Lasvegas:lower Antelope Canyon,grand Canyon,zion,bryce 2-day Tour

I booked the tour to go to the Grand Canyon. It is very misleading as when advertised it shows the itinerary as going from Las Vegas to Grand Canyon but this was not the case. The whole two days I was waiting to go there and then finally towards the end of day two we went to the Grand Canyon when the weather had changed and we were all so exhausted and fed up. I booked this tour for our 30th wedding anniversary and we came all the way from London. I was extremely disappointed as we hardly spent any time at the Grand Canyon. It was like an afterthought a quick stop before heading home. I am very upset about this trip and would not recommend it to others.

Unsafe, poorly managed, and it completely ruined part of our holiday. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Driver: Andrew 1. UNSAFE DRIVER The driver repeatedly dozed off while driving on BOTH days of the tour. The vehicle swerved multiple times, and passengers had to stay alert throughout the journey in case he fell asleep again. When confronted, he was completely unapologetic and gave a ridiculous excuse blaming the “road wind” and the vehicle model. The group even had to suggest additional rest stops so he could drink coffee and stay awake. Absolutely unacceptable and dangerous. 2. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION The driver was a very poor communicator and failed to provide even basic tour information. He did not explain timings, stop durations, itinerary details, meal breaks, or anything else throughout the trip. This was NOT a language barrier issue — I speak Mandarin as well. He was simply disorganised, unclear, and unprofessional. 3. HORRIBLE VEHICLE EXPERIENCE Vehicle seats were really comfortable and spacious (seats 11 pax). However the air conditioning completely failed for the entire back half of the vehicle. We informed the driver, and he vaguely said he would “try to do something about it,” but nothing changed. Sitting inside the vehicle was actually HOTTER than standing outside under the sun. It made long drives unbearable. Overall, this tour was stressful, uncomfortable, badly managed, and most importantly unsafe. Itinerary is great though so recommend booking with a different operator since most of the itineraries are similar anyway.

Absolutely amazing and really recommend experience. Subi, our guide, made sure that we spent really nice time, providing useful information in each stop, help for the activities and cheerful conversation. I went alone and I found a quite interesting mixed of multicultural atmosphere, which enrich my vision of USA culture.

Our 2-day Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon tour was absolutely amazing, and it's all thanks to our incredible guide, Aixiding Aierken! He made the long drives enjoyable with great conversation . We learned so much about the area's geology and history, which made seeing the sights even more special. He is a fantastic photographer, knowing all the best spots and angles to get stunning shots. The entire trip felt seamless and stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better guide! Highly recommend!

He was professional, patient, and clearly took his responsibility seriously. He made sure everyone felt comfortable and informed throughout the journey, which added a lot of ease to the experience. Overall, this trip was a great balance of adventure and relaxation. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to explore some of the most beautiful natural landmarks.

Amazing trip!!! We got to see all the beauty Grand Canyon and antelope canyon has to offfer and the arrangement from Utour also very thoughtful - we saw enough sites but not feeling tired at end of the trip! Also I want to give a huge round of applause to our guide - Ai(not AI tough) - he’s very experienced about this trip and funny and kind guy, he helped us a lot during the trip and managed everything quite well. Definitely would recommend.

I think this tour is for Chinese tourists. The guide was friendly, but most of the explanations were given in Chinese. Most importantly, there was a $100 per day cost that was not explained to us in advance, which greatly reduced our satisfaction with this tour.

Viator is a bunch of amateurs. Their homepage contains incorrect information, with a wrong meeting time. The so-called 'professional tour guide' is a guy with a weak command of English, giving mostly trivial information such as 'there is a camp site on the left' or 'there are hiking trails to the right.' Also, all the operators whom we can contact via phone or through the chat system are totally incompetent and provide us with misleading information.

Gorgeous canyons, mountains and National parks. In real life look even more impressive. Great work of the guide who created well balanced program and provided information and general guidance.

There is no guide but only a driver, so information about the places you visit you have to look for yourself

This tour of Antelope Valley, Horseshoe Bay and the Grand Canyon with our Ai guide is truly an unforgettable experience! From the beginning, Ai was especially sweet, the itinerary was reasonable, the pace was comfortable, not rushing, not dragging, every stop was fun. She has a special knowledge of the local landscape and history, and the explanations are lively and interesting, not as a rigid lecture tour, but as a friend sharing her favourite places with you. � Antelope Valley is really beautiful, every photo between the changes of light and shadow is like wallpaper, and Ai is also very good at taking pictures, know when, angle the most out of film. � Horseshoe Bay was so shocked that it was impossible to speak, and standing on the edge of a cliff watching the U-shaped river bay bend out of the curve of the earth, felt a long-lost shock. � Grand Canyon is a deep and magnificent place, standing there really has a sense of people in the world, and Ai also took us to a relatively small audience attraction, the experience was great. In short, the trip made me feel particularly worthwhile, both in terms of scenery and service.
