Count's Kustoms Deluxe Car Tour

After watching the Count’s TV show countless times, my husband and I were super excited to have the time and opportunity to visit the Count’s showroom & Museum of some of his very own custom builds! Unfortunately for us, we visited in a weekend day, a Saturday I believe, and the Count himself was not there. We did have the pleasure of meeting his step son, Connor. Meeting Connor brought me to tears! I’ll just surmise it to say, I’ve lost my own son, Connor, to a preventable crash. He was hit by a semi-tractor trailor driver in 2017. One of the main reasons we so desperately wanted to speak with the Count and/or his staff was to inquire about having the staff join us in a custom build in my son’s honor. I’m desperately working with our nation’s congress to have Connor’s Law passed and want to use a customized Camaro to spread the word about my son, Connor’s Law, and traffic safety/truck safety on our Nation’s highways. The Count’s step-son was so amazing to spend so much time with us while we walked around the shop and sincerely inquire about my son and his short life. That truly means so much to both my husband and me! The front office staff also showed genuine care and interest in our reasoning for stopping by. Again, that made my heart happy! All the creations, designs, antiques, and uniques items in the shop truly got my mind spinning with ideas! I cannot wait to speak with the rest of the staff and see if it is a possibility to have them bring our ideas to life! Truly saddened to have missed the Count that day…. But we WILL be back to Vegas, soon! We’ll see if we can make an appointment to see him next time! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Excellent tour except for when they upgraded my tour tour guide said it would be a added cost for me of $30.00 each they charged me $40.00 each on my card on file.He did not say there was a additional charge for using my card instead of cash.

We did the 4 hours Counts Customs tour with Christian. He was phenomenal! He was very informative and funny. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this tour with him!

Terrible experience! The dates got mixed up, resulting in our party being scheduled on the wrong day. Rude tour guide called me stating we were a no show and refused to reschedule. They took my money without any consideration. Hope the 150 makes you feel better ripoff. Too bad I've been a longtime viewer and fan of Kount's Kustoms, not anymore. My wife and I have taken several tours with Viator in the past, they will never get another cent from me.

The tour vehicle was in very tired condition. The tour itself was a little disappointing. As we started through the tour the guide announced we could upgrade our tour for a further $30.00. This would make us into VIP clients and get us into areas on the tour that wouldn’t normally be available. One of upgrades was the Shelby factory. As I had already booked and paid for a VIP tour to the Shelby factory later in the day I declined the offer. As I was the only one that declined the upgrade I was told to go and have my own tour at each stop and felt alienated and I don’t understand how you can offer a tour then upgrade it. This should be advised in the tour information prior to making the booking. Once I didn’t join the upgrade I was referred to by my ethnicity not my name

They rescheduled us for later in the afternoon, saying they had called us multiple times and messaged us a day before. However, I only received one missed call, and I tried calling, but no one answered anymore. The message just came 8.30am, we are already at Treasure island if haven't called we will be waiting forever. Finally, they answered and we are forced to bump off planned and booked activity the following day just to accommodate their changes. The reason for changing because other customer transferred to the afternoon tour. I understand that but the reason we booked early was so that we could arrange and plan our trip and it ended up messing up our schedule big time. We paid a sum amount and ahead of time and we didn't get what we deserved.

Shelby Museum was ok. Welder Up doesn't impress me with the rustic stuff. Count's Kustoms was the thing we really wanted to see. We were impressed with that shop. We watch their TV show. We would like to have seen Danny's building that stores all the cars he has collected. The staff at Count's were super friendly.
