It was a great experience to visit the hoover dam and the generator room. Trip was very comfortable and educative.

Overall a very good tour. Two issues: 1. They didnot pickup at out resort,Westgate 2. Driver Dan came on a little to strong about gratuities.

Tour is great but should be extended by 60 minutes to be able to enjoy it. Our guide started the visit by stressing that we were on vacation, but then rushed us at each stop. As I took the visit from the generator that left me 10 minutes to go and walk on the dam itself. In Boulder city we had only 40 minutes to eat and visit the city. Doing both was not possible (I skip lunch that is OK). If the tour was starting at 9:00am from Treasure Island instead of 10:00am or if we were coming back by 4:30pm instead of 3:30pm the tour would be much better. I am stressing this because there is no reason to make the trip that short. Getting back by 4:30pm even 5:30pm leaves enough time to catch early evening shows that usually do not start before 7:00pm. Another point is instructions for pickup. I was asked to confirmed 3 days before I received instructions that I would receive a message to check in and track the bus on the day of the tour. I never received that message. If you do not send one, do not have that in the instructions.

Fascinating tour inside the Hoover Dam. Well-coordinated both on the trip and at the dam. Robert L. was an excellent, enthusiastic driver and guide.

We booked this tour as part of our GoCity experience. Excellent value for the money. I feel that the length of the visit could be a little longer. We didn't have very much time after the tour to explore museums or gift shops. Our tour guide/driver was very boastful about himself. He did have a lot of knowledge about Hoover dam but loved to talk about himself most, which i thought was inappropriate. He also took us to other extra stops which in turn made us run late. Over all, the Hoover Dam tour was an amazing experience and a highly recommend.

If disabled, the walk inside is steep down and back up. Very informative for those interested in the use of Hoover Dam.

Hoover Dan was full of great information. Friendly and wouldn't have been the same without him! Class act!

This was a great tour with Dan. He is very pleasant and informative. This trip far exceeded expectations. We went for the Hoover Dam tour. But we also stopped for variance photo ops and lunch at Boldwr City. What a great day. Thanks for putting in the extra touches. Will book with you for more tours in the future.

Fantastic tour day. Pick up was prompt and easy. Bus was a large, clean modern coach. Tour drive/guide , Luis, was very friendly and extremely informative on our ride out to the dam. Learned information we never would have known. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone.

Robert L. Was an amazing tour guide. He also sung Happy Birthday and Anniversary to myself and others. I really enjoyed myself. I was excited to meet two beautiful ladies from South Carolina, they was funny and sweet.

This was a great trip. And the Carlos was amazing. He had water available, he gave a nice driving tour of the area.

We took the Hoover Dam Inside Tour as a family on the last day of our trip, and it was a fantastic way to finish our vacation! Our guide, Carlos, was excellent—very knowledgeable, engaging, and full of great information about the dam and its history. The added bonus was stopping in Boulder City afterward. It’s a cute little town and a great way to wrap up the experience. Overall, highly recommend the Hoover Dam Inside Tour! Great experience, great guide, and a memorable family outing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was not sure what to expect from this tour but Robert L.made our tour special from the moment he picked us up. He knows so much about Hoover Dam and told us the whole history on the way there. When we got there the visit was more meaningful because of what he explained us. He gave us very good tips on what to do on each of the stops. I recommend this company specially Robert. Robert L. Was our driver and guide. He was funny and informative. We even had time to see a few extra things on the tour of Hoover Dam and Boulder City. Definitely worth it.

Our guide, Robert L, was great. He spoke and gave history lessons the entire length of the bus ride. He spoke continuously for 5 hours. Very useful history lessons. Good humor. I strongly recommend him. Not greedy at all, he didn’t ask for any gratuity at all, although he should be appreciated handsomely.

Bring extra snacks, and be prepared to be in awe of everything you will see on this tour, it truly is spectacular and to see these amazing sights in real life are something you will never forget!

This was a good trip to Hoover dam with comfortable transport from the strip. Our guide was experienced, but talked a lot.

We didn’t get to do everything the description said we would, but was still overall pleased with the trip. Boulder City wasn’t too interesting so that part could be skipped. There was a real jerk on the tour who decided he & his family didn’t have to be back to the bus by 12:15. Robert handled the situation well.

The power plant was closed..we got lost in the grueling heat..the tour bus driver, Robert, was a wonderful angel..My we were given the wrong directions to get back to the bus..We walked and walked in the scorching heat..my friend ended up in Boulder City Hospital..Not a good experience.. The rest of the tour was nice..Just didn't enjoy walking with the wrong directions..

Gia and Milton were outstanding! Grand Canyon, Hoover dam, etc was wonderful. This was not a selection on the list provided to review. They provided everyone with great information, we’re patient, energetic and funny, and allowed everyone to have a phenomenal time. I would highly recommend them in any tours that they do.

Check to make sure guests can go to the power plant before booking Loved ou bus driver. Very knowledgeable

If you do the underground tour, there’s only about 15 min left to walk over the dam or to see exhibits. Not enough time by far. There are two brief stops on the way back to LV, again not enough time. Too rushed.

Had an amazing experience on this Grand Canyon tour! The itinerary was well organized, the stops were beautiful, and we got to see so much in one day. The views at Eagle Point and Guano Point were breathtaking, and the bonus stops at Hoover Dam and Hemenway Park made the trip even better. The guide and driver were friendly and kept everything running smoothly. Great value for anyone visiting Las Vegas!

My significant other and I just finished the Hoover Dam Tour with National Park Express, and we had an absolute blast! The tour was well organized, informative, and gave us plenty of time to explore and take in the incredible views. Seeing Hoover Dam up close was amazing, and we really enjoyed learning about its history and engineering. The stop in Boulder City was a nice bonus, giving us time to walk around, browse the shops, and enjoy the local atmosphere. The entire experience was stress-free, and the staff did a great job keeping everything running smoothly. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Las Vegas who wants to get out of the city for a few hours and see one of America's most impressive landmarks. It was a highlight of our trip! 😊🏞️🚐

So we got picked up outside the horseshoe. The email is pretty clear with imagery of where the pick up is. Bus is air conditioned & relatively comfy! Robert L (the driver) was friendly enough to start & had some facts & jokes. He continued some historical facts while we were en route to the Dam. When we got there, he mentioned about tickets and we were a little confused. Turns out its a physical ticket for the plant tour. We arrive at the Dam & he parks up and lets us off. No direction, tells us a time to be back at the bus. He then said we had the option of going to a cheaper gift shop, or going to the bridge to look at the other state sign. He was like if one wants to go, we all have to go. We wanted to go. We did not go and ended up at the shop instead. Im not sure if he got confused or what, but we ended up on top of a hill. The pictures I got were amazing, I had a lovely time with my friend, but it could have been better. My issues: - We were dropped off with no direction, knowing that some of our tickets included a tour of the generator/plant. Id have liked a direction or recommendation of where to start. As such, we didnt have enough time for the tour once we realised where it was - The options of one or the other. If youve paid for a ticket and you can chose going to the top of a hill for some cheaper gifts, drinks.. or an actual tourist option. Dont have them on the same ticket or make time for both. Its not fair on a few people to not get what they paid for and wanted to do, because others dont want to do it (or the driver misunderstood!) Also, there were signs (e.g. entering nevada & arizona) that people probably want a picture of. Point that out. - Letching over younger females. I didnt like the obvious "checking out" once we were getting on the bus. It felt disgusting. I should add that Robert L did not say or physically touch this female, but the looks were creepy and uncomfortable. - Boulder City: Literally a 30 min stop with a "oh BTW, they are slow at making food here.. so hurry". It was treated as a lunch stop rather than an ability to look at the history of there - given that it housed the men who built the Dam. So it felt almost pointless.

Who knew a dam tour could be this much fun? Robert was the perfect guide—informative, engaging, and full of interesting facts without ever making it feel like a history lecture. The Hoover Dam itself was impressive, and the stop in charming Boulder City was a great bonus. We also appreciated the local food recommendations, which did not disappoint! This tour was the perfect mix of education, sightseeing, and fun. Highly recommend!
