It is way too long. Only the initial 30 mins are good. The rest 1.5hrs is just dragging along and gets boring real quick.
Carlos was awesome!! The whole tour was a very neat experience and we really enjoyed getting to see all of Vegas via bus!
Great introduction to Las Vegas upon arrival. Able to get a view of iconic locations on the strip. Also provided sites of locals' hot spots like to art district. Good way to get a "lay of the land" when you first arrive!
To start, I didn’t like the driver telling us where to sit. The tour was fine as long as we visited the strip and went to Fremont; however, we were not able to stop and take pictures at the Hollywood sign nor pause in certain areas to take pictures. It became less interesting when we began going to more isolated areas and then we took a 15 minute unnecessary break. The trip was really too long. It doesn’t have to be 2 1/2 hours if we are not stopping.
Excellent tour! We did on a whim and were very happy. It helps to get to know your way around Las Vegas.
It was a thrilling experience driving on the Las Vegas streets with all places being explained by the commentary regarding their historical information
Very enjoyable. Alvina was very, very knowledgeable. I never realized most of the Las Vegas history she talked about.
What a great experience. Driver was very nice. The open top let us see everything in a different view.
It's a great way to view the city and meet new people. I didn't know that we were going have the opportunity to walk Fremont St for approximately 30min. That was a great surprise! Totally live action.
It was very interesting and was fun learning about Las Vegas early to present. The night air was awesome and the city glowed.
First time in Las Vegas, we took the evening bus tour. History was so educational and informative. Beautiful lights all over on the strips. We enjoyed the tour tremendously.
The tour guide was personable. He added some funny stories in between the pre-recorded narration. The driver was kind enough to drop passengers off at different locations after the tour close to their hotels. It was an unexpectedly cold night. He provided clean blankets and water. He was well prepared to meet all of the passengers’ needs.
We did the adult night tour and I have talked about it to everyone at the hotel. We made dinner reservations at the Hard Rock Cafe and the employees were terrific in making sure we were checked in and had our drinks for the bus ride. You have an audio tour in, out and round about all over the strip in is lighted glory. We did this particular tour because no kids, and alcohol beverage on board. We enjoyed a relaxing evening after all day "thinking" and the card tables. The picture in the advert is true.
Great way to see the whole strip and downtown Las Vegas. Driver/guide was very informative, explaining the history of Las Vegas
Great activity, just a long wait time, which was inconvenient. Also I put in the notes prior to booking that handicap accommodations were needed, however, there were not accommodated. There was also a white family in the front of the line with a wheelchair, and the person in my party had/has a cane, and was not asked to be helped with disability at all, moved to the front of the line, helped on to the bus, nothing.
Did not make it to bus tour due to couldn’t navigate to the pickup destination due to roads being blocked
Best way to experience Vegas…engaging commentary, glittering lights, and beautiful ambiance. A must do !!!
Great experience, great to see the whole place on the first night to give you a glimpse of how big this place is. The check in was clear and the guide very helpful. Great seats on the bus with a view of everything. Really good experience.
This is a good tour. We enjoyed the double decker bus and the tour was awesome to see all the light and sphere.
Bring a jacket, can get a little cool after dark. Bus stopped for a bathroom break at the Golden Nugget during the trip. We appreciated the narration on the trip, very informative.
It was informative and fun, however, the last 30 minutes is just kind of a rehash of what you already saw, just in reverse.
Great tour of Vegas at night. Super driver and very informative narration
Perfect mix of old and new Las Vegas. Great to see the lights at night and to learn the history of the city.
Look for the Big Bus stop next to the Tesla charging station. Once aboard, it was a fascinating, historic tour of the current and previous Strip. Well worth the price!
Drop off location was not convenient for taxis. Commentary was very outdated talking about former president he should not be mentioned given current climate, and did not include new guitar shaped hotel being built. It would have been nice to learn about that. A stop at the Las vegas sign for photos would have also been nice.
Great way to see a lot of Vegas! I would definitely recommend it! Side note: you will need a jacket this time of year!
No communication to reschedule, Vegas traffic made us 15 minutes late. The bus was gone when we got there and no answer when we tried to reach out to reschedule
Must do, good information about Vegas. Great drinks, very kind bus driver, on time, great location,.
Great experience But COLD that night so can’t give a better review just due to weather
It was just great!!! They took us all over vegas at night, and it was well narrated
The bus tour we took was an excellent experience. The driver was courteous, nice and we left on time and arrived back to the destination on time. Before departure they gave us a free drink because we did the 21 and over tour at hard Rock Cafe. Then when you return back from the tour you receive a not a drink from hard Rock Cafe. I would recommend this establishment over and over again
Bring a jacket. It can get very cold and windy on top. Excellent information about the history and current building plans in Vegas.
A nice bus trip around Vegas at night where you can see the lights and buildings, If you don't mind standing in a long que to get on the bus as there was no seats in the area
Overall a solid experience. The guide we received was newer to the area and didn’t know a whole lot. An automated message system would play as the drive occurred. The ride lasted right at 2 hours. And you get to see all the good views/attractions. Everyone was able to get a top seat (of the bus) for a great view. Waters were available on the ride for purchase.
We had emergency and staff me Did nothing and we felt like disinter we were holding up the bus told us we could use our tickets the next night but this was our last night here. Then I was told I could give 5 tickets away to someone.
I had to line up for a hour and other people with limited mobility left the queue. I am not sure why the Bus could not come around earlier. A 15 minute is acceptable but leaving people standing for 45 minutes is not. By the time I got onto the Bus I was 6:50pm. The ticket stated to arrive 15 minute earlier. I arrived 6pm with the intention to go and sat in a location near by - only to be advised to line up due to the busy night ahead. I’m just not sure why the Buses could not be called earlier for people to sit as they arrived. This would have made much better experience. The tour itself drove by most famous signs to quickly and did not pass with a full view of the Doom. Should give more details for people with limited mobility so all could enjoy. The staff were not nice and I would not recommend this tour. Sorry I felt disappointed.
This was a great way to see the Strip, Fremont Street and the Arts district without worrying about traffic, parking and crowds. Our group included my elderly parents so this was the perfect option. Learned some interesting facts as well and I appreciate that the tour company books tickets so everyone can sit on top of they choose to! My one suggestion is to just state that the pick up spot is under the big wheel on Linq St. the address puts you at the corner of Linq.
Beware of meeting location. It is hard rock café which is on one end of the strip and not at hard rock casino which is on the opposite end. We left 1 1/2 hours before check in and walked from hard rock hotel and tried to find hard rock Cafe. Google only would pull up the ABC store. Was unable to get any direction from viator. Missed the whole experience. Viator tried doing 2 refund request and the provider declined both request. Was told this vendor will NOT give any refunds under any circumstances. Was unable to reschedule due to leaving next day. Lost $444 dollars (6) people. I have never had any problems with Viator but because of the vendor I have different feelings with them again. Big Bus Tours customer service is terrible!
Fantastic experience! It was very informative learning about the history of Vegas and how it all began.
Really picturesque drive and especially nice in evening when it cools off a bit. The open air top is enjoyable. Loved our driver - he was quite friendly.
It was a gorgeous night to ride in the open air around the strip into Las Vegas. Check in was smooth and easy with the friendliest staff, and our driver Mike was incredible!
We enjoyed the bright lights at night throughout the city. Great ride and the weather was nice for the ride.
Easy access from Flamingo hotel, short walk. Clear commentery and great views! Stopped at LV sign for photo op!!
Great coverage both on and off the strip. View from the top deck is excellent. The route takes you from one end of the strip to the other and Beyond, going to some of the historic casinos and hotels that are not on Las Vegas Boulevard. Be sure to get good directions on where to meet the bus after you check in. It's a couple of blocks away.
Beautiful scenery at night. Saw all the places we had heard about. Pictures at the Las Vegas sign and lots of history given
The bus is comfortable, its outside so weather has to be good, they offer water, drink, bathroom breaks. Operators were very nice.
Our driver was so very friendly. She drove well. She slowed down smooth so pictures could be taken. I wish she could be our driver for every buss top tour we take!
Great experience to see the awesome city of Las Vegas. Very informational tour. Plus you recieve a free drink.
Very helpful and friendly driver. No stops at sites. Programmed tape description of site descriptions timed to driving speed.
