This experience was terrible. We came from the Bahamas and after 8 hours of flying we expected our vehicle to be there as scheduled and paid for. We booked for collection at 8:15pm, we the vehicle didn’t collect us until 10pm after calling the dispatcher 4 times to get an update and they keep saying 15 minutes. The last time the dispatcher hung up the phone on me. I would not recommend this service.
After arriving to LAS well after midnight when our bodies thought it was almost 4 with no sleep, we couldn't have asked for a better driver than Mike to greet us with great personality and upbeat attitude at baggage claim. He re-energized us with a fun conversation while we waited for our luggage and was a positive person even though driving us meant having to gamble with F1 Grand Prix traffic to get us to the center of the strip. Luckily, we won out in that gamble (probably because of the late arrival of our flight) and Mike got us to our hotel quickly, safely, and with a smile. Thanks so much, Mike, for all your great local tips Ns for starting our vacation out on the right foot! We would definitely book with Bell Transportation again!

Wonderful experience! My driver was waiting for me at the designated arrival area and was very easy to find. He was very polite and friendly and handled my luggage with care. He was always very informative about local happenings. I will definitely use this group again!

The limo service to and from our hotel/airport was great. Courtney was waiting for us at the airport even though our flight was delayed almost 2 hours. He was great. On our way back to the airport, George was early and very friendly.
After a long travel day, it was so comforting to see Jorge, our driver, waiting for us. From the first moment we met Jorge until the moment he dropped us off at our hotel, the entire trip was relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely us this service the next time we are in Las Vegas.
Would give this company a -10 review if I could. There was an issue with the pickup location, which would’ve been fixable had there been any customer service available—but there wasn’t because it was a shift change. So we ended up taking an Uber (we just decided to forget about the $100 I spent on the limo). The next day, I contacted the company and asked them to call me. I was told they’d call me back at a later time and never did.

I was completely satisfied with the service I received. Very professional and top notch. The best part about the experience was our driver Tim. I can not say enough about Him. He was so helpful and sweet. He has a great sense of humor and just an all around really nice guy. He allowed us to make a stop to get some stuff to start our trip off right and that we did! We had an awesome start to our trip due to the professional and courteous service received. In the future will book again.
There was excellent communication with the driver and a prompt airport pickup for car service to my Las Vegas hotel.
This was the second or third time my I used Bell from the airport to my Strip hotel and back. While the rates seemed a bit on the high side, you really do get what you pay for. Both drivers (April and Michael) were personable and knowledgeable about all things Las Vegas. On arrival April met us at baggage claim and escorted us back to the vehicle. On departure I texted Michael we were available to leave earlier than schedule and he managed to pick us up. Bell has an excellent communication system which includes email and text updates. Both vehicles were Escalades, roomy and clean. But again, it was the drivers and service that made everything worth the money.
I booked our private ride in Las Vegas about 2 weeks prior to the date needed, and I was quoted and my credit card was billed. Our driver was very polite and on-time, no complaints at all with the driver. 3 days AFTER the ride, I was billed an additional $13 surcharge for a "holiday weekend". I was told the "holiday" was the Super Bowl. I asked why this was not disclosed to me at the time of the reservation quote, as surely they were aware of when the Super Bowl weekend was. I was just told that "everybody gets that charge". I sent an email requesting a refund of the $13, since it was not disclosed in my quote. No response from Bell. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Very poor business to add charges after the fact. Will not use Bell Limosuine again
Sam was awesome, answered all our questions about places to eat and things to see and and made our ride from the airport to the hotel even more enjoyable. Would book again next year!

Super accommodating. I mistakenly set the pick up for the wrong date. Bell transportation immediately sent a driver to pick us up. Perfect customer service helping with what was 100% my mistake. Plus the driver was super nice and the brand new Escalade was spotless. Highly recommend!

Very poor customer service, they didn't show up to take us from the hotel to airport. Left us high and dry, having to scramble to find other transportation at 5:00 a.m. which was very stressful. I wouldn't use Bell Again
