Emerald Cave Kayak Tour With Hoover Dam Stop, Lunch & Shuttle

Faith was a great tour guide. She was organized, informative, and so very knowledgeable about the area and the history.

This was a very unique experience that started with being picked up in Vegas by their shuttle. We then headed to the Hoover Dam for about an hour and it was amazing with the amount of knowledge they shared with us! We then headed to the launch site for the kayaking tour. I started off on the wrong foot and flipped getting into the kayak haha but it’s all definitely doable and Faith, along with others in the group helped me in and out haha flip once and people made sure it didn’t happen again!! I was always last in the pack, but our guide, Faith, always stayed in the middle of the pack and me haha I had to get pictures! Faith also gave us great information about different things within range that we could see. We saw tons of stuff like eagles, mountain goats, and different native plants. Definitely listen to your guide and you’ll have a blast!!!!!

We had an amazing experience with Jadyn! She was so personable, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable. We really enjoyed all of the stops along the way, and lunch was great too! The shuttle service was seamless and made the whole experience so easy and stress free from start to finish. I would highly recommend this experience if you’re looking for an active, fun day away from the Strip.

If you’re thinking about kayaking the Colorado River, stop thinking and just book it! This was hands down one of the most incredible experiences I’ve ever had. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking—the crystal-clear emerald water, towering canyon walls, and peaceful surroundings made it feel like something out of a dream. What truly made the trip unforgettable was our tour guide. Their knowledge of the area’s history, geology, wildlife, and the river itself was amazing. Every stop came with fascinating stories and fun facts that made us appreciate the beauty around us even more. They were friendly, encouraging, and made everyone feel safe and comfortable on the water. Whether you’re an experienced kayaker or trying it for the first time, this adventure is a must-do. It was the perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, and natural beauty. This experience will be one I’ll remember for years, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Five stars!

Octavio and Faith were absolutely wonderful! From the moment of pickup to drop off, we loved every step of the way. The van was very comfortable and the team brought plenty of waters and snacks to share. They gave us a lot of history of the area and were so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this tour to anyone!

Shawn was great! We got a quick tour of the Hoover Dam. He was very knowledgeable. After, he took us to see Big Horned Sheep and veiws of Lake Mead!

We started the day early with a pick up from our hotel, just the two of us, taken by Jeff to Hoover Dam via a visit to Boulder City en route as a bonus. Jeff showed us in and around the dam explaining the history of etc. We were taken to willow beach for our kayaking adventure with Octavio, plenty of wildlife seen as we paddled to Emerald Cove. On the way back we stopped off and had some hearty sandwiches and cookies to keep us going, the wind got up for our final leg and we trailed behind the rest getting blown off course, Octavio came back for us and guided us home. A truly unforgettable day out and very much recommended.

This was an amazing experience and we highly recommend it. Our guide, Faith, went above and beyond expectations. She is highly knowledgeable of both the dam, bypass bridge and river / cave. We were able to see multiple bighorn sheep, including a baby along the river. She took a few extra minutes on the way back and pulled down an exit ramp. There is a wild donkey hanging around the ramp that comes up to the shuttle. He is so friendly, that you are able to get up close and pet him. This tour is awesome and Faith is an incredible guide.

The best experience ever!!! I will highly recommend to everyone. I learned so much about the jover dam. I would give it a 10 instead of 5 if they went up that high. Love it!!! BEST

We had an absolutely perfect day, experiencing the Hoover Dam, which is just a wonder, and then kayaking the beautiful river, surrounded by cliffs and ancient looking rock structures. Soren was our expert guide who clearly lives his work. We read about this tour in the New York Times and just happen to have a good fortune of having planned a trip to Las Vegas to see the Eagles at the sphere. The addition of this day, made it one of our best weekend trips ever.

Just book this experience!!! You have to try it!!! It was absolutely incredible. Our tour guide, Faith, was so knowledgeable and had such a fun spirit. She truly made the entire experience unforgettable. I can't wait to do it again — I had an amazing time!

A great experience for a first timer to the Hoover dam and kayaking. Super friendly staff and enjoyed learning about the area. Very nice to do to get away from the crowds.

Staff was very friendly, good tour, and great lunch. Liked that they picked up and dropped off at a hotel on the Las Vegas strip.

Sept 8th, We did the Hoover Dam walk with kayaking the Emerald Water. Our amazing guides Sean, Faith & Ray, filled the day with beauty, fun, and so many cool facts. We were kept hydrated with ice cold water and feed a good healthy lunch. Seeing the wild burros was the cherry on top. I highly recommend this excursion.

While in Las Vegas for a convention, some friends and I were looking for something different to do on our one fun day. This trip was just the thing we were looking for! Our tour guides, Faith, Ray and Sean were awesome, from providing kayaking instruction to lots of interesting facts about the Hoober Dam. Lunch and kayak equipment was provided and the scenery was breathtaking! It was the perfect end to our Vegas trip doing something outside the usual Vegas strip...and definitely extraordinary!
