Extreme Flight Experience In Las Vegas

Absolutely phenomenal! This was hands down the coolest thing I’ve ever done in my whole life, and I’ve done a lot! My pilot was amazing and did so good at telling me what to do so that I could fly the plane and do tricks on my own. He gave me the best experience and I can’t wait to get my video from my flight!

Absolutely nuts, was in Vegas for a wedding and the groom couldn't find anyone to go dog fighting with him. This old man thought what the heck and WOW. What a great time, the excitement is overwhelming. And do not eat anything before going.

Overall, this is one experience that I will talk about for the rest of my life. Jackie, our driver, was a fantastic person with some amazing stories. The facility is comfortable with drinks and snacks available. My pilot call sign Comet was amazing and a certified BAD@$$! We had some slight delays with fueling, but it all worked out as we were lucky enough to get an amazing sunset view across Vegas. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful and professional experience.

I had some flying experience and always wanted to try aerobatic maneuvers. This was awesome ! Very friendly crew, the pilot I flew with (Bryce) was super fun and willing to teach me how to do the maneuvers.. most fun adrenaline rush, jealous they get to do this all day for a living

If you have a bad experience with these guys, you might want to look in the mirror because these guys are awesome. They know how to have fun, read the experience (or lack of) of the customer, and let the customer do as much or as little as you want. I went for a week in March '26 and flew twice a day. I've done every move, they've shown me great techniques, pushed me & the plane to the limit (which for me is throwing up). Good luck finding anything in vegas anywhere this fun with your clothes on! Tex has done it right, and is an O.K. pilot himself! :)

The entire experience was fantastic, start to finish everything was easy and the flight was so insanely fun, 20/10 highly recommended for the craziest experiences and adrenaline rush.

Before you spend thousands of dollars with Sky Combat Ace, read this review. I strongly advise anyone considering this experience to think twice. I spent over $5,500 on what was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime 50th birthday gift and walked away feeling that the reality fell far short of the premium image the company promotes. I don't normally leave reviews like this, but after everything that happened, I think future customers deserve to know what my experience was actually like. The first red flag was the pre-flight briefing. I expected some level of personal interaction, an opportunity to ask questions, and proper preparation before getting into an aerobatic aircraft. Instead, I was shown a short video and essentially left on my own. For an experience costing thousands of dollars, it felt surprisingly impersonal. After that, photos were taken with the aircraft and pilot. When I finally received them, several were noticeably out of focus. That may sound like a small detail, but when you're paying premium prices for a premium experience, these details matter. I also paid approximately $500 extra for the highest-level video and telemetry package. One of the telemetry displays included in the footage is the G-force indicator, which should be one of the most interesting parts of an aerobatic flight recording. Unfortunately, throughout the video, the G-meter does not appear to function correctly and never provides meaningful data. Paying extra for advanced telemetry and then receiving footage with a non-functioning G-force display was extremely disappointing. During the flight, I became airsick and the experience had to be cut short. I fully understand that safety comes first and I do not blame the pilot for returning early. However, I did ask whether any partial refund, credit, or accommodation was available since a significant portion of the experience was not completed. The answer was simply no. What frustrated me even more was everything that happened afterward. I waited more than two weeks for the photos and videos I had already paid for. During that time, I had to call multiple times just to get updates. Communication was poor, and it often felt as though nobody really cared once the payment had been collected. When the files were finally delivered, some of the download links didn't even work at first, leading to more delays and more follow-up on my end. What bothers me most is not that mistakes happened. Any company can have delays or technical issues. What bothered me was the overall lack of attention to the customer experience from start to finish. For more than $5,500, I expected a professional briefing, high-quality media, working telemetry, timely delivery, and responsive customer service. Instead, I received a minimal briefing, delayed media delivery, broken download links, several unusable photos, a malfunctioning telemetry feature in a paid premium package, and little interest in addressing legitimate concerns afterward. This was a gift for my 50th birthday. It was supposed to be one of the highlights of a milestone celebration. Instead, it became one of the most disappointing customer experiences I can remember. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Sky Combat Ace, especially at the price they charge.

Absolutely insane experience! 🤩 A dream come true to fly an aircraft like this. Definitely expensive, especially the photo and video add-ons. One important thing to know: the actual flight time is only 30–35 minutes, which isn’t clearly communicated upfront. Overall, an unforgettable bucket-list experience for aviation lovers!

Well worth it. Definitely a once in a lifetime experience. I booked the Afterburner where you get to fly the maneuvers yourself which was an awesome experience. I also added the advanced aerobatics and the red rock canyon fly through which were worth it. especially the Canyon flight which was allot of fun. I wouldn't recomend the advanced aerobatics if you have even the slightest chance of air sickness. Its pretty extreme!

Most badass eperience of my life. The pilots are freaking awesome. If you dont want to have a amazing awesome flight then dont book go to a movie. But if you want to do something not many have and love living on the edge seeing the world in a diffetent light then spend the money and do it.

The experience was exhilarating! The instructor was fantastic, knowledgeable, and made the flight both exciting and enjoyable. The environment was clean, professional, and welcoming, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My only wish is that the time in the air had been a little longer because the experience was so much fun! Even so, it was absolutely worth it, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for an exciting and unforgettable flight!

This was the MOST amazing experience I've ever had! From the personable and convenient pickup and drop-off service at our hotel with Jackie, to the pre-flight training and accommodations at the hangar, to the ultimate flight experience with Dalton - this opportunity brought screams of delight and (literally) tears of joy, for a thrill and experience of a lifetime! As a woman in her 60's - I want to encourage my peers to get out there and experience this for yourselves! Trust me - you may think you're too old or may feel too intimidated - but the staff at Sky Combat Ace will customize your experience to the level that you are comfortable with, ensure your safety, and will give you an experience that you will NEVER forget! No matter your age - you haven't lived life large until you fly with Sky Combat Ace! There are many great shows to seek out in Vegas, but the front-seat view of the Red Rock Canyon with Sky Combat Ace compares to nothing you've ever seen before!

Calling them airplanes is an overstatement, it’s a 300hp engine with a seat. We had a bit of a rough start due to some communication. We arrived and waited about an hour before someone came out and realized we hadn’t done the safety training video. They got us outside, parachute on, strapped in, and did a very fast overview of flight dynamics, cockpit rules, controls and communication. After the flight, we sat in the lounge to recover and nobody came to check on us until I went up front and told someone that we were heading out. Overall, the flight experience was spectacular and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to challenge themselves.

I reached out to Cavan at Sky Combat Ace and asked for his help to put together a package for my husband for his 60th birthday as a surprise. He was so helpful and even created a lovely gift certificate to give to him in his card. They were all amazing and very flexible and accommodating. My husband LOVED this "experience", he is a pilot so it was extra special! I would recommend Sky Combat Ace to anyone, it is a once in a lifetime experience you will check off your bucket list!

This was a awesome experience. My instructor was great and she asked the right questions and was very good at helping .e learn to fly the plane. My friend that I did the combat experience with has their pilot's license and my instructor and I we able to win one of three dog fights.

To the general public: our experience was absolutely amazing.....from onboarding, the pickup/drop-off, to the professionalism (and humor) of the staff and pilots.....we could NOT have asked for anything more. It is the ultimate adventure!! The ground crew, instructors and every person that works there are so professional and have awesome personalities. They calm you and keep you calm and comfortable from start to finish!! I love adrenaline and trip did not disappoint.. I have since then been a walking bill board for your company and have been and still telling everyone and anyone that every person on earth needs to dog fight at least once in there lives l.. there is no regret. It’s a good thing I don’t live in Vegas. I would definitely go broke flying with you everyday!! I do say that there was a hundred times more exciting the skydiving!! Great adventure - they loved the fact that I've flown before although it's been a while. Bank angle more than 60° is a new one for me. Might consider lessons some day. 8Gs is no joke -- glad I survived. The new GB-1 Gamebird is AMAZING!

This was such a fun experience overall! It's definitely not the cheapest, however we found the experience to be worth it. My only complaint was with the shuttle, specifically on the way back after the experience. The pick up to go to the experience was on time, however I cannot say the same for drop off after the experience ended. Once we landed, we waited almost over an hour for our shuttle to come get us and bring us back to the hotel. Thankfully there were snacks and beverages while we waited, but we were already tired and just wanted to lay down as soon as possible at the hotel in order to make the most of the rest of our day later on. I highly recommend driving yourself or finding your own transportation (Lyft, Taxi, Uber, etc) if you're on a tight schedule or just want the freedom of leaving when you want.

It was an amazing time. My son loved the entire experience. I would recommend to anyone and all to at least try it once.

It was a phenomenal experience. The pilots were very professional and fun during the entire time. Really wish I got more sky time with the plane too. Just something to be aware of - It can get a little cramped up in the cockpit if you are a tall person above 6 foot :P

This was for a 14 year old young man who aspires to join the US Air Force one day, and he was excited to have opportunity to fly and do aerial acrobatics and dogfighting in a real stunt plane with an experience pilot, vs. a simulator. This was a dream come true for him and he LOVED it! He wanted to know from the experience if he would be able to adapt to the stresses including 8 G's. He felt very confident after the flying that he is no longer worried whether he would feel comfortable in the cockpit. So, mission fully accomplished and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! Kudo's to the SCA Team for making his dream come true!

From pick up to drop off we couldn’t have had a better experience with the entire staff. Can’t say enough about how they treated my 2 younger sons. We did the sky combat and it felt like we were in the air forever. Is it expensive- Yes. Is it worth it - Yes. There is nothing like this anywhere else. If you want to do the same old go karts, laser tag, shows, atv, and arcades then that’s all well and good. This ain’t that and nothing is comparable.
