Honestly would have been a 5/5 but through no fault of the tour, it was an extremely foggy day out at the canyon and the visibility was basically zero, so please keep an eye on that as a possibility. Otherwise the whole experience was pretty great, pretty decent sized lunch, the bus was comfortable and our driver Luis was amazing, our guide Glenn was extremely knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend booking a tour if you want to save yourself the trouble of driving to the national park on your own.

We had a wonderful time!! Our guide was Carlos. He was so pleasant and accommodating. He kept us informed every step of the trip!! My husband and I helicoptered into and through the Grand Canyon before. That was an amazing trip, but it didn’t give us a bird’s eye view of the Canyon. Ya’ll. It’s overwhelming!!! The grandeur of God’s handiwork is breathtaking.
The grand canyon south rim view was spectacular. Our guide Brandon and our driver Luis were friendly, knowledgeable and driving us safely. We opt for guided walking tour and went to secret viewing spots. The bus was clean and new and with free WiFi on board. Highly recommended.
We did the Grand Canyon West, Hoover Dam tour (premium ticket) on 10/29. Our guide, Milton, was fabulous. He gave us lots of information during our ride to the Canyon and back. Succinct, comprehensive instructions were appreciated. We had a wonderful time and would definitely tour again.
The had an excellent experience on the one day tour to the Grand Canyon from beginning to end.. The pickup was flawless. My driver on the small pickup vehicles and bus driver faced obstacles created by road closures due to the upcoming Formula One race, and an accident on the highway, but we arrived at the canyon at the listed time. Paul, our bus drive and Brandon, our tour guide exhibited a very collegial relationship, Brandon knew and used the names of all participants throughout the day. Participants seemed at ease and were very cordial throughout the tour. I attribute this to Brandon’s persona. Brandon provided information on sites in transite to and from the canyon. While at the canyon he provided historical information on the canyon as will as little known facts. Paul pointed out wild life to the group as we rode through the park. This was an excellent tour.
A very early pick up, but went smoothly, You have to pay 100 dollars as a tourist to enter the National parks which is I think is a bit steep and unnecessary but we were told about it at the time of booking. It was a long day 15 hour day but well worth it. Our driver Shannon and our guide Pauly were excellent, kept us informed, very knowledgeable and entertaining. Would highly recommend this trip. The canyon is awesome.
Brandon was excellent, great value and excellent narration of the tour.
The pickup was very easy. Organized and right in time. Our guide Carlos was very nice, had a lot of good information about the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas. The tourism portion is about 3 hours and you are on your own. The drive each way was about 4 1/2 hours. The lunch was very good and fresh. The drop off was easy too, but you may not be dropped right where you are staying and may need to get transportation to your hotel about 8 pm. Bring some layers as it was a bit chilly, but the sun helped a lot! Overall a good experience.
Great experience, its really one of the seven wonders of the world. Every side of the canyon has a different view so take a lot of pictures. However, carefully select your tour guide, the driver did a good job, but National Park Express did not drop us off in the hotel where we were pickup, we were drop off at a parking lot of some hotel to be on our own Will not travel with them again.
Fantastic day! Special thanks to tour guide Brandon and driver Cheng who made the trip an unforgettable one. Everything was perfect from start to finish.
Great day at canyon our tour guide brandon and driver cheng were both brilliant and very informative
An amazing experience. Cheng the driver and Brandon the guild an excellent job. Brandon filled the entire trip with factoids and stories.
We visited the Grand Canyon in mid-October when the park hotels were closed and there was next to no water available at the Park. Rather than stay at a hotel in the Park, we stayed in and ate breakfasts and dinners (except one night) in Tusayan which was only 5 or so miles from the Park visitor center, so very convenient. Crowds seemed down from what I thought they might be. Most of the Park facilities, buses, etc. were open and great. Glad we went and still a very memorable experience.
Carlos was a very good guide. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend
Carlos was awesome. He was very friendly and patient with us in taking us to all the places. He was very informative about all the places and it showed. Great guide. Highly recommend.
Everything was amazing! I highly recommend it to everyone!
Very professional company, easy communications, with new bus. Plenty of water available. These are the best views of the canyon! Our guide Brandon was excellent and knew great photo stops. As with all group tours it was a little rushed to my liking but that’s the price to pay for the convenience. Will do it again on my next visit.
Brandon and Paul were terrific! They made the trip memorable and made sure everyone had everything they needed. They really went out of their way to make the Grand Canyon trip fun and informative. My family had a great time!
Jimmy vegas was excellent driver did really well lots of good info and very friendly enjoyed trip very much highly recommended
Communication before the tour was great. The pick up was late by 15 mins which is fine and can happen. However because of that, my wife and I did not find seats together and had to sit separately. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of the trip together since the travel time makes up most of the tour.
Grand Canyon South Rim offers stunning views. The trip was well organized, with a very good communication prior to the trip start. The tour guide was very entertaining and knowledgeable of the area visited. The driver was good and experienced. Be aware that this trip involves a very long day of driving (4.5 hrs one way) from Vegas to the South Rim with approximately 3 hours spent at the canyon. This one day tour package has included free bottled water, morning snacks, and a boxed lunch, which saved time once you’re at the park. I was happy that I have booked also the optional guided walking tour ($20 per person).
Great experience! Our guide Milton was awesome! Highly recommend!
The tour was great. Pick up was late and drop off, they did not tell us that they would not drop us off at the hotel. We were dropped odd at a neighboring hotel and had to take a tram to the hotel. After walking around the Canyon and Hoover Dam bridge ee were tired and hot. Better communication is needed.
Glenn and Luis were outstanding!! Very friendly, professional and gave a lot of information and history about Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon. I give them 5 stars! Thanks, Glenn and Luis!!!
Luis and Glenn were awesome.y husband and I had so much fun and learned a lot about the grand canyon and the history.
It was okay, we simply didn’t appreciate the fact that the tour page says you will have a tour guide and don’t say you will have to pay $20 per person for that. The guide looked offended and kept asking if we wanted to go with him when we said no. He never gave information about self guided tips or anything but kept promoting how it be good to be with him so we can pay $20. We ended having a good time on our own walked the entire strip it is worthy it and double. Be aware that they will ask to pay $20 as tip at the end. This should have been expressed early. But over all everything went well
Our driver and tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. I learned a lot of interesting facts about the area Grand Canyon and the hoover dam.
The tour to Grand Canyon was first rate. Even though it was a long drive, the guide, Glen, was very informative & interesting. He was well educated in the geology and history of the area and presented the information in an understandable way. I will happily give a 10/10 rating.
They really need to improve things; after you pay, they offer a guided tour with commentary. They charged me $60 for three people and gave us three purple stickers—the most expensive stickers I’ve ever paid for in my life. I stopped for three minutes to take a photo, and the guide walked off; I never saw him again during the tour. I spoke to someone who hadn't paid for the tour, and they saw much more than I did without a guide. When it was time to head back to the bus, I found him and mentioned that he had lost us, but he just said he hadn't realized it. Then, at the end of the tour, they were asking for tips. The guide service is a scam—don't pay for it. They ripped me off for $60 by offering a service they didn't actually provide. You just end up seeing the same canyon view from different spots.
Luis the driver and Glenn the tour guide were awesome. Very informative tour.
Awesome experience, the views were spectacular, almost like viewing a perfect picture, and experiencing a walking in one of the beautiful land marks in America.
Great tour! Glen and Carlos were great too!
Get captured by the beloved nature: the experience begins when you decide to drive over there and finishes when you come back to "civilization". Enjoy cold air, dry sun, cool wind in your face and amazing views throughout the road where you can go parking for a while to take some selfies. Breathe the quiet and loneliness of the sky in the horizon and at night maybe you can get caught by a bullwinkle in the woods. The last gift you take of the park is when the sun is gone, when the sky is clear so you can see the milky way and thousands of stars staring at you with a big smile
It’s a long day, but definitely worth the trip The bus was comfortable, the lunch was great and our tour guide, Glenn, was extremely knowledgeable about the Grand Canyon, its history, wildlife and vegetation. He even led us on a hike partially up and down the Canyon.
The bus picked me up at the.MGM Grand Hotel an hour late. No one called me or answered their customer service telephone number, soI was worried if they would in fact pick me up. I was the only person from the MGM Grand and so on the way back, they refuse to take me there, saying the driver couldn't drive any more mileage for that day. what a load of B.S. I'm 71 and disabled. i would really suggest you book somewhere else to book your Grand Canyon tour. this was a terrible experience from start to finish.
We were picked up at the hotel we stayed at 4:35 am, that was great. We reached Treasure island to catch the bus shortly after. The bus driver Leo was very great transporting us to the Grand Canyon, however our tour guide Scarlett Grable, just gave us a quick information of the places we could visit because we could not afford the $20 per person she was charging in order for us to get a complete guide of the tour by her. We and 23 other persons were left on our own to do our tour all by ourselves, as those other persons didn’t pay as well. If there was going to be a charge to get a complete guide of the tour, we would appreciate being forewarned, instead of the guide asking us to pay while we were on the bus, as this was out of our budget. The food was okay. At the end of the day, we were told by our tour guide that tips are accepted and she proceeded to tell us the amount we should each give, which she quoted was $20 per person as well. I’m sorry I find this very unprofessional and a bit turned off. Finally, when we got back to Treasure Island, we were dropped off on the street and the guide gave us a quick instruction as to how we could get transportation. I was thinking since we were shuttled from our Hotel to Treasure Island, why going home were we not offered the same courtesy. My wife and I had to struggle to get a transportation from Treasure Island to go back to the hotel we stayed. I hope you guys can address some of these issues we have encountered and thus this will not happened to any other guest in the future.
Absolutely amazing tour! Everything was perfectly organized, and our guide Glen was fantastic. The Grand Canyon itself was breathtaking — truly an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!
Tour was excellent but it’s embarrassing that we the passengers have to listen to our guide Scarlet “beg” for over 10 minutes about how much we should be tipping for the excursion. Comparing your service to that of a waiter or waitress in a restaurant is a joke. Two different industries and using the statement that her and our driver have spent close to 13 hours with us is ridiculous. Talk about a turnoff to educated people. Mention the appreciation of a tip and move on. Walking down the aisle and collecting it and offering a credit card option directly in front of people after you had already mentioned it twice in your 10 minute sell job isn’t necessary. Get another job if you have to sell the quality of your service to customers. Driver, Leonardo was excellent and helpful. Jim
The pickup was a bit haphazard as a van took us to a central location where we waited for the larger buses. After that the trip to the SouthRim is a 3+ hour drive, however it was worth it. The driver and guide did a great job. The guide Glenn was knowledgeable and funny. He did a fantastic job. We saw two female Elk in the park as well as the Canyon and the historic building. Shannon the driver did a great job getting us there and back. This is a long day, but a great way to add the Grand Canyon to your bucket list.
This experience was amazing! The ride was smooth, and we arrived back in Vegas right on schedule. Brandon, our guide, was amazingly informative and friendly, and Paul, our driver, was fantastic! I highly recommend this experience.
Bruce driver and Gia tour guide The grand canyon tour was the best tour we have done by far. Totally exceeding our expectations. The driver got is there early so we could miss crowds. The journey was great from pick up to drop off. Breathtaking views at both gramd canyon and hoover dam. . The tour guide Gia was very funny and very informative keeping us engaged during the visit and allowing us to get great pictures throughout. They got us there very early to miss the crowds and this helped us do everything timely. Bruce kept us hydrated and drove us safely. And got us back early enough to enjoy our evening in vegas
Amazing experience tour guide Glenn very kind and knowledgeable great demeanor. Shannon best driver mad respect for her.
Staff are kind and helpful. The entrance and access are quite and well organized.
Brandon was an excellent host and provided adequate information about the Canyon.
The guide John Wayne is excellent, cooperative and knowledgable
Our tour guide, Wayne, was great. He's enthusiastic and provided good commentary en route and when in Grand Canyon.
It was excellent save for the fact other tourists hog the entire stairway to "make movies" of themselves and I tripped trying to go under their camera WITH cord attached that I didn't see till I tripped on it and fell scraping my knee up horribly and it was only a month previous that I fell on the SAME knee. And my other knee is already in bad shape so 2 sore knees make walking very difficult! And, given we had a tight timeline to make it back to the bus, THIS was not helpful! Some people are SO inconsiderate, they didn't even stop to render aid or even apologize. The just kept on making movies! From here on out I WILL no longer stoop for someone else's benefit. If I'm obstructing their movies? BFD! But the tour itself was great! And the tour guide and bus driver made it all work seemlessly!
Had a great time with Scarlet and John. Super helpful and fun guides. The bus was comfortable, and the tour was amazing.
This was one of the best tour experiences my husband and I have went on. Brandon was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have as a tour guide. John was a great driver who practice safety got our group where we needed to be and back home safely.
I had an amazing tour with Gia, she was very descriptive and knowledgeable about all attractions. She is also very funny, my date and I laughed the entire time. Need more people like her in the world. Can’t forget about Wayne he added to the vibe as well and made us feel safe.
