Grand Canyon West & Hoover Dam Tour With Breakfast At Ihop

My trip to Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon was wonderful! I was traveling solo and was anxious about early morning pick up and getting to the right location. I called late in evening to confirm everything and they told me that they would contact me thru email and phone in the morning to confirm everything and told me not to worry, they wouldn't leave without me. I arrived early and as promised they did email and call me on phone to make sure I was in the right place and made my connection with the tour. Our guide/driver, Charles, was fantastic! Very easygoing and gave us great little tidbits of information along the trip letting you know things that no recordings or google searches would ever know. He had a great sense of humor and talked with everyone on bus like they were family. I felt completely at easy with the tour and gave me peace of mind that I was not alone on the trip. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone and if your lucky enough to have Charles as your driver you will see what I mean. Thanks for a really great and worry free day!

We went on 11/4/26 and Jackie was our driver. She was an excellent driver and guide, very knowledgable and funny. She was spot on about the food at Guano Point being the best! My daughter and I enjoyed ourselves and would book again with Sweetours and bring more family and friends. As Jackie said you will enjoy the dam tour! 😊

I'm very satisfied with the trip, it was as described exactly. Pick up was punctual, and everything went smoothly thanks in no small part to Jackie who was lovely, full of energy and went above and beyond to make our trip entertaining, informative and worthwhile. Before the trip the company was in touch constantly, also says a lot about their customer service.

Jacqu was our guide and was absolutely phenomenal! Personality alone was a win but the knowledge she shared will stay with us forever. The tour itself is well worth the money for what’s included but the memories we created are priceless. Thank you Sweetours for this awesome experience and thank you Jacqu for making everything super easy.

Best way to tour the canyon, hoover dam and meeting the locals. We had a wonderful driver/tour guide ; Jackie we l ved her personality and knowledge of the region. Try not to miss this special experience!

Jacky the bus guide was very friendly, gave us all kind of information I really liked her a lot she also was funny I really enjoyed riding the bus with her her

The guide was sitting at the front when talking to people. He was talking through Mike and was expecting people to speak louder. When asked questions. He couldn’t hear them. Bus was big so he didn’t care to come to the middle or something to address. Breakfast was unsatisfactory and we paid for lunch for 2 but only got for one. You guys are asking for tip all the time but do not provide service. The tour guide rushed us all. He made some comments where he showed his superiority over others. He called 2 girls fool as well when the girls couldn’t communicate well about to drop off.

Driver was horrible, foul language the entire trip. Talked on that intercom 90% of the trip. Would not shut up! Telling jokes, it wasn’t a pleasant ride with the language. She told a customer her hotel was trash, it was a bad area, who says that! It rained so we didn’t get to see much. Worst day ever with this one!

Best part was Jackie, wonderful driver and guide. If I would do it again, no, I would go for a smaller group/bus, this was a 40 people bus and it is harder to get all the points and flexibility that I saw at the others. Even a little more expensive I thing I would go for a smaller group as they do stop at the Vegas Sign ( for lovers of pictures this is a must) plus a little other stops on the way this tour does not focus on, this is mostly intended on Grand Canyon, although they advertise also Hoover Dam, you di not visit it, if you are lucky and is not crowded they will stop for a picture, but you can imagine parking a heavy bus in a crowded area and waiting for 40 people to take pictures. I would also not take the meals, ordering at the Ihop the breakfast is much bigger that what is included in the ticket at the same price. For lunch also you have there a lot of options, if needed.

Absolutely brilliant day, Jackie our tour guide was fabulous, a few of us were celebrating milestone birthdays and this was mentioned lots throughout the day Fantastic views of the canyon despite the rain!

We had a great time at both places. The views were amazing. Our driver Charles was an outstanding driver and very well educated on speaking about every the dam and lits of other things around vegas. Out pickup driver Bill was very aggresive behind the wheel and had a few of us worried the way he was speeding. Overall the trip was fabulous.

Good narrative from the bus driver. A few too many random stops for me. The Skyview restaurant that overlooked the glass bottomed skywalk had excellent food and was included in the ticket I selected.

Jackie was the best dang tour driver a girl could ask for. She didn’t just drive us around, she gave us facts and info on Vegas/Nevada that made the experience truly special. She also gave very clear directions for when we got to the Grand Canyon. Her jokes were 10/10 and so was her vibe. Don’t think I would have had as much fun without her <3

Great tour so much better than driving yourself

Loved this tour and the tour company. The cost was well worth it. The experience began a little after 6am with pickup from my hotel and ended a little after 6pm with drop off at my hotel. The tour guide Ken was very knowledgeable and entertaining the entire trip. He gave great advice and tips to make sure you had a great experience at the Canyon. The bus driver handled the bus well and my group felt comfortable the entire ride.

I had the best time on this tour. Ken the tour guide was awesome. He was very informative and kept us laughing! He made trip so fun. I even made a few new friends! I will definitely refer my friends!!

The entire trip was exceptional. Ken was a fantastic tour guide. Watched us all like a hawk and ensured we were knowledgeable and safe. The bathroom breaks were not an option for him. He knew exactly where to stop to ensure women had clean and multiple bathroom stalls. My kind of guy. Stephanie's driving skills were on point. She navigated pick up/drop off points with precision. I was impressed. This was my first visit to the GC West Rim. Im so happy I chose GC Tours. My family super agreed all of the arrangements were superb. I will absolutely highly recommend Sweet Tours via GC Tours to everyone. The trip and, of course God's handiwork in one of the 7 wonders of the world, was phenomenal and unforgettable. Thanx so much in Sweet Tours's part in making this bucket list experience a lasting memory.

This trip was excellent. Our Guide, Charles was great! Not only did he drive but he narrated the tour with valuable facts and information and kept everyone aware of all the best views for the Dan and Canyon. We really enjoyed it!

This bus tour was a good ride. Our driver Charles was very entertaining during our trip. The price is affordable. We left at 6:30am or so and arrived back to our hotel about 7:15pm. It was a bit of traffic during drop-offs. Grand Canyon is must see.

The bus ride to the Grand Canyon was good. You stop for breakfast at Ihop and for another bathroom break during the trip. Our driver Charles was very entertaining during the ride. We really enjoyed this tour. Grand Canyon is a must see.

Tour was very good, but picking up early at 6 and stopping twice, break and breakfast takes lot of time, and time given on park was only 3.5 hours, in which covering multiple point and having lunch, was quite short or hectic. I would say, one break while going and one while returning is enough and time at park should be minimum 4 to 4.5 hours

The experience was wonderful. Participants should be prepared to get on and off the bus several times. Some pavement is uneven but manageable. We had a wonderful driver named Charles.

As a first timer to Las Vegas, we wanted to go beyond the strip and decided to go visit Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. We ended up choosing Sweetours as their package looked most interesting. Boy, were we glad we did! Communication was excellent beforehand. We were notified via WhatsApp where we had to be, who was picking us up and when he was on the way, and not by an AI bot, but an actual person. The pickup was at 6.30am at the Belaggio. Literally at 6.30 Mr G showed up, that in itself is rare. He drove us and another couple to the shuttle that would bring us to HD and GC. There we met our driver Charly (Charles). Boy, what a personality this man had. The first stint was to iHop for a breakfast. Pancakes, eggs, bacon... Then on towards Hoover Dam, but not without making a pitstop first at a roadside gas station to stretch our legs. The entire way Charly gave us interesting information and stories about the surroundings. After the stop at HD we went onwards towards Grand Canyon, while listening to Charly's stories, told in a way which regularly made the whole bus laugh. Arrived at GC we had 3hrs to go around the sky rim at eagle point and guano point with amazing views, and eating our complimentary lunch. The way back seemed never ending, it is some distance, but Charly dropped us off at our hotel. All in all this was an amazing experience, very professionally handled from A to Z, a level I've not experienced before. I more than recommend this tour and operator!

The trip to Hoover Dam was excellent. Mr. G was the absolute best you could possibly have. He gave so much detailed accurate information. He made the trip so enjoyable. Your company is fortunate to have him.

This is a must do tour! Our bus driver/guide Jackie was absolutely amazing. For everything we did and all the fun we had it was well with the money we spent. Jackie made sure we all had the best time and she was very friendly and a complete joy to be around. The other guests were all friendly. Even though we were on a schedule with potential bad weather moving in we were never made to feel rushed. We had plenty of time at all the stops. The weather was nearly perfect crowds were manageable. This is a perfect trip for literally any group size. We had singles to a group of 8 with kids.

Amazing adventure, astonishing Grand Canyon, wonderful and very well, professionally organized tour, exceptional guide and bus driver, the overall impression overpassed by far my expectations, very happy and glad I decided to visit that way this monument of natural wonder...!!!!!!! Five stars in every field...!!!!!!!

Would highly recommend Sweetours. Communications with Sweetours throughout the entire process was outstanding. The day started off with a tasty breakfast and our driver for the day Charlie was great, he made the day enjoyable and was very knowledgeable.

It was a really good day....and the meals that were included made it a great value. The time allowed was perfect.
