Itinerary
Long before the towering mega-resorts, Cirque shows, and 24/7 nightlife of the Strip came to define Las Vegas, there was Fremont Street. Located north of the Las Vegas Strip in Downtown Las Vegas, Fremont Street is the city's original birthplace—famous for block after block of iconic neon signs and marquees that adorned some of the city's first casinos, including Binion’s Horseshoe, the Golden Nugget, the Pioneer Club, and many more.
Start your day with delicious bites at 7th and Carson. This local favorite is known for its creative dishes and inviting neighborhood vibe.
Enjoy scrumptious tacos and vibrant flavors at La Mona Rosa, a hip brunch spot in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas. This may be one of five delicious food stops on the tour, this lively eatery offers bold bites in a colorful, eclectic setting.
Savor some of the best chicken satay in the West at Le Thai, a beloved Downtown Las Vegas spot known for its bold Thai flavors and local following.
Pizza Rock serves up award-winning pizza in a lively, high-energy setting that's become one of Vegas' favorite nightlife spots. Perfect for grabbing a slice and soaking in the Downtown vibe.
Lappert’s Ice Cream offers fabulous and inventive Hawaiian-inspired flavors, tucked away on the second floor of a casino. It's a hidden gem perfect for a sweet escape in Downtown Las Vegas.

Andrew was a great guide through a part of Vegas we had never explored before. The variety of food was as amazing as the ambiance at each location. Our favorite was the first stop, Pachi Pachi. Andrew was a really cool guy and fun to hang out with!
Great selection of restaurants. Tour guide was great. He explained history in the area we were around. Food was excellent at each stop. Great variety of foods.
We’re Vegas locals but had never made it to Fremont Street. Andrew our guide was awesome!! We got to try food from 5 restaurants, fun facts and history, and the sights of downtown Vegas. Bonus points because the teenagers loved it too!!
We had a wonderful time on our food tour. We do food tours everywhere we travel and this was one of the best. Our tour guide Julianna was fabulous. She was very knowledgeable and informative and so very nice! We were just with one other couple which made our tour even better. Very personal experience. I highly recommend this tour!
We had a great time learning some history and eating some good food! Perfect pace and Jules was so much fun.
Come hungry- there is lots of great food to experience. Andrew walked through the historic downtown with our group pointing out interesting facts only a LV person would know. Highly suggest this if you have a free day.
Fantastic food and Las Vegas downtown history tour with Jules. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed it.
Andrew did a great job of sharing information about the places we visited which were excellent choices. He also went above and beyond when my friend left her glasses at one of our previous stops. He went back and picked them up while we ate at one if our stops.
Juliana was probably one of the most informative and well prepared guides. She was happy, easy to understand, kept us going and the food was wonderful!!
We had a great day with Amber as our guide. The foods were great and we learned so much. Highly recommend.
Amber was our guide and she was amazing. She knew the history of downtown and really made our trip enjoyable. The food was delicious and the walking was not bad at all. My husband and I would recommend this to anyone looking for new places to eat.
Awesome food drinks and guide!! We saw a lot of downtown we’d never see without a guide. Andrew was Great
We had a great time on the tour. Lou was a great host filled with great stories and interesting facts about the history of downtown Vegas. The food was amazing, a great time had by all walking
Great food! I would have liked more history about places we passed. I did not enjoy the alley art. Guide was friendly and prompt. We signed ip with one company and the tour was sold to another.
Super food tour. Food good far the most part. Depends on your tastes. Juliana was super. Very knowledgeable with history that was both enlightening and entertaining. Would highly recommend this tour especially if Juliana is the guide.
Juliana (our tour guide) was wonderful. Since we (husband and wife) were the only ones on the tour, we got some very fresh new information about downtown Vegas. Juliana took the time to address all our questions and comments. If you have the time, and are hungry for some diverse food, we highly recommend this tour (especially if you can get Juliana as the tour guide).
We had a wonderful time!! The food was very good and abundant. Our tour guide Amber was excellent and fun to visit with . We will definitely book with sidewalk tours in another city again.
Laurinda was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Las Vegas and made it a fun and educational evening for our group.
Our team had a great time on this downtown food tour. Laurinda was a great tour guide and provided us with much entertainment and all the history on Vegas. (we loved the mob stories!) As a travel agency owner, I am always looking for fun and unique tours for our clients- and this was it! I would highly recommend! Thank you Laurinda and Sidewalk Food Tours! Two thumbs up!
Andrew was amazing he had a lot of fun facts about Vegas. He really made the food tour very special and the food was amazing
I expected a little more history of old Vegas but our guide was good and the food was really good. A little expensive for what we got but everything is expensive in Vegas
We had some time to kill on a Sunday and this was a wonderful way to see parts of Vegas that I probably would not venture to see. Our guide was fun and engaging and we met some fun folks. Food was great and we were definitely not hungry after the tour, plenty of food.
An absolute gem of an addition to your Vegas trip! Our guide was amber and her beautiful personality was such a great addition to this fun and vibing tour. The location selection was excellent and we didn’t walk far at all! It was so fun to see the downtown of Vegas and to learn the history! So thankful for this addition to our trip! And now we have some new fave spots!
It's always fun to try local places to eat. The variety was great. Laurinda was an excellent guide. You could tell that she was excited to share her knowledge of the area. And the other group of mates that were with us were so much fun!
It was a great food tour! Learned more about the local diverse food that downtown Vegas has to offer! Our tour guide Amber was wonderful and informative.
One of the Best things of our trip to Vegas. The guide was knowledgeable, interesting and kept on pace with sharing information about our surroundings. The food stops were varied and great. Enjoyed every bit of it.
We had Laurinda and she was one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had! Such a fun tour with delicious food. Laurinda’s knowledge of the town history was top tier and even had photos for reference!! 💯 recommend!!
The tour was great. Took us to some great food places. I feel like it was a nice amount of food! Learning some of the history of downtown Vegas was fun too. Our guide was great!
We had a great food tour in downtown Las Vegas today with our great guide, Amber. We learned a lot about Las Vegas (and Fremont Street) history and stopped at 5 delicious locations for a variety of tastings including street tacos, Thai food, Pizza Rock pizza (LOVE LOVE), Eat Restaurant deviled eggs and Lapperts ice cream. The portions were generous and the pace enjoyable. We also enjoyed the company of the others we met on the tour. I highly recommend the tour.
It took 3 5 hours. Absolutely wasted time. We went into restaurants that had no idea we were coming. 1 hiyr fifteen minutes to get a slice of pizza. I've been on food tours before. This seems like you wasted our time
Guide Trisha was well prepared and organized. Interesting local stories along with a variety of tasty foods highlighted a five star afternoon. Well worth the price!
A great walking food tour of Downtown Las Vegas around Freemont Street!! The food was fantastic and our guide, Amber, was great !! We have been on many food tours and this was one of the best. We even had leftovers to carry back to the hotel.
Laurinda was an incredible guide. She had so many fun stories about Old Vegas. And the food stops were incredible (especially the pizza stop).
Our tour guide, Laurinda, was outstanding and full of history! She did a top-notch professional job. The food was absolutely wonderful. Great tour and would recommend it in a heartbeat!!
This tour was awesome! Laurinda was an amazing tour guide with so many stories, information and fun facts, she brought the tour alive. The food options were great and curated well, so that you got a good idea how diverse the cuisine in DTV is.
Great food. Amber was informative and kind. It was HOT but bouncing between air conditioned spaces and ending with ice cream made it tolerable
Tour was great. Five spots with a good variety of food from tacos to Thai to pizza. Learning the history of the area and seeing some of the murals nearby Fremont Street was great. Even with the really hot weather we enjoyed the walking. The tour was well planned to keep us out of the worst heat. There was too much food, so skip breakfast if you come on the lunch tour. Josh, our guide, had a ton of information about the greater Las Vegas area as well as the city, which was nice to hear about. My husband and I had a great time.
You're guaranteed to be full of great tasting foods. This tour was well worth the money. You walk, eat, and you hear the history of the Las Vegas downtown area. There were so many facts to learn about Las Vegas and our guide Amber was amazing. It was over 100° the day of our tour and Amber immediately passed out water and umbrellas to sheild us this from the sun. It was good to know they were looking out for us from the start. A tour well worth it!
Nice food selection and large portions. Andrea was a great guide who is proud of the downtown area. She filled in a lot of history for the area.
Great way to experience the foodie scene that is DTLA! Although it was a food tour the sites visited were breath taking beautiful!
We had the most amazing tour in Las Vegas and I recommend it for both the food and the insights to the history of the area. Our tour was led by Andrew and he was knowledgeable about everything. All the food was great and it was a good variety of dishes. Go - you will be happy you did!
The food was amazing. The locations selected were great and the guide was very knowledgeable on the history of the area. Definitely worth the money and time.
We had a great experience with Eric who had some interesting tidbits of information about downtown Las Vegas and surrounding area. Was alot of food as well. Not just samples but full menu offerings at each of the 5 stops!!
What a fantastic experience! Eric was a very knowledgeable guide with a great sense of humor. There was no shortage of corny jokes! Come hungry to this tour because it is a LOT of food! We left very full and did not finish all of the dishes!
We had such a fun day touring with Eric! He’s very knowledgeable, has all the little background and anecdotes on Vegas and the downtown area, time just flew! We learned a lot about Vegas, downtown and the landmarks. Btw, with the food along the way, we were full at the end. Great job Eric 👍
