Las Vegas Sand Dune Atv Tour In Las Vegas

I went ATV riding with some of my friends for my bachelorette trip and our tour guide was fun! But that receptionist was soooo rude and was talking to us like we were kids and making distasteful remarks . Because of her that’s not a place I would want to go back to because she almost made me get out of character!

I absolutely would not recommend Sun Buggy Rentals to anyone based on my experience. My reservation details were: Reservation Details: bsz1, Reservation ID: #300261 17, Date: Friday, June 12, 2026, Time: 8:00 AM, Location: ATV Tour, Guests: 3, Vehicles: 3X Medium ATV, Total Due: $648.51. We paid $648.51 for three guests and were scheduled for an ATV tour, but the shuttle completely failed to pick us up on the day of the event. We waited outside for two and a half hours in the hot morning sun, expecting the shuttle to arrive. No one showed up, and there was no proper communication or resolution at the time. Afterward, I spoke with several people and was told that a refund would be issued back to my card. Since then, I have sent multiple emails and followed up several times, yet I still have not received my refund or a clear explanation. This is completely unacceptable. This company took payment for a service that was not provided, failed to pick us up as scheduled, left us waiting in the heat for hours, and then made me chase them for a refund they already said would be processed. That is not just poor customer service — it is unprofessional, frustrating, and unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone against booking with Sun Buggy Rentals. Based on my experience, they are unreliable, difficult to get a resolution from, and not worth the risk. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The whole tour was amazing! Great service from all the staff and great banter also! The van driver Michael was first class! This man deserves a raise! He was so funny, very informative as it was our first time in vegas and he was giving us all the tips and best things to do! You need to experience this just to have Michael pick you up!

We had such a great time on our atv tour. This was my husbands first time driving a four wheeler and he loved it and felt very safe. Our guide Degan did such an awesome job. Stayed at the speed we were comfortable with and it seemed like we covered every square inch of road out there. Not sure how he remembered what road was what but, he made it very fun! Would do it again in a heartbeat.

We did the ATV tour with Tony and it was a super fun experience! Tony made us feel safe while having a blast. Definitely going again when I visit Vegas next!

We had Tony as our first guide. Our ATV experience started out slow, with 2 others that said they were experienced but definitely were more hesitant. It was unfortunate but we understood that we can't go any faster than the slowest members and lose them. Afterwards we did a second tour with Charlie as we wanted to rip around a bit faster, which he definitely obliged! Out of all the fun things we've done in Las Vegas, this had to be my most favorite part of my trip! If you're going to Sunbuggy, definitely ask for Charlie or Tony! They're great guys and were a ton of fun!

Smooth pick up from hotel to dunes. Jeb is an excellent tour operator, lots of fun and exciting. Definitely recommend!

The staff was friendly! Our guide Jed was very cool. It was alot of fun. We will return on our next trip back!

Great experience! Was so much fun, I’m glad we did the 8am because any later would’ve been too hot in July. We had a great ride from our hotel and back from Mike who was very communicative and even gave us a little tour on the way to the ATVs. Our guide was Victor who was also great and very patient for someone who has never rode an ATV before. It was great! Highly recommend!

Romeo was our tour guide he was amazing! He was patient, fun, and just himself. He made sure we stayed hydrated and took some awesome pics of the group. Thank you Romeo !

We had a blast riding ATV with Sunbuggy. The whole experience from the start, when we got picked from our hotel, till the end was fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and patient, especially since my friends and I had never driven an ATV before and were nervous. Romeo, our ATV driver, was amazing. He took care of us, made us feel comfortable and made sure we had fun. We will definitely do ATV again with Sunbuggy.

I was out here for my bachelor party and booked the atv tour thru the sand dunes on May 23, 2025. We had a very convenient shuttle bus pick us up directly from our Airbnb. Our driver Emmet showed such hospitality, made sure we were safe and comfortable, was very helpful and personable. Couldn’t have asked for a better driver. Lastly, our guide Miller was such a sick dude and made sure we were having a blast and taking in the whole adventure ahead of us. 10 out of 10 experience. Don’t miss out!!! 🫡🔥

Our shuttle driver, Emmette was very friendly and helpful as he gave us good local recommendations. Also hooked us up with plenty of snacks and water!

This is a great time!! Mike Angelo came to get us at our resort and returned us. He was a fun, entertaining and safe driver. Shane was our guide and was very patient, fun and safe.

It was a great fun experience! Javier was so patient and made sure we were safe and behind him at all times. He would stop every so often to make sure we were following. Would definitely go back!!

Our guide, Terry, was great. He kept a great pace keeping fun while being as safe as possible. The tour was not too long or difficult while stile having a high fun factor. Would do this again and highly recommend this torn.

We didn’t get a chance to experience this because the driver went to the other hotel but I updated it last week. He never gave a pick up time after he was the one in error going to the wrong location. He then claims he was here but we never saw him and he left. Tried calling back but he sent me to voicemail but was able to text. How ironic. Then u said just catch the bus to the location. Very rude!

I had a great experience with this company many years ago. This time around, while the ATV ride itself was fun, I was very disappointed in the lack of upkeep with their vehicles and equipment. The van that shuttled us from our hotel to the venue did not have working seatbelts for all seats and the third row seating actually dislodged during a turn, dumping the passenger into the side of the van. The paneling on the van walls was separated from the van’s metal structure, causing significant vibrations during the ride. I felt so unsafe in this vehicle that I decided to Uber back to the hotel. During the ATV excursion, we ran into a hidden sand hole and my daughter’s ATV went sideways and she lurched forward. This is a risk when riding ATVs and our guide was attentive and helpful with the situation. My concern with what happened was watching the ATV seat come up off the ATV and lodge my daughter’s leg against the handles. Thankfully she wasn’t hurt but i certainly wonder when the last time these vehicles were maintained. As their policy states, ride at your own risk.

This experience was amazing. Mike was safe and fun. I had a whale of a time. Micheal our bus driver was also fun, safe and entertaining.

Awesome experience. If getting picked up their van makes it very easy to spot when looking for it. Got to do practice laps before going out to make sure I felt comfortable with everything. Everything was provided. Everyone there was very friendly to deal with. My guide Jamie made sure I was good while we were out riding with frequently checking. The fun even began when being picked up by driver Mike.

Mike was our driver from hotel . He was real and also gave us advice on we're to eat . KORY WAS my tour guide on the ATV. Overall a great time .

The stated pick up time changed the morning of pickup and we had to be ready 40mins earlier with only a little over an hours notice. Then the ATV tour was cut in half when the guides Buggy kept grounded and breaking down. We just drove circles for 30mins while they tried to fix it and then straight back to the bus. The people were friendly enough but it seemed disorganised.

Really fun experience with an excellent guide ( Charlie) , probably the best part of our visit for me as I do like the hands on events.

Tour was super fun! 30mins was the perfect driving time. Our instructor Terry was fantastic and we felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Our driver Mike was a cracker and appreciated the pickup / drop off. Thanks!

We had a great experience. From the pickup with Mike to the tour with Charlie. Mike was excellent in every way. From the pre trip communication to the valuable info he provided on the way. Charlie was an excellent guide. He kept us informed the entire time and kept us on tract for a great experience. Will definitely book another atv tour with Sunbuggy.

Very fun and save with guide MJ. Cool guy with great humor. The pick up from the hotel by Mike was fast, easy and save. We ended up eating great food in a place recommended by Mike.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Our Sand Dune ATV Tour was the perfect little getaway from the strip for a bit and a great way to see another side of Las Vegas. The guides were super helpful, knowledgeable and made it easy and fun. Definitely coming back!

From the start this experience was fun! All staff friendly and were happy! Ryan was our guide and he was the best! Helpful and fun! And a bonus for us is he took videos and pics for us. Not to even mention he’s so handsome 😀 awesome experience at Nellis Dunes 👍
