We had a great time . Price was good. Time we had to spend was plenty. The breakfast was great

We were contacted 2 days before the tour and asked to reschedule. So we agreed to move it up 1 day earlier. During the night before the tour my wife became ill. She was unable to make the tour. If we were able to leave the date for the tour as we had previously scheduled She would have been able to go.I have requested a refund for her ticket but haven't heard anything back from them. The tour itself was very good.

We had a wonderful experience with Sweetours company , visiting Hoover Dam from Las Vegas .The tour was excellent value for money, very informative, and extremely well organised. What made the experience truly special was our tour guide, BILL. He made the entire trip memorable with his knowledge and enthusiasm. He shared lots of interesting facts about each location that we would never have discovered on our own. He kept the group engaged with lots of facts throughout the day. It was more than just sightseeing. Mr. BILL helped us experience these beautiful places in a completely different way, and his passion really came through. This was the best experience my wife and I had during our trip, and it is something we will treasure for a long time. A very special thanks to Mr. BILL for making our day so memorable. Highly recommended!

Our Hoover Dam experience was amazing. Mr. G. was knowledgeable, personable, and an excellent guide from start to finish. The included breakfast was a great bonus, and his text instructions on where to meet the van were super clear. This ended up being one of the highlight experiences of our Vegas trip. Mr G was a great guide. He was so professional and funny and provided good information about Boulder City and Hoover Dam. The breakfast was adequate but I do wish there were snacks (chips, pretzels, etc) for after the tour because we were hot and famished. The tour was fun and very educational too!

The breakfast included in the price was excellent and really started the day well. A friend said they did not really enjoy the Hoover Dam. I don't know what they are talking about. It was excellent. The tour was great, just an absolute marvel. Our driver was also marvelous with some extra stops for photos.

Bill was great! He is very knowledgeable about Las Vegas, Boulder City, & Hoover Dam. Breakfast was nice since we were gone six hours. Comfortable van & water is provided. I liked this tour picked us up at our hotel.

My wife, another couple, and I were visiting Las Vegas for the first time, and based on the great online reviews, we booked the VIP Hoover Dam Tour. From the moment we were picked up at our hotel by our driver and guide, Mr. G, we knew we made the right choice. Mr. G was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared excellent insights throughout the day. We started with a hot, delicious breakfast at a local spot we never would have discovered on our own. He made sure we were perfectly positioned for the Hoover Dam Power Plant Tour and also took us to several fantastic photo stops around the dam. It was a smooth, enjoyable, and well-organized experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Good breakfast. A little hard to get in and out of the vehicle if you have any physical issues. Power plant tour, then the driver took us to overlook to take pictures.

My husband and I enjoyed our time on the tour. Bill was friendly and full of wonderful data about the Las Vegas area and history and the surrounding region. We were happy to not have to figure out transportation to the dam and coordinate tickets or even breakfast as all of that was taken care of through the tour.

While the description of the tour stated that the tour was on a bus (with a bathroom), we were picked up in a Chevy Suburban. We had no issues with this as there were only 2 couples-but close quarters but we made it work! Our guide, Mr Calvin Klein Jeans, made it comfortable by allowing one person to sit up front which allowed the middle seat to be folded down to allow more leg room for my husband (I was just fine in the way back seat). He was funny, knowledgeable, informative and went out of his way to make sure that he made our trip enjoyable...even stopping at the famous Las Vegas sign for pictures without having to wait in the long line! He even offered to take our pictures so we didn't need to do just selfies!

Had a great day out touring the Hoover dam. Our guide G was funny and informative. The breakfast in the morning was great. Highly recommend.

Had a fantastic short trip after breakfast with Mr G - Pickup at Mandalay Bay was prompt (0730) and exactly as expected. Mr G is very thoughtful and helpful for his guests, he is a very careful driver, and provided knowledgeable and entertaining commentary about the history around Las Vegas, Henderson and the Hoover Dam. The breakfast was very good, and we arrived at the start of the dam tour right after it opened up for the day. It was great to get started before the large influx of visitors started. Mr G advised us that the two hours would go very fast, and he was exactly right. There is a lot to take in and see, and if we are in the area again, we will definitely take a longer tour for the day. (We had other activities to schedule around on this day....)

Our tour was amazing. Mr. G was hands down, the best. Very knowledgeable. Punctual. On time pickup as promised. Breakfast was very good. Our suv was very comfortable. Only my roommate and i plus one other person. Great tour for small groups. Breakfast and admission fees were covered in the cost of the tour. Altogether, pickup to drop off took about 5 hours.

We had four people in our group, including three seniors over 80, and Bill was extremely accommodating. The tour was very informative, covering the top of the dam, lower levels, generator room, and exhibits, yet it was paced perfectly and not tiring. Our seniors felt energetic and comfortable at the end. Sweet Tours also went out of their way to pick us up and drop us off at our hotel, making everything easy and stress-free. A great tour—highly recommended, especially for groups with seniors. All of us were very impressed by the great work at Hoover Dam.

This bus tour to Hoover Dam was an excellent experience and a great way to see one of the most impressive landmarks in the country. One of the biggest conveniences was that the tour picked us up right in front of our hotel, which made the entire day feel easy and stress-free from the very beginning. The ride was comfortable and relaxing, and Mr. G, our guide was knowledgeable and engaging, sharing interesting history and facts about the dam, its construction, and its importance to the region. Seeing Hoover Dam up close was truly awe-inspiring—the scale, engineering, and views of the Colorado River are incredible and photos don’t do it justice. We also appreciated having plenty of time to explore, take pictures, and take in the surroundings without feeling rushed. Between the hotel pickup, yummy hot breakfast, smooth transportation, and informative commentary, this tour was well organized and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient, informative, and memorable visit to Hoover Dam.

Our Hoover Dam AM tour with SWEETours was absolutely fantastic! Pickup was right on time, the bus was comfortable, and our guide made the ride entertaining with history, fun facts, and humor. My. G picked us up at our hotel in his comfortable 13 person van, right on time. We had part of our scheduled party cancel so we got VIP treatment with only 4 people. He was so informative on all the sights, arranged a nice breakfast before we went to the dam, and provided us water as we took the tour with another guide going down into the dam. Mr. G explained what we would be doing and provided us tickets. We had a full 2 hours at the dam before going for pictures at Lake Mead. We would highly recommend this tour and Mr. G❤️

It was a wonderful way to see the Hoover Dam. The breakfast was great, the museum was very nice and G, our tour guide was awesome.

The tour was good, the breakfast was substandard. We felt like we were eating at a homeless shelter, we ate out of a carton.

The pre-tour communications were great. I was told the pickup time and location (with a picture of the pickup spot and the van). Mr. E is an excellent tour guide; very knowledgeable and friendly. The hot breakfast was surprisingly good. Would use Sweet Tours again, and definitely recommend them.

This was a last minute scheduled tour and I was hoping we would be thrilled. We were! Sweetours was the operator of the tour and as soon as I booked, I felt comfortable. Received a text with the confirmation, name of the driver, picture of the van and where he would be picking us up. Mr. G was on time, knowledgeable, and kind. We had a great breakfast, got back on the road and were at Hoover Dam to enjoy the time. Mr. G had water for us and ensured we were well hydrated. The tour was great and included the generator room within the Dam. Very enjoyable. Thank you!

We were picked up at our hotel by Bill, a perfect driver and expert historian and narrator for our ride to Hoover Dam. We stopped en route at an historic diner, where the group enjoyed a perfectly prepared American breakfast before resuming our journey to Hoover Dam. Upon arrival, we were dropped "at the door" by Bill and directed to a small movie theater, where we watched a short film about the building of the dam. Then we followed a tour guide into a (dry) diversion tunnel and then into a generator/transformer room at the base of the dam for a short lecture about the damage, flood control, and power generation. Following g the lecture, we were led to a very interesting Hoover Dam Museum containing a montage of history, people, and artifacts. With plenty of photo ops during the tour and return trip, this tour was well worth the fare for fans of history and/or engineering!

Pick up near our hotel was good. Bill began his excellent commentary straight away and continued the whole drive there. We knew plenty of the history and interesting information before we arrived which we liked. Had a few stops to cross the bridge and to take in the various sights and for photos. We were dropped off to do the 2 hour tour of the power plant with a guide and a look around on our own. It was really interesting. Amazing to see how this came about and the vast scale of it all. Everything ran smoothly. Plenty of cool bottled water offered. Breakfast stop was fine. Comfortable clean coach. Great tour 5 *.

Incredibly informative with a great tour guide and wonderful service. Our driver, Earl, couldn’t have been better. He was an encyclopedia of history and knowledge on the Hoover dam. My wife is fair skinned and very sun sensitive, and we were worried about the predicted 113(!) high for the day. I called Viator and spoke to Linda about the possibility of getting an umbrella for her. Linda was very sweet and understanding, and did manage to find her an umbrella! Superior, very outstanding customer service, I can’t say enough good things about the company.

Excellent tour and the breakfast was really good. I just wish we could have selected our own breakfast. As a family traveling with 3 elders it was very appropriate for them. Minimal walking unless you wanted to do more.
