Hoover Dam Electric Bike Tour

Great opportunity to see Hoover Dam. The bikes are a bit uncomfortable for people over 6 feet tall. Not much opportunity for leg extension while pedaling. You could do the whole ride with the throttle. But I’d rather pedal.

Rian was a great guide and Robert was a terrific driver who shared lots of info during our trip to the Dam.

My wife and I love to book an electric bike tour in every city we visit. We’ve traveled around the would and have enjoyed many tours. This tour was absolutely one of the best. Rian the owner/operator is fantastic. The communication is top notch. We were in constant contact from the moment we booked the tour. Rian kept us informed of meeting times and location. We were even provided pinpoint direction texted to us to load into our GPS. If you prefer, they also provide hotel pickup from some hotels. We arrived at the meeting location and Rian was there to meet us and directed us to restrooms and a water filling station. We were provided cold water by Rian, but if you have an additional water bottle, it’s a good idea to fill it. We were provided an overview of the bikes and provided an opportunity to test ride them around the large parking lot. Rian was so thorough and patient with instructions, allowing us time to familiarize ourselves with the bikes. The bikes are well maintained and extremely easy to ride. We headed out for what was an incredible ride. Our path was on wide smooth dirt trails. We rode through tunnels, past Lake Meade, and finally to Hoover Dam. Along the way, Rian stopped and provided wonderful commentary on the sights. Pictures were taken at every stop by Rian, and were send to us at no additional charge. If you’re looking to do something different and interesting, we highly suggest looking into this tour. Rian is awesome and made our time special. Get away from the strip and enjoy some fresh air and the outdoors. We highly recommend this tour, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a great bike ride to the dam in the old rail line. It was great scenery, not too crowded with just enough information about the dam and its construction. The equipment was in great shape, and the guide/owner, Rian took pictures for us and was just wonderful. She was also able to arrange for a different pick-up for us than was listed, which was greatly appreciated (we paid for the tour with pick-up). Highly recommend this tour!

We had a absolutely wonderful experience. The bikes were easy to handle and the ride length was perfect. Rian picked the best stops and took amazing photos of our experience.

This was a great tour! Rian is awesome! I got to learn about the history of the Hoover Dam. Robert, who picked up and dropped us off was also great! He spoke about the history of areas on the way to the site. Great tour, and I plan to bring my family one day.

Great experience all around!! The tunnels were cool and some great scenery along the way to Hoover Dam. Rian was an awesome guide providing information and taking pics for us. The pick up and drop-off from the hotel was an added convenience. Highly recommend the tour!!!

The equipment was the best I’ve ever used — very easy to operate, and very comfortable, with a long cushioned seat that works, without adjustment, for a person of any height. The ride was beautiful (though rather scary sometimes in the long pitch-black tunnels). Rian was a great guide. She set the right pace, and looked out for us constantly. This is more of an e-bike excursion than it is a Hoover Dam tour, but nonetheless Rian walked us through the dam area, took lots of photos, and answered all our questions.

Perfect outdoor experience after a long flight in. The bikes were easy to handle and the power assist provided as much or as little assistance as needed. Beautiful sights and very educational all things Hoover Damn.

Brilliant tour and way to travel to the Hoover Dam. Ryan was great, very friendly, informative and provided great communication before the tour plus took a bunch of photos for us! The bikes were in perfect condition and easy to ride with no/partial/full electric modes to select from.

The experience from the beginning was amazing. Organized and communication was fantastic. I knew exactly what to do days before arrival and day before what to expect. Rian was a fantastic tour guide and explain everything that was expected in the guide. She took pictures for us. I would recommend this to families, couple and singles.

Cityscape Cycling made our visit to Lake Mead and Hoover Dam a special memory. They stayed in contact with me by text all the way. I received information about our bike tour days before it came, which made us feel confident in what was going on. They picked us up from the Excalibur Hotel and drove us back after our bike tour was over. The driver (Robert) was very informative about the tour and local information. We rode about 3 1/2 miles each way from the starting point to near Lake Mead to Hoover Dam. And we took all of the "Dam" pictures we wanted! I had never been on an electric bike previously and it was a breeze getting acclimated to it. Overeall, we had an enjoyable day away from the lights and sounds of Vegas and saw beautiful scenery and history at the same time. I highly recommend this tour.

Had great weather and the other couple we were paired with were super fun. Ryan is a great guide and the old rail trail is gorgeous. Fun 3.8 mile ride down to the dam (not 38 miles like I initially thought) some time to explore the dam, take some pictures, and then back to the trail head. It wasn't super busy so we didn't disturb hikers/runners. Only note is that if you have long legs, the bikes are a tad bit uncomfortable as they are made for shorter riders. You can accommodate by shifting back in the seat, but pedaling wasn't great. Thankfully with the levels of assist, and the throttle, it was just a minor inconvenience. Kudos to Ryan for making the tour lots of fun!

Ryan was so so lovely. She was professional and knowledgeable and brought drinks for us. She took great pictures for us and we had such a wonderful time with her! I’d Absolutely recommend using Ryan for your trip!

This was an amazing trail. We loved going through the tunnels. It would have been boring as a hike, but as a bike ride it was perfect. Cityscape Cycling had the best prices on renting ebikes in the area! Excellent service with enthusiasm for biking. The ebikes were in excellent condition and it was easy to understand how to use them.

I had an absolutely incredible time with Rian! She was fantastic at keeping everyone safe and ensuring we all kept up. Very nice ride and got us out of the casino for a morning. Was 92 degrees but breezy and didn’t feel too taxing. Bikes have both pedal assist and also a throttle if you decide you don’t want pedal at all for a while. Guide was great, would definitely recommend!

It was a great time! Super easy with the assistance of the e-bike. If you can ride a bike, you can do this tour. Ryan was great and took so many pictures of us with our phones in addition to her own. Loved that it was a small group of us (just 4 per tour) which made it much more personable. Got to talk to Ryan and the other couple with us, and get to know them. Only suggestion is wearing longer shorts/pants than mid thigh. There is a mesh netting on the seat that can get irritating. Didn't cause chafing but was slightly irritating.

We had an incredible time on this e-bike tour! From start to finish, everything was well-organized, fun, and informative. Rian, our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe. Not only was she knowledgeable but she is also a great photographer!! The route was scenic and thoughtfully planned, with plenty of great photo opportunities. It was the perfect mix of sightseeing, light exercise, and learning about the area. I highly recommended it for anyone looking to explore the Hoover Dam in a unique and enjoyable way. We would definitely do it again!

The tour was AMAZING! The E-Bikes were well maintained and worked very well on all of the different terrains. The views were amazing. Our guide stopped throughout to take pictures for us (then air dropped then at the end of the tour). Also she knew a lot of the history regarding the dam and gave us a well rounded experience. The tour is great for all activity levels and ages (as long as you can ride a bike). It was really nice to get off the strip and see other beautiful parts while getting my physical activity. Would highly recommend!

Rian was an excellent tour guide. She was knowledgeable about the dam and made sure to take lots of photos for us. The e-bikes were a blast to ride and a nice way to see the dam with a little adventure.

The overall experience was exceptional. Our tour guide Rian checked in a few times leading up to the booking and met right on time the morning of the ride. Rian explained how to use the electric bikes and detailed what the ride would entail. Rian was engaged, personable and provided a great experience. The 3.5 mile trail to the Hoover Dam was beautiful. Lake Meade and the surrounding terrain provided an incredible backdrop for the ride. Once we arrived at the Dam we locked up our bikes up and headed to the dam. Rian took us to both sides of the damn and provided cool information about the Dam. Rian took tons of pictures for all of us. The ride back provided a few stopping points along the way for photo opps. I am so glad we decided to book this tour. The small group allowed for lots of interaction and an ease of navigating the entire experience. I definitely will recommend it to friends.

A very worth while experience. We met the lovely Rian who was our very knowledgeable instructor and guide, we were given clear instructions for the use of the e-bikes, had a little practice and then enjoyed a two hour experience of riding and sightseeing. Rian allowed plenty of stops for photos, answered numerous questions and relayed lots of information regarding the area and the dam. Would thoroughly recommend.

This experience was extremely fun, relaxing, and enjoyable, not only because of the beautiful scenery, but because of the young lady who provides a wonderful atmosphere and companionship. I hope she continues to do what she obviously loves to do and takes a little something from each trip and better it the next time. Without a doubt, I will be back again.
