Not able to utilize pass fully. Some event was canceled / delayed and ruined our plans. Overall - not worth the money spent.
Beware of the refund policy before you buy. In order for them to reimburse you any amount you did not save using the pass, you have to scan the pass at least 3 times a day. I bought an extra day on my travel day thinking it would be no big deal because their website says they will refund the difference if you didn't save money. Big mistake. I only used about $100 worth of events and ended up paying triple the price buying the 4 day pass. Very disappointed and will not be buying the multi-day passes again.
Having only done four attractions on the first day. Come the second day we couldn't use it due to myself being taken to hospital around 9.30am. They offered me a 10% refund of a 371 dollars paid so 32.80. I've contacted my bank to escalate this. Will not use them again.
We registered for the Eiffel Tower Viewing on the same day of our visit, as required. Our group of seven had planned this as the highlight of our final evening in Las Vegas. When we arrived, we were unexpectedly told the attraction was closed for maintenance. This was a major disappointment for all of us — especially since this was our last night before flying out early the next morning. We had no prior notice, and by the time we learned about the closure, it was too late to replace it with another attraction. We were left without one of the experiences we paid for.
We purchased some passes through Groupon as recommended by a friend. It saved us loads of money and all the activities were worth it. We did the activity pass which gave us more time to see everything, as opposed to a day pass where you have to complete everything in a day. It also listed things we'd never heard of so we got to explore more than we thought. Highly recommended.
Can’t use this anywhere in Las Vegas. I went to 5 different activities and non of the staff could get it working!! Trying to get hold of anyone on the app is impossible.
The pass grows more and more restrictive every time we purchase it. We contacted customer service and there were rude. Very disappointing experience.
The city pass was a great investment. Once we learned how to use the passes everything was okay. Two of the attractions were closed and we weren't aware of it, before scheduling. We were still able to pick other attractions to use all our passes. I highly recommend getting the City Passes because it'll help save some money. I also suggest that City Pass have a monthly software update to ensure what attractions are still open and available.
I have lived here 48 years and did not know about some of these attractions. We had a wonderful time and easier than I thought it would be doing Go City Pass. I have told a lot of my friends who have out of town company how wonder this is. The only thing we did not like and it was nothing big is that we wanted to go back to the ecape room again but you cannot use your pass twice on a same attractions.
Getting the go city pass was the best thing a person could choose to use!!Some attractions was like 70 dollars a piece, some even more expensive
So easy to use, instructions were given when booking in advance was required and no issues when turning up to attractions, scan and go. I wish I knew about this before for previous trips, but will definitely be my go to for tourist attractions for future adventures!
My mom, sisters and I had a great time using go-city! We were able to do experiences we may not have otherwise done. At this price point, it was a great way to experience several fun attractions without breaking the bank. Would absolutely recommend! It would have been a little easier to have one QR code for event tickets to account for each person, but otherwise great!
I liked the tours original Las Vegas and the Hoover dam. Of course Las Vegas doesn't offer the variety of New York, but they made the best of it. Advice: Don't drink and don't gamble to make it a tour to remember.
Several of the attractions I specifically purchased this for were closed. I had read through the dates certain things were available to do and, based on what the website descriptions said, planned our itinerary from that. Did not get my moneys worth.
very bad customer service, i tried reaching out multiple times but every time no assistance, i was told the supervisor will reach me like 3 times after waiting for him for about an hour on hold, but nobody reached out and there was no resolution reached aswell. save your money and stay away.
We used Go City across multiple cities on our trip and found the options in Las Vegas the most disappointing. We wouldn't purchase one again for Vegas.
Go City in Las Vegas was awesome. It's easy to use it in the app and all the vendors knew how to accept it. I just had to show them the QR code and they'd print me a ticket and let me in. I had a lot of fun and it definitely saved me a lot of money!
The rating is for Viator who booked us on a tour that wasn’t included in the Go City attractions. Viator gave us specific instruction on where to meet and confirmed more than once what was included. When we got to location to redeem our tickets, I was told they were for another tour at a different location and had already departed. Viator said they would investigate, but I’m not confident they will make it right. This was a chance to sell my friends on using Viator…not a good first impression.
The Las Vegas pass was great as we got to fit in the attractions we wanted to but without having to dedicate whole days to doing it. We saved about $40 each by using the explorer pass so worked out well for us overall.
I was a little afraid to get the pass since some people said it was difficult and not to do it. It worked out GREAT for us! We purchased the 3 Event Explorer pass. We used it for the Blue Man Group, New York Apple Coaster and High Roller Ferris Wheel. Blue Man group, we just showed up an hour early to the box office and got great seats by showing them our pass on the app. For the coaster, we just flashed our pass on the app. For the ferris wheel, we clicked the button on the app for the ferris wheel to book our ticket.
3 of our 7 chosen activities were “down” so buy with caution if the visit is short and you only have a day or two to use it.
Pass was often difficult to use. It was advertised as flash the pass and go but we often got sent to venue management due to difficulties using the pass. Calling customer service was no help at all, as they blamed the venues. Often there are 2 or 3 steps involved in making a reservation and problems do occur.
We saw a lot in 3 days. I'm glad I found this. We saved a lot of money on the attractions, some I may not have visited without the pass
Vegas. We used the 3 attraction pass which all worked. We used the Big Bus which was a little difficult to work out where its stops were. The Linq wheel was amazing. Eiffel Tower had great views and if you time it right you can watch the Belagio fountain from there.
This pass was ok, I would more than likely not buy again. As it was not clear to understand what and how the pass worked. for example we used the double decker bus tour and the bus driver cashed in for both the day and night tour when we only wanted the day tour, we were not asked if we wanted to use both she just automatically used them, which wasted our tickets. Then when we discovered this and had to pay extra to get into one of the other attractions we had planned going to. Also it was not made clear that if you use any of the food discounts, that was considered an attraction. Also we took a tour out to the Hoover Dam and discovered that the tour consisted of more time spent driving thru Vegas picking up other passengers than we spent on the entire trip out to the dam, Which was 30Mins. The bus driver was so bathed in cologne I had a severe allergy reaction and did not enjoy the trip at all. We were very disappointed in the whole pass as it turned out to not be what we thought it was going to be.
The two day pass is good which gives you entry at selected attractions. However, the 2 day pass should be spread over a few days not over two consecutive days. We would have taken a three day pass if it was spread over 7 days. Not sure if we received the value of the cost of the pass.
Saved us some money but very difficult to use app at places you need to make "reservations" even in low use times when nobody is waiting in line. Needed info form 2 phones to copy over various codes and also needed to input your info over and over into the app - as the App was not able to pull even your basic info and save it from one attraction to the next. Some attraction restrict yu to daytime use - even though attractions like Eifel towel and LinQ-high roller are much bette at night.
We used this "pass" to visit several attractions and incredibly discounted rates. There are several options available and you can select a pass for the timeframe you have available---24 to more hours. This is really a bargain and is easy to use.
Great experience, we had so much fun picking attractions we never could have seen in our state. So many choices and cool affordable things to pick from
if you download the GoCity app on your phone, it is very easy to use. There are a lot of things to do in Las Vegas however the transportation is a joy killer. The attractions are not that close to each other, the closest are 15 minutes apart from each other by walking and it was 95 degrees. we bought 5 attractions to use in a day but we could not use it all. Uber can't pick you up on the Strip, you need to walk to the pick up points by walking inside the casinos, the railway is the same. Anyway, we visited Madame Tussauds, not big like in New York but still fun. Flyover is a vey fun 4D attraction, if you like you can ride the roller coaster (my daughter did not want to). Eiffel Tower, High Roller are good alternatives. Beside the transportation and the heat, it was a good trip.
There is no direction on what needs to be done to get to many of the options. No phone numbers to contact them. For the Eiffel Tower viewing they need a specific number that’s not the booking or reference number. I never received that via email and it’s not on the app. So this pass made it harder than just going to the event and getting tickets.
We did a two attraction experience and I thought that I might purchase another one in the near future if I knew that I was going back to Vegas soon. It definitely was a good purchase. I would recommend purchasing a pass for a first visit to a city.
The description on about the pass is not clearly laid out. I bought the pass thinking it was valid for 2 days when in fact it is only valid for 2 attractions. Was very disappointed.
Garbage. Viator never delivered this actual ticket. Also the attractions could not use the fake confirmation numbers that viator gave me.
I love using a Go City pass when I travel to a new city. I can take in all the cool activities without being nickel and dimed to death.
The go city pass was really good but do not book though Viator was very confusing to use and you could not use the passes though them
This is a great pass to have. It saves a lot of time and money and so easy to use no need for tickets
The ease at how easy it was to use the pass at the venues was a big plus. I would definately recommend purchasing the explorer pass to anyone thinking about it. The savings are worth the price as Las Vegas is an expensive destination.
I purchased the 2-attractions pass. According to the website, the pass was supposed to save time and get us to the front of the line. For High Roller, we had to stand in line with everyone else to get our tickets to board. For the Eiffel Tower, something similar happened. We were told to go to the box office to get out tickets. Maybe there is a misunderstanding with the venues and Go City. Just queue up at the places you want to go...
The passes have a lot of restrictions and it is very tricky to book some of them due to times/fine print. Can't do flight more than once, can't go to Area 15 at night as the pass is for daytime hours only. Hoover Dam experience doesn't actually take you to Hoover Dam just a hill overlooking it to take pictures for 20 mins. It seems much easier to book and use the pass for the cheaper attractions, which means getting value for money is quite difficult. I recommend you price up the attractions you want to do and the times you want to do them and check whether the pass works for you, it might be better to use deals from your hotels such as 241 offers rather than get this pass. I got a 7 experience pass and used 4 in a week.
Be careful of your timing for your first event. We did a night club event. The pass is not 24 hours. So we wasted the whole day of that pass.
Tickets didn’t work. Couldn’t scan the ticket. And had to call. Closed when we called. Unable to get it to work.
Wanted to go and visit several attractions and a friend told me about this GoCity app. I purchased the 6 attraction for £105 ($115) and then just picked any 6 from the list. I didn't want to pick small attractions that was over in seconds but opted for some of the better attractions which offered value for money. We visited the following FlyOver Mob Museum Hunger games exhibition Madame Tussauds The Strat - includes 1 ride Eiffel tower viewing deck All was open when we went and we never had any issues using the card. Overall it saved us around $200 compared to full price entry so great saving for us.
The hop on and hop off night tour is amazing. The day tour of hop off and on bus tour is a no go. Truly helped save money with the attractions.
Help, can't use this pass. Won't syne with go city. Booking showed as complete and unable to access tickets. Unclear
A super concept that removes any hassle. It saved us money and was easy to use at the attractions. We used the app for attractions in Vegas itself.
I had an issue with an attraction scanning my card then cancelling the activity. They attempted to contact City Pass to have it void so I can use my pass for another attraction on Friday afternoon, same day, but was unsuccessful. It was frustrating since the pass was purchased to use during our vacation and it was the last day before going home.We had the Explorer pass so there’s only a number of attractions on the pass we can use and this prevented us from doing so. City Pass need to be more available and responsive. Very inconvenient and unhappy.
I thought it was beneficial to some degree but overall you need a few days in Vegas because you have to book everything. It is all based on uber/lyft if they get there on time. It is a good thing to have.
Pass was presented to all attractions and transaction was completed smoothly with no questions. Good!
