I enjoyed the smooth transfer from the airport to our hotel. The Tesla is nice and clean. Mr. Lorenzo gave us some great pointers for the area. ( Much appreciation). It been years since I have visited LV and graduated H.S. So all the doubters go for it ask for Mr. Lorenzo ( if possible). No regrets, sending positivity from Texas.
Fantastic airport pick-up service! Our driver was punctual and contacted me in advance with precise details on where to meet. The car was spotless, and the driver was excellent. I would recommend this service to anyone.
I used this service for my daughter’s 13th birthday, car service from the airport to our hotel. The team was so friendly kind and helped to personalize the experience for us. I will use again for sure! Would love to try some adventures.

Excellent communication from the driver. This was easy and reliable transportation from the airport at a very busy time in Las Vegas. Would recommend.
Great experience from beginning to end. The ride pickup went smoothly, rider was ready and at the pickup location. The driver was well informed and great conversationally. He got me to my hotel in a reasonable amount of time considering all the construction happening.
My flight was delayed, I was concerned that the driver would leave. When we landed I already received a text from my driver that he was already waiting at baggage claim.
Although our flight was about an hour late arriving, after I texted our driver, he met us at the baggage carousel. A very pleasant guy and got us to our hotel in a beautiful Tesla. Would book again with Kaptyn Limousines.
It was excellent service and experience with our driver Thaddeus. He was super nice and made sure we were well taken care of. I appreciate it!

Driver was wonderfully engaging but not too intrusive. Was just perfect, offered some good tips of things to do and places to eat . Drove very safely respectfully. Was best transferred we have ever had and we have had a lot.
1000% first class all the way. We were contacted as we got off our plan, to make sure we knew which luggage carousel to find our luggage. The trip was quick, professional, and just all around amazing.

It was and experience. Stood up at the airport Waited for and hour. Spoke with the driver by phone And was told he had another assignment.
Our flight was running half an hour late but our driver was there at the arrival hall. Very pleasant and polite and could not be happier with the service. Nice Tesla X, driver was super nice and offered to make any pit stops on the way that we wanted. Couldn’t be happier with the service would highly recommend above a tacky limo.
My flight was delayed. One item of luggage was also lost. The driver was great and stayed patiently through the whole airport issues. He was very helpful as well.

5 stars for service. From the communication with the tour operator to ensure there won’t be problems with pick up at the airport to the driver Peter who was so polite and entertained us with new information on Vegas and allowing us to stop at a liquor shop to delivering us to the hotel, everything was splendid! Thank you Peter and Viator for such smooth car service experience. I cannot wait to use your service again.

My experience was awesome! I received an email with my drivers name and phone number which came in handy because our flight was delayed by two hours. Wayne was amazing and stated that they monitor the flights and adjust to the changes. Once we arrived he was waiting at the baggage carousel. Very polite, punctual and knowledgeable of the area. I would definitely use the service again as Wayne made my arrival smooth and worth the wait.

5 stars 🤩- exceptional service, on time & easy contact. Our driver was waiting for us a the luggage carousel for our flight.
They said they would come pick us then cancelled the trip as soon as we got off the plane leaving us stranded. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
The driver canceled as they didn’t want to perform the duty for the low price I had. When I inquired more information the next morning, they were ready to go and then cancel it again.
I traveled on Feb 23, 2023. The driver was great! However , I confirmed for the sign to say “Happy Birthday “ and it was not done as instructed. Otherwise great experience.
If convenience & time are important, this service is well worth the money! Our driver John was like meeting a personal friend … in a suit. ;) He communicated right when the plane touched down and took great care of us with handling baggage, making essential stops, and ensuring a safe, comfortable and flashy (Tesla!) ride to our hotel. I doubt I’ll ever go back to the endless cab line. Highly recommend!
Driver was communicating throughout the issues with my flight and very nice. Made the end of my journey stress free.
Carey was great. He was waiting as we arrived at baggage claim. Quick and efficient drive to the hotel.
I went to Las Vegas for my birthday and felt like an absolute movie star seeing the driver with my name on a card! Our driver Nyles was amazing. He handled our bags and was a joy to talk to. Would definitely recommend this to anyone heading to Vegas!
