I bought the Go City 2 day all-inclusive pass for Las Vegas after checking what attractions were available and comparing prices. The pass usually costs $169 but I got 10% discount buying it through Booking.com. The attractions I chose to do came to around $276 so over $120 in savings. To make the most of it I listed what attractions I wanted to see on what days that were close to each other on the hop on bus route. You need to check upfront and see which ones need to be prebooked on the morning that you want to go. There are 46 attractions included, these are the ones I did: 2 day hop on bus (usually only includes one day but was on special offer for Sept) Strat Tower High Roller (needs prebooking) Eiffel Tower (needs prebooking) Madam Tussaud's King Tuts Tomb Virtual Flyover $25 off food and drinks at Café Hollywood There are many more I could've done but also wanted time to look around all the different hotels! The app was easy to use and the staff at all the attractions knew about the Go City pass so no problems redeeming tickets for entry anywhere. I might have got lucky with timing but there were no long queues anywhere for the time I was there.

These passes can be frustrating. To minimize frustration, make lists that prioritize the things you want to do most to least, times of operation - what venues are only open during the day versus late at night, and plot the points on a map so you scoop up whatever is in close proximity, to eliminate backtracking. Our favorite part, was doing things that we would’ve never paid individually for, and it’s very possible, to get full value, and then some from the pass. It was very confusing, that some venues demanded prior reservations, and others said you were not allowed to make prior reservations, you just had to show up (meaning, I assume, that the Go City pass had low priority, and if the show was sold out, you weren’t going to get in - we did get in though). Being successful with the pass, requires a lot of reading. I feel like it’s deceptive of Go City, to say that your pass starts at the time of your first attraction. But then the time really has no bearing, because your days are not 24 hour days. They are calendar days. So our first attraction was the “Piano Man” show, which started at 6:30 at night, so our two day pass was really only 30 hours. We weren’t able to do a couple of items, because lightning stopped the attraction. So take weather into consideration, if you are trying to decide to buy a pass, or not. Las Vegas has so many broken escalators, so you can get very, very worn out, trying to get from place to place. And trying to get an Uber on the Las Vegas strip has challenges. There is perhaps not anywhere on the strip, or at least very, very few places, that you can just hop in a rideshare directly on the street, and a lot of the Uber pick ups for the hotels are in the parking garages, so you can feel pretty confused as to where you’re supposed to be. We couldn’t get an Uber to get to one show, so we kind of had to run, and barely got there before it started. These incidental stresses can get to you. Our pass included a generous food allowance, with very good food, so that made it very valuable to us. It is very important, to accept, that you likely will not get everything done that you wish. That’s just the nature of traveling. With all these listed frustrations, you may be surprised that we rated the pass higher than you might expect. We are experienced travelers, and accepting of some frustrations, and we did get more out of the past than we paid for it. And like I said, the food was very good! That made up for a lot of sins, which is a pun in Vegas, right? lol
The City Pass is the way to go. We did so much more than we ever would have without it. Highly recommend!
We purchased the 5 day pass for our family of 4. We planned each day out to maximize the use of the passes. If you look at the map on Tripadvisor, it will show where each activity is located. If we had purchased each ticket individually, it would have cost us over $800, but we paid about $325 per ticket. We certainly could have done even more activities. So much to do and an exceptional value! We used rideshares to start at some of the areas. The pass expired a day earlier, which caused disturbance to my whole experience. When I reached out to viator they did not help me out and were suggesting it was non-refundable. Go city also admitted it was a mistake to end the pass earlier but did nog help as the pass was purchased through viator.
I purchased 4 day pass from viator and my pass was need a day earlier. Both viator and go city agreed that pass was activated a day earlier. But go city suggested they can’t refund as it was purchased from viator. And viator suggested they cannot refund as it was non- refundable. My main question is if sale terms are not met how does the non- refundable tag be applied? Just but from go city app at least and not from visit as you would not be provided any assistance.
Saved a lot of money and easy to use would highly recommend Las Vegas has lots of activities and this pass had most of them
This app made it so easy to travel- planning our trip - picking out what we wanted to do. It’s easy to use and very affordable.
Wouldn’t let me book on half the stuff either booked for weeks in advance or the app wouldn’t work booked Grand Canyon and they cancelled it last day with no refund horrible app
Did about 10 attraction over 2 days. Loved Hoover Dam Tour, Madam Trousseau, The Strat, Terry Fator show, Mob Museum, Go Cars and several others, loved them all. Great buy for what you get most out of vacation.
It’s really worth buying this pass as we can save on sightseeing and also helps us in planning the days and places to visit.
I honestly do not know how this pass gets bad reviews. I have used these passes for years. New Orleans, NYC, Las Vegas x 2 etc and never ever ever had issues with them. They are a huge money saver especially if you have a big family that likes to see things. Yes, the initial purchase seems pricey, but when you add up the admissions individually at the end of the trip you will see the $ you saved. Plus it gets you into places that you might not have ventured into without the pass, which in turn helps those smaller business owners get visibility. My only wish is that they would keep there businesses more up to date and remove those that no longer participate ASAP instead of just posting a note that as of such date they no longer participate. Now almost 3 months later I'm seeing they haven't participated since March 1st and I'm bummed because it looked like a fun activity. That's why you have to do your homework & planning prior to the trip. The pass is easy to use on the app. I've never encountered issues with the businesses either. I highly recommend these passes.
Enjoyed all the places we went to. Enjoyed 2 day all inclusive pass went to about 10 attractions. Could have done more if we found how easy it was to use local buses.
We purchased the go city pass in good faith abut 3 months prior to our trip. In between which time the main reason for booking (seeing the blue man group) was removed. Accepting that the company is within their legal rights to do this (in terms and conditions) there was nothing we could do (after trying to cancel, we were held to our contract) so tried to remain positive of the situation. However, on arriving in vegas it became clear that this pass made logistics restrictive and, even though on the surface good value if you ignore travel costs, actually the whole thing became a tie and annoyance. We went to the new show on the pass -Wow- which was ok, but not on the strip so cost around £40 in uber fares. Add to this the fact that Go city were advertising the wrong times and so we arrived 3 hours early for the performance. We initially booked to do the Saw Experienvs but couldn’t go due to having some diabetic blood sugar issues. We cancelled band the venue were great. But Go City said they could not reinstate the pass used for this as it had been “scanned”- not our fault, the venue had done this prior to us arriving by 3 hours. Again a logistical pain in the backside which we could have avoided by booking direct. We have now lost out on 3 ticketed events as go city unwilling to reimburse without proof. And the venue closed until after we leave. We want to see the Elton John show tomorrow but can only book at the venue, so have to pay to get there to book, then pay to return in the evening which cancels any saving made. And once again the incorrect times have been posted on go city, so plans which were made to accommodate this have been cancelled. Overall, whilst a good idea in theory, in vegas this is logistically very hard and we feel that the experience has been entirely mis sold to us (having done other go city experiences and had very positive things to report)
Great value. We purchased the 2 day all-inclusive pass. Transportation between each attraction was difficult, but if you research the city bus and monorail system before travel, you will save alot of time and money. We spent a fortune on Lyft and Uber, but squeezed 8 attractions in the 2 days we had.
With the right planning and a little homework, the activities available with the pass makes it easy to plan a great itinerary. When deciding on a pass make sure you understand the terms of the explorer vs all-inclusive pass. The all-inclusive is consecutive days based on start day. Also, for activities that require advance reservations - make them as soon as you know when you want to else you may not be able to get a good date/time (especially the premium activity choice and walking tour on the 3-5 day pass. I also used the mobile app which made it easier to book the same day reservations needed for some of the activities. All attractions knew exactly what to do when I said "go city" pass. My itinerary - and est savings... I bought the 5-day all-inclusive because we are here 8 days and after tallying up what I "would " be paying, I saved a huge $$. Plan your days by area and use the free trams, deuce, monorail (and NEVER cut through a casino or miracle mile mall thinking it's a shortcut - you may end up doubling your walk time) day 1: Fremont St walking tour, mob museum. day 2: Premium - Bryce Canyon & zion day ( booked right after I purchased the pass). day 3: Flyover, high roller, madame tussauds, piano man show, eiffel tower. day 4: minus5 ice mandalay, king tut, princess di exhibit, bellagio modern art exhibit. day 5: big bus, stratosphere tower, real bodies-horshoe. days 6-7: did other things i wanted to see that we're not part of the pass. The est cost of day 1-5 activities would have been a whopping $677pp so my savings was over $400 - big WOW!
Value for money. We visited all the attractions with city go tickets. Even did hoover dam and night flight down the strip. For first timers in vegas it’s definitely a must to buy city go tickets plenty for the children to do.
Do not purchase this product. We bought a three day all inclusive pass and were told that we could use it over a 14 day period and did not have to use the days consecutively. Three days after we used our first experience our pass was made “inactive”. We missed out on an entire day of planned experience and got zero support from customer service even though we had in writing from their support team (prior to purchasing the pass) that we had 14 days to use the pass after the first use of the pass. Stay away!! Do not buy!!
Having the pass makes doing activities really-scan and go. The downside is that showtimes were not accurate and you only know if a venue isn’t available when you get to it. This would be so much better if it only offered what is actually available for the dates you want the pass.
This pass truly saves money, this time I did 6 attractions for about 150 dollars less than what I had paid at attractions’ entrances.
Very disappointed for a number of reasons - purchased a 3 day all inclusive pass - activated our pass at 9.06am on monday 2nd dec and tried to ride the rollercoaster at New York New York at 4.30pm on wed 4th dec to be refused and advised that pass expired at 4.00pm. Unable to contact Go City. Requested a partial refund from Viator which has been refused. Unable to use the pass on evening of 4th even though alot of activities still unused. Bar crawl on Freemont Street activity - description says that a free drink at each location - not true - offer a half price shot at each location. Guide tries to get you to stay for an hour at each location - obviously to purchase more drinks. After purchase can only view the pass on the Go City app - do not receive an e-mail confirmation. It does not inform you that the pass will expire at 4.00pm until after it does. I expect a 3 day pass to last 72hrs from activation
Some of the reviews on Trip Advisor had us worried about the Go City pass but it turns out there is nothing to be worried about! All of the places we went to were fully aware of what this was, and did not issue any problems in providing us with the relevant services. It was also a very good value for money deal as we did so many activities for relatively cheap, and was a great way to familiarise ourselves with Las Vegas.
The passes were very good there were lots of attractions to choose from the app was very helpful as u could plan Ur trip and if u got lost u could always find Ur way to an attraction from it it is also good cause u can buy it in advance to spread the cost
We had a great time and the best ride this go cart ride. The staff was great. We enjoyed every attraction we went to in the packed deal.
I enjoyed the venues. But we had an issue for our second day pass. We purchased the 2day all inclusive pass in Las Vegas, the first day was great, we started early and ended late. The second day we didn't get to start using the pass until about 2pm because our passes were marked as expired. We had called and emailed their help center multiple times to get this resolved. After being on the phone for an hour (according to ONE of the venues) they said we used it the day before we did, causing our passes to expire a day early. After they finally (and hesitantly) turned our passes back on, we asked for some kind of compensation as we missed out on 6 hours already for the day, and had spend a lot of our time trying to get this all resolved, they offered nothing. We will not be using this company again because of their poor customer service.
GoCity passes made my grand kids love Vegas more than Disney. I've used these passes in several different cities, several times in Vegas, and each time I learn how to navigate our GoCity adventures a little better. It's Vegas! You want to be cute! But you walk A LOT! And if you use this pass correctly, you're REALLY going to be walking ALOT. So! Most importantly, WEAR COMFY SHOES! Download the RedBus app to see where buses are in real-time. There are multiple RedBuses and only 9 stops. Open the GoCity app to view what's nearby when jumping off at each RedBus stop. Or be obsessed like me, and have your itinerary mapped out before you go. Hoover Dam (HD) is a must! Be prepared to make reservations in advance. There are no signs for the HD bus stop. Just stand outside the hotel doors. The tour bus is pretty obvious when it arrives. The first time we went to Hoover Dam was in the summer. And it was hotter at HD than it was in Vegas. Remember, bring a hat, water, (again) comfy shoes, sun screen. HD guided tour is ok. We prefer touring on our own. The RedBus and HD tour bus drivers have always provided us with great service and value. We bring enough cash to tip $5-$10/person to our HD driver at the end of our tour and maybe a dollar per person, per stop for the RedBus drivers. Have fun! And wear comfortable shoes! So you have fun!
Amazing family attractions in Vegas. I took my son for his 14th bday. I was very apprehensive. However, the experience was wonderful. The City Pass included so many attractions. We were not able to complete them all because of all the wonderful options.
Worth the money! Very easy to use! App was very helpful. Will definitely use again. We were able to do so many things we normally wouldn’t do.
The go city all inclusive pass is awesome for family trip. We planned our timing and schedule in advance to maximize the attractions that we can visit.
All inclusive should mean all inclusive. You shouldn't have options so far off the strip that you need to pay to get to them. This pass used to be really good. Went downhill fast. Some stuff is only available on the weekends, some stuff is absolute trash like the ice room. Get more shows on the strip. How does all Inclusive not include anything on the explorer pass? Prices keep going up, you keep offering less. What a deal
Do not get the Go City pass! We went to Las Vegas in January 2024, and saw that the go city passes had a whole bunch of fun attractions to go to. Including the Avengers exhibit that was at treasure island. We specifically bought the passes for this specific attraction. Well on the first day of our pass, we go to treasure island expecting to go into the avengers exhibit and it had been permanently closed. However on go city they were still advertising it as part of their package. So I call go city and explain to them that this attraction is closed and I don’t want the passes because they falsely advertised. After being transferred a multitude of times, waiting on the phone for HOURS. Their response was that there was nothing they could do and to just try to take advantage of all the other attractions. Zero accountability. They’re shady AF and zero help. Do not buy!
We had a great time and used our Go City pass as much as possible. Our only snag was one attraction failed to open when expected, so we wasted time that could've been used elsewhere. Vegas was amazing!
I bought the 2 days, definitely worth the money., Next time I will be getting the 3-day, bigger events on that one that I really wanted to do. Good tip, know where the bus stops for the big bus are, saving some walking for yourself. Also take water and a hat when doing the golf carts, had a blast with that one.
Scam. They wrote in the chat that you will get "unlimited premium experience", but just one was included. Avoid gocity pass.
We had great expectations for these passes and even told others about them! However when it came time to use them in was impossible to book ahead for our party of three. One could book or maybe two but not the third.. Overall we each used the pass once and felt it was a waste of time and money.. it was very difficult to navigate the different sites for time slots etc and then the blackout times on top of that . I have tried to email for a refund and have yet to hear back!
All up I think these passes are great if you already want to do a number of the included attractions. We wanted to do the Brice canyon tour as well as the hoover dam tour and each alone was a few hundred dollars or so, so we felt we would easily get our money's worth from a three day pass (and we would have). The app and website advises that most of the attractions need to be booked in advance. We decided to do the Brice canyon trip as our day 1 activity and as it departed at 5:30 am and Gocity said we needed to book it in advance, we did. I booked it maybe a week before getting to Vegas through the gocity app link and out ticket via email clearly shows the day of the tour, that it a go city booking and the day the booking was made. all good so far. All went well with that and some local Vegas strip attractions on day 2. Went to book the hoover dam tour and the app said our pass had expired?! we had another day to go! looking in the app "history" saw that it recorded that we went on our Brice canyon tour a day early? We weren't even in Vegas that day. Then the fun began. Contacted Go city "we will need to contact the vendor to confirm the day you went", ok, " we will be in touch in 24 to 48 hours. 5 days later, no word so rang again, same story "the vendor has not replied, we will be in touch in 24 to 48 hours" didn't believe them at this point, rang again 5 days later "oh, you didn't buy this off us, sorry there is nothing we can do about it, contact the third party supplier" mmm, might have said that to begin with? Asked to talk to a manager as we were out of pocket some $200 for a day not used, but that was refused, told I would be contacted by a manager within 24 to 48 hours (heard that one before), no one called back. I contacted Groupon, the company I got the tickets through with a 10% (i think) discount and after one call and a days wait I got a full refund on our two tickets. Well done Groupon, very poor service GoCity! As I said, these are worth it if you planned to do a number of the attractions anyway, but do not book anything a few days ahead and do not expect any joy from the service team. (and maybe buy through Groupon as they will follow up way better than gocity if there are issues) Interesting to now read other reviews saying this has happened to them so words of warning and maybe gocity needs to have a look at themselves!
DO NOT book with Go City!!!! Customer service is awful. Bought 2 tickets back in April for 2-day passes. (So, around $300.) It said I needed to reserve times for specific things on websites. I reserved a time in JUNE on that attraction’s website, and it activated my pass for that day, in April. I just realized this yesterday as I was making plans to leave for my trip. I called customer service, and they told me they’d contact that attraction by email, and once they receive confirmation, they’d reissue a pass in 24-48 hours. I told them I’m leaving in less than 48 hours. Phone call was 34 minutes. Checked today, no reissue. Also, contacted Go City on messenger yesterday. No real response. Called customer service again tonight. Was on hold for 30 minutes - phone call was 40 minutes. Was told the same thing - they would email attraction and reissue ticket within 24-48 hours. I said, “I leave for Vegas tomorrow. I will only be there 2 days. My trip will be over by then!” Still no help. Was told again that I’d have to wait for the email response from attraction. There is nothing they can do. I said, “Of course there is something you can do, you can talk to a supervisor and reissue a pass for someone who hasn’t even been to Vegas yet and hasn’t used her passes.” I had called the attraction tonight before I ever called customer service and was told GO City already knows they don’t take reservations - it’s a first come, first serve attraction, so I should have never been told to make a reservation online!!!! Plus, he said they never received an email from Go City. This company will screw you out of your hard earned money!
I bought a 2 days all inclusive 45 + for 6/16 and 6/17 of 2024 at 318 dollars and was mislead by the viator staff that sold me the tickets. She said to go to my first location and get my tickets activated once they scan it.. I scanned it at the big bus tour and couldn't use it on the second day for any activity. I went to Madame Tussauds at Las Vegas and couldn't use it to make reservation. because the order number was wrong. I called viator staff and they couldn't help me. Therefore, I am requesting for a one day refund of my money. This is horrible and customers should not be treated this way. The order number is 8171404.
Awful experience. Paid for the 2 day pass. Completely disappeared off my account after the first day. Had to pre book all of the activities or places to visit and the reference code wouldn't work for us to book anything. Complete waste of money and time
First time using GoCity and went to like 8 attractions, of course I saved a lot of money, only the Big Bus costed 55 and it was free for a second day, so that’s about 110 dollars total and I paid 139 for the GoCity ticket. I will definitely use it again, my only advise is that you must be disciplined and a time-managing person if you want to make the best of this tool.
The company take your money and no one seems to know where the bus to catch is located or where and how to go to attractions. I tried to call, email and chat to get my refund and none were available. Chat person kept hitting the repeat button so I never got to put I. My complaint and get my refund. The site they send you to does not have a form for you to fill out, even though it states see form below. The trip cost us 500.00 and we are having a problem with getting our money back. The company is not worth your money. They will take to you as long as you have not bought a ticket, but after that you can’t reach anyone. Stay away from that company.
The card is working really well, and I think worth to buy the All Inclusive pass, but maximum only for 3 days, no more (in Las Vegas). There are some very interesting attractions (not too mutch, the most of are only time wasting). The premium attractions are worth to visit, but attention: read the FaQ! You can visit only 1 premium attraction (with the 3-7 day all inclusive pass), so I think doesn't worth to buy for more than 3 days. Actually I used the card only for 2 days, in this time I visited every interesting attractions (exactly 8, but unfortunatelly some were closed). The Cirque du Soleil: KA was my premium choice, I got an excellent place, just for comparison: the price of the seat for one week later cost the same price, like my Go City Card! So it was not bad. With more premium attractions choice I would give more stars (for example on the 4. day +1 so 2, on the 5. day +1 so 3, and so on).
We took a tour at 5:10 from The Horseshoe to Grand Canyon National Park. Reggie the driver and Aloe the guide were awesome! Do buy the $10 box lunch. It was delicious. Many other attractions are attached to this pass. Do as many as you fit in! Worth every penny!
Most of the attractions we wanted to do were not operating but there was no mention of anything until we arrived to do them or tried to book the morning of. Very disappointing
We are on day 2 of our 3 day pass and it’s very frustrating that we cannot get reservations to most of the items listed. I tried making reservations at 12:01am and then find out you can’t do it until 4am, by 6:00am we can’t even book a wheel or tower reservation. Not great
Overall the savings were significant in the events that we visited which was great. I wish the details on where to get the tickets and access was better described. That is the reason for the average review. We spent a lot of time trying to find ticket offices in the building or the attractions themselves. The biggest issue was with the high roller. You do not just get from the ticket line. You have to scan a QR code to get the email with the link. It would have been great for them to build that into the app. Other issues was poor locations was attractions hidden obscured areas of building. Finally one of last disappointments was the Efile tower observation deck was closed. The app didn’t remove it and you cannot visit it. I would think that they would know if people are not using it and remove it temporarily.
Most of the attractions are not worth doing and then the some which are like the high roller, the zip line are always booked and not available
All the rides that we wanted to go on were shut down for 2 days due to rain. Viator would not refund our money. Run away, don't do it!!
Customer Service is a. Bot that keeps sending you to the FAQ page and when I finally got an agent after 20 minutes it was clear that she knew nothing about the city specific tour as she was likely based in a call center overseas If I am spending 600 bucks on 2 passes, at least have real customer service Do Better
The pass is perfect in theory but this past weekend myself and 5 friends visited and was unable to do many attractions because of the high wend n and the other attractions. And most of shows we tried were sold out . Was a disappointment.
