Paid extra for back of store experience but saw Rick’s car. 20 minute late for pick up. Other people on tour talked loudly during tour and difficult to hear tour guide. Don’t believe value for money with up grade. Paid $80 per person , got cancelled to a date not of our preference and then expected to up grade. Not value for money. Had t wait at end of your tour to scan QR code to do this review and follow on face book. Email review would have been faster.

Thomas was amazing! The fact that he was a Vegas resident for over 60 years provided a level of information that we wouldn’t have gotten otherwise!

Thomas was amazing as a guide. We learned so much about the history of the place, as well as fun facts and stories about each location. The tour itself was wonderful - the stops weren't rushed, were fun to be at, and overall the tour is worth every minute. I would go again in a heartbeat, especially with Thomas.

We were scheduled at noon for 4.5 hr tour. We received a call the day before to change time to 9 am which did not work for us. Unable to cancel and get refund so 12 time arranged. Meeting place changed requiring more of a cab fee and in a sketchy area. We only did Pawn Star shop and Count Kars and were done by 2:30. Very disappointing, especially for the price. Do not recommend.

The trip was cancelled by the person in LasVegas, I didn't go on the tour, but TripAdvisor still charged me. I had the cost of the tour,pawn stars, shelby America,counts customs,stollen from me. I didn't book thru TripAdvisor but they charged my card. I will be reporting this to the authorities. Theft is theft, and it's still illegal

The trip was arranged perfect. On time and the guide was spot on on being a tour guide ,bodyguard and ensuring we are taken care of. We covered a lot including the famous lad vegas sign , Shelby museum , kount customs and pawn stars with a good break at ricks bbq. It was started on time and ended on time. Keeping by time is a great trait and it was well done. The explanation of all important parts of Las Vegas was well explained. I. Shelby museum the explanation and history was well explained.
