Las Vegas 7 Wonders By Night Tour

Very dishonest. They say they work with travel agents so I shared their tours with my clients, who don't speak a lot of English and were looking for Spanish-language tours. My clients booked themselves not understanding the process but Las Vegas en Tu Idioma assured me they would still compensate me for the referral. They did not. They refuse to answer my inquiries for the past two months. On top of that, my clients missed their tour due to their airline's repeated flight cancellation and delays. Without remorse they charged my clients $100 to reschedule their tour for another night. They got their money, and then some, and apparently that's all they care about. Be wary of doing business with them lest you get burned as well.

Our guide Pedro was incredible, he took wonderful photos of us and explained many things that one generally does not know about Las Vegas and the most iconic places. 100/100

The next day of the purchase I was canceled the tour with the.promise of returning the money to me no later than 10 days and for more than a month of insisting they did not make any refund and no longer answer.

I paid for my tour for the 7 wonders for the day of November 22, 2022 and a day earlier they canceled it and left me to return my money and they no longer answer my call or messages

We did the night tour of Las Vegas and everything was amazing. Our guide was Carlos, who was always attentive to our doubts, our requirements and even carried a kit to help us take the best possible photographs. We had a great time it was our first time in Las Vegas and I was also celebrating my birthday Carlos put the mornings for the birthdays and we really liked that detail. Another very important thing was that he knows the exact points so that our photos have the best view and carried a light to make our photos look better. We did the family tour on Friday, October 15 this year with the guide Jhon L and it was very regular, first delayed to pick us up at the hotel and the stops were made with great care and without fulfilling the experience they promise when they sell the tour. We did not visit the luxor hotel because the access was closed and asked to see it from the car, we could not see the sources of the Bellagio that is the image with which they promote the tour, because we left us by a back where the trees did not allow to see them and did not give time to walk and see them head-on as it should be, and to the volcano of the Mirage hotel we arrived when it had already started, later we went to the fremont street where if we delayed quite a bit. The tour did not meet our expectations, the guide poorly organized and is not a guarantor of the quality of Service or the experience we seek when hiring the tour.

In addition to doing the 6 Wonders Tour we did the Grand Canyon with access to the Skywalk and helicopter flight! The 2 tours are a pass, but the Grand Canyon...cannot be explained in words! The guide was with us at all times and was very friendly! An experience to repeat!!
