This was a really good experience. I booked our flight in the morning. Within 30 min of booking, I received a call to confirm details and coordinate a pickup location. Our pilot was a lot of fun and made the flight exciting and uneventful at the same time. I'd book another tirp with these guys in a minute.
We had a group of 3 and they paired us with another group of 3 which put a total of 7 in the helicopter. It was definitely tight in the back, which mad for a long uncomfortable trip. The feet of some people in back had to be pushed in by others because it was sooo cramped. The views were amazing, the pilot “Maddog” was very informative and shared with us his experiences as a pilot for over 30+ years Our helicopter followed a lead helicopter that also had six people in it. Our trip was on a Friday. I feel it would go a long way with their customers and return clientele if they could add a third helicopter to their fleet or only book what you can comfortably take on a trip.
It was amazing. Had a delayed start due to weather but it was well worth the wait. Amazing views. Even had multiple rainbows through the canyon. Awesome!!

I had done the helicopter tour of the hoover dam and after it thought I never got to see the Grand Canyon so I paid over £750 for two of us to go on this one and to my disappointment saw exactly the same things only slower and saw the edge of a rock and told that’s the west rim talk about a waste of money
Great experience flying over the Hoover dam and down the canyon. Amazing view but what a shame the water levels are so low. Pilot was great. She was over from Austria and was confident and fun. Great experience.
Wow, Wow, wow this trip was worth every penny. Pilot was great we learned a lot on the trip about the history of the Grand Canyon along with a lot of interesting information about rocks and land formations! I will definitely do this trip again.
The best way to see the Grand Canyon with the best helicopter pilot evah! No comparison to ordinary views when you fly down through it that way. Smooth ride as well.

This is an absolute must do!!!! The sights are amazing and the pilot , LUCAS, was amazing!! He knew the area knew the history had great information. Took us down into the Grand Canyon. Was very attentive and he had a great memory of names and situations of his guests!!!! His service didn’t stop in the air he was informative about the ranch and welcoming at the airport. Can’t say enough about this outfit as the entire team at 5 star helicopters were amazing. My first time and I can’t thank you enough for such a wonderful experience!!

Absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived the whole process was so slick. I was (quietly) a little bit terrified but was immediately put at ease. The flight was incredible, the pilot constantly talked to us throughout the flight to explain the landscape and sights, and took all and every question. Scenery was breathtaking. Really informative and fun. Face hurt from smiling so much.

Thorough briefing before we left and then made every effort to ensure we had a comfortable flight. He was very personable and provided great commentary and insight to all the scenery. He also told us some interesting anecdotes and through in the odd joke to put us all at ease. Would highly recommend this company, as they add the personal touch.

You are at the mercy of other travelers. If they cancel and no one else takes their place, there aren’t enough people to fly. They try to reschedule you again and again. My tour was eventually canceled because I couldn’t have them continuously juggle me around as I had other commitments on my vacation. I was not aware they aren’t very busy and have a hard time filling up a helicopter. My first time being on this side of the country so I was very disappointed.
Just do it! You won't regret it! Are you a lazy girl like us? Is it hot? If yes, this is for you. Joe, the driver was chill when my sister didn't bring her ID and waited for her to go back and get it. Our pilot, Mad Dog (not a real dog) Mike took us on a great flight.
It’s worth doing this trip, it will leave you speechless. The pilot was very knowledgeable about the whole area you fly over not just the canyon. He engaged with all six passengers. From the moment we were picked up from our hotel we were greeted by friendly staff. Probably one of the best holiday trips I have ever done!!!

It was an absolutely thrilling experience! It was my first time in a helicopter and I did this solo. It did not disappoint. I felt like a kid in a candy store with $1 million to spend! The views of the Canyons and the Hoover Dam were breathtaking. Even though the Canyon terrain was quite brown, it was still an amazing sight to behold. Marcus, our pilot, made sure everyone on board had the opportunity to see all the major landmarks, regardless of which side of the helicopter they were seated on. I rode in the jump seat, which made the experience even more exciting. The entire staff was incredibly friendly. I was picked up at my hotel in a luxury van by a very nice driver. I especially loved his long beard! He was warm and personable, and we had a lovely conversation during the short drive to the hangar. Marcus, was informative, professional, and kept everyone entertained with some good and bad dad jokes. He made the flight both educational and fun. I was interested in the ecological impacts to the Canyons. Marcus was able to provide some things to think about. He was honest with what he knew and didn’t know. Flying over the Las Vegas Strip was the perfect climax to an unforgettable afternoon. An aerial view of LV hotels and convention center gave me some appreciation for their incredible size and grandeur. Only complaint, and it is really minor, was the add-on photo they take is not very good. It could have been sharper or provided to you via email. BUT I highly recommend this experience, even if you are traveling solo, like me, or with friends of any age.

The crew is well prepared, safety is a priority, and the pilot is very knowledgeable about the history and current affairs of the area. The food at the ranch was great, the wooden furniture was authentic, and we had a lot of fun at the range. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing all around! Our pilot Lucas was fun and full of great facts and history. There is a trade off of not standing physically on the edge, but this way allows you to see so much more. Oh and a flyer over the Hoover Dam as well!

After I booked they said my hotel was not actually a pick up location and “TripAdvisor has incorrect information on the site”. They then immediately moved my flight time to much later. They kept pushing my flight time back further and further. Saying one second they had a full ready to go flight to then say later all other guest to mysteriously “cancel in the middle of the night” (their exact words). The continuation of moving my time made it impossible for me to plan anything else and I lost a full day in Vegas. Then I had to call them after waiting for hours for them to suggest a whole different day. Thankfully I got a refund but this was a frustrating waste of time

This was an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel pickup was effortless, and it was easy to arrange everything with the team via WhatsApp. Our driver, Joe, was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Once we arrived we had our safety briefing and met our pilot, Eddie. As someone who was quite nervous about flying, I really appreciated how calm, friendly, and reassuring he was. He immediately put me at ease and made the whole experience enjoyable. During the flight, Eddie shared interesting information about the history of the area and pointing everything out to us so that we didn’t miss anything, which made the trip even more memorable. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the 90-minute flight felt like the perfect amount of time to take it all in. The transfer to the heliport was only a short journey, making the whole experience smooth and convenient and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the tour. The company were very professional throughout and I felt reassured by their focus on safety. I would highly recommend 5 star helicopter tours to anyone looking for an unforgettable way to see the Grand Canyon!

I couldn’t rate the whole experience better than 11 out of 10. They started when I was picked up by Mr. Personality Joe and then it continued with Luke and then back to Joe who was very kindwith directions and stories. Customer satisfaction absolutely would I do it again for sure🍟☑️
Our captain Lucas was excellent. Very energetic, knowledgeable, and trustworthy with the helicopter. We had a great time seeing the remarkable landscape and cityscape. This was a great trip and very much worth the time! Shout out to Joe as well (our driver)! He was very friendly and got us to and from the airport without any issues.

The entire tour was fantastic and worth every penny. Communications and pick up/drop off were great. Our pilot/guide was very friendly and informative, telling jokes in between facts and stories. The views of course were amazing, not just the Grand Canyon but also Lake Mead, the Hoover Dam and Las Vegas. I suffer from motion sickness (back seat of the car, some theme park rides, etc.) but had no issues in the helicopter. The ride is very smooth and the aircon keeps you cool.
