent..I sat at the top to get better view. I did get amazing pictures. The Neon Museum was pretty cool. Thought it would be bigger. I still had fun. The only draw back is the voice recording tour guide.
Found the pickup point easily. On time. Chris was accommodating and professional. Water available for sale. Sat on top, warm but not overly hot. Vegas sign overrated but really enjoyed Neon Museum. Would recommend. One suggestion, two pick up points. Add a pick up point to south strip.
Bus driver was great. Neon Museum was very nice.
Trip was as expected, first to the Las Vegas sign and then a good tour of Fremont Street action before the Neon graveyard. We loved seeing everything from high up. Paul was a good driver.
The gentleman that drove the bus and gave the commentary was very good. The neon museum itself had a lot to be desired. Half of the items weren’t lit off and it took us 20 minutes total to walk through the place. Not sure what I was expecting, but this wasn’t quite yet.
It lasts until 11 pm. Fun to to the neon museum. A fun experience to see places from a different perspective. A fun experience.
I have lived in Vegas for 6 years and learned more about the "Vegas experience" on this tour than from locals. Locals tell me what they want me to know. Plus, on the top of the bus you can actually see more than you can from a car or walking.
My 10 year old son and I went on this tour. meeting place was easy to find, information was an automatic recording and very informative. tour bus driver sold cold water. we stopped at the welcome to Las Vegas sign and got pictures right under it. we had 45 min at the neon museum which was phenomenal! so cool! so happy they have this “grave yard” for these signs. Tour advertises for 2+ hours but ours was closer to 3 and half so prepare for that. We saw the fountains go off at the ballagio while in traffic as well :)
We visited this with the open bus tour on the Vegas strip. It was nice to see it in the evening.
If you want to see Vegas at night, I highly suggest this tour!!! You see everything from the Las Vegas sign, to the strip, to the neon museum to freemont! No walking, just riding. Very informative and the views are incredible!
It would have been nice. But unfortunately, my family and I could not make it. We had to cancel due to a health issue. I will definitely keep booking with Viator. They have been helpful
The guide had good information along the tour. There were a lot of old signs that they had lit up at the museum.
Big bus was ready and waiting, great information provided on the bus. Stopped at the Neon Museum where we had ample time to peruse the old neon signs then back on the bus and another stop at the famous Welcome to Vegas sign for photos. Great trip, well delivered and really interesting.
This bus tour was a fun way to orient ourselves to the "Strip", on our first ever night in Las Vegas. I highly recommend it to anyone. People's kids seems to also enjoy it. The speaker sound quality of naration was good, and earphones were also provided, for use. The bus tour was quite thorough. We saw the Art District, Fremont St. area, and the old and new parts of the Las Vegas Strip. It was quite informative, and a great time. The Neon Museum tour was roughly 45 min. on your own, or with guided narration. It was ample time to enjoy some of the older refubished Neon signage. It was cool to learn some of the history of old Las Vegas. Our bus operator was well versed in the history of Las Vegas. It was worth the cost and would recommend to any newcomer.
First of all they are very professional 👌 Out of three friends one friend got late Bec of delay parking but they are very kind to stop the bus till my friend came thanks to bus driver
Gets a little chilly at night in April. They sell bottles of water for cheap. If your lucky they'll drop you on your way back near your resort.
Long bus ride and 30 min none supervised time to look at signs. Does see the sites but not much interaction front m driver or other person incharge.
We truly enjoyed hearing and seeing so much of Las Vegas - the old, the new and the new again. Got the lay of the land and heard so much interesting history. Its an audio recording but very timely and easy to hear when on top of the open bus. Would recommend with the warning It can be a little bit cold at night, so bring an extra layer. I also want to mention we had a complication with our tickets and the office staff in combination with people onsite were kind extreme helpful in sorting out our situation and getting us on a tour.
Excellent set up by Viator, clear instructions as to where to meet the Big Bus from the Big Bus. Thank you for an uncomplicated experience and for the informative recorded audio plus ad libbing from Hawaii Mike.
Great experience and easy way to see all of Las Vegas. Our guide/driver was great and was very accommodating
We loved this tour. The night time views of the strip are astounding. Very informative also. Lots of great information and fun facts for first time visitors. 3 hours seems like a long time but the stop at the Neon Boneyard is cool too!
It was overpriced. The museum was something to see but took about 15-20mins. The bus ride was just that a bus ride. It was 178$ and we couldn’t even get picked up from our hotel. I would not recommend for the money spent.
Simple and easy to book! Learn a lot about the history of Vegas whilst taking in the sights. Grest audio commentary with added stories from tge tour guide who was super friendly. Fantastic and cost effective way to see the Vegas sign and enjoy the Neon Museum
Driver friendly and entertaining, knowledgeable of the history of Vegas. Recommend to do on first day so you can plan your trip and wear warm clothes
Very fun! Incredible way to the strip at night. The bus was great and the neon museum is very cool. I had seen it in the movies but up close you could see all of the history of the strip!! Highly recommended for all ages!
The Neon Museum was much better than we expected. This trip should definitely be done in the evening.
The experience of trip was great for seeing and getting informed about the history of Las Vegas. Just what I was looking and not have to drive in traffic.
The driver was great! He was very pro-active and called us 45 minutes before departure to make sure we knew where to meet the bus. The tour itself was great! Neon sign museum was very beautiful! We were a bit cold on the top and did the second half of the tour on level 1 (heated). Good times!
Fantastic Tour. The route was well planned. The only thing missing was a stop at the Sphere, which would have made the tour feel even more complete.
Fun nighttime tour. Best viewed by sitting in the open air second level. Was a little colder than I anticipated but that was poor planning on my end. Recording of “tour guides” plays throughout the drive giving facts and history.. Good way to see Neon Museum and iconic sign stop. Would recommend.
Exactly what we wanted in this tour!! Alot of information, Alot of Neon sightings all over Vegas!! And a Charming Tour Guide!!!
We were the only passengers on the night we went. Our bus driver was amazing; so informative and helpful. We didn't sit up the top because it was too cold, so didn't experience as much of the lights as we could have. If you go in winter, dress warmly!! We are going to do some of the things the driver recommended ! An advantage of it being winter: no queues for the Vegas sign! I can understand people's reviews expressing disappointment with the neon museum but although it's small it was still interesting, Because it was quite cold when we were there, we didn't feel like lingering, but we saw it all and the history of the strip was interesting.
The city is exciting at night and this tour captures it perfectly. Great photo opportunities at the Neon Museum and Vegas sign.
